Paul Donkler, but most of us call me Doc. But
I'm calling from dot com in regards to a piece
of furniture that was returned, and like you've been trying
to get ahold of us a bunch.

Yes, I've been waiting for my refund, which is what's
going on? What are you doing? What is going on?

What okay, this is the most unprofessional call I've had

remote today, so I'm getting my dad lesson like while
we're doing the call.
