Weday mornings on that's twenties. Hello. Yes, Hello, I was
looking for Tina. This is she who's calling you know?
This is Frank Montenegro and I assume your mom told

you we'd be calling. No, what is this pertaining too? Well,
you're in possession of a necklace and we need to
figure out a way to get that from you. What
you mean the diamond necklace that my mother gave me. Yes,
that's the necklace that I'm speaking of. How can we
pick that up? I thought she would have talked to

(00:45):
you already. She said she was going to So my
phone call is a little premature. Wouldn't be the first
time I've been premature in my life. I don't know
why you would think that you would be able to
pick up my great grandmother's diamond necklace for me. That's
a family heirloom. And I don't know who you think
you are. This is not your property to me. Well, yeah,
well it used to. We recently talked to your mom
and she was very interested in a real estate opportunity

that we had available, and she signed over that necklace
as part of the down payment, so she signed what
real estate? Yes, out of her mind. I work for
a company called International Land Incorporated, and we got in
touch with your mom. We had a very exciting opportunity

on some farmland in Guam and she agreed to purchase
a plot of land. She said she didn't have all
of the money needed to purchase the land, so we
agreed that we would also take payment in on another form.
So she gave us half of the money in cash,
and then she also signed over that necklace that you have.
Apparently that's worth a decent amount of money, So I

need to figure out how to get that from you.
What do you mean she paid you in cash? You
met with her direct play or did you get her wire?
The money tookam old people dot Com. Okay, well, I
don't know where to start. There's a couple of questions there.
One cash, I guess I could explain how that works.
We offered something, she agreed to pay for it, and

then cash is depending on where you live, what country
you live in, they all kind of have their own currency.
She hadn't wanted to pay an American currency. We are
obviously a Guomanian company, so we all will get that
converted over. But yes, it was twenty five thousand dollars
in cash. The rest was the necklace. Dear God, mom,
what was she thinking? Listen, you're obviously full of crap,

and my mom falls for every damn scam on the
face of the RS. So this is not my first rodeo.
I have undone things like this before, and I guarantee
you if any money was transferred, I will make sure
that she gets every penny back. And you're going to
go to jail for as long as I can possibly
get fraudulent charges against you. All right, So well, I

can see that you don't want to give up the
necklace that is rightfully our necklace, and you know what,
let's forget it. We'll deal with the necklace later. Because
I can tell you're obviously upset. It must be very
important to you. I just had a few questions for you, actually,
based on some of the information that your mom gave me,
and I was wondering if you could tell me what
elementary school did you go to and what was the
name of your first teacher. Oh, you want my mother's

maiden name too, I'll you want my social Security number?
That would probably help you out by it back. Oh yeah,
I've already got that. That sound right? Kind Did you
get my social Security number? You had no business looking
into me. Your mom gave it to me because she
said you might be interested in some land in Guam too.
