this is Juniper. I'm calling from Chevrolet.

Uh, yeah, you guys have my cars yet?

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Yeah, your vehicle is pretty much done, but I'm calling
to let you know that we'll need to be keeping
it for another day or two before we can return.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
It with you. When are you sorry? When are you
guys going to be done with it? You've already had
it for I mean it's been like what four days? Now?
How long I need to get back on the road.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
I know it's taking a little longer than expected, but
just need to make sure everything is nice and clean
for you before you get.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
It back, Okay, I mean it doesn't need to be
that clean. Look, I just need my car, all right.
I just need to get back on the road. And
you guys have had it for days.

I have a confession, Randall.

your car, and so we're going to fix it. For free,
but the back upholstery needs to be completely steam clean?

in the back sleet? You didn't need me in the
back seat? You would jump under the butt? Are you
doing it?

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Wasn't me in the back seat?

But there is okay, yeah, I'm glad it wasn't you
in the back. What's are you doing over there? What's
wrong with my car? What are you doing in my car?

Well, the car has been fixed. It's just that we
need to make sure the upholstery is nice and clean
and that all the fingerprints and everything have been wiped away.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Are you talking about fingerprints? What the is wrong with
the upholstery? Had nothing to do with the upholstery. What
have you done to my car?

Speaker 1 (02:08):
There was a spill?

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Yeah, okay, I get that there was a spill, but
like windows, what you're really creeped me out? What what
did you?

Why did you? What are you doing in my car?

It's been days, nail clippings are taking them out and
fingerprints waved and cleaned?

Okade, sorry did you say fingernails? What yees in my car.

I just like to make sure that the cars are
completely detailed and clean before we give them back.

Fingernails, fingerprints, so we don't want those on the windows
or the steering and the spill what wait wait, wait,
