It's another jubile phone frame Mornings on the twenties. Hello. Hi,
my name is Trevor, and I'm calling from Drake Cleaning.
And is this Kim who was having her ball gown cleaned?

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Uh? I caught you said ball gown. But it's a
wedding dress.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Oh okay, yes, well I knew it was a fancy dress,
but like I didn't know if it was for like
a wedding or like another some sort of ball or
you know, some kind of wedding. My wedding this weekend,
like dance event, because sometimes you will wear dresses, like
fancy dresses to like dancing events.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
So it is not no, it's my wedding. But why
are you calling?

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Uh? So I was calling to let you know that
it is ready to be picked up, and we did
have like a little tiny issue, so I want to
let you know that. So the dress she brought in
right like it was, Yeah it was why correct?

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Yeah, it's a wedding dress. You guys assured me. It's
just it had a little bit of a musty smell
and you assured me we could dry clean it. Okay,
So I shouldn't have done this. What what is happening.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
It has been dry cleaned, so that's fun. And then
what colors are your wedding?

Speaker 2 (01:22):
What are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Like? What color are a dress? Because you know sometimes
people will have colors like for their weddings.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Like no, like no, no, no, no, I know what
colors for a wedding are. That's not what I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
You.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
I shouldn't have done this. It was my mother's dress.
What are you doing with this dress?

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Okay? So should I call your mom about it? No?

Speaker 2 (01:42):
It's okay. It's my dress now and I'm supposed to
wear it. You guys just assured me nothing would happen
to it, everything would be fine, and you would dry
clean it. We're supposed to pick it up later this afternoon.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
So is your mom getting married? No? Stop?

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Please? Can I is there someone else there would talk
to you?

Speaker 1 (01:58):
It's just me here now. And so okay, okay, what
happened to my show? I can tell like maybe you're
like a little worried or upset. Yeah, okay, So it's
just me here working and I'm kind of new to
the whole.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Yeah, okay, I for this, what's going on?

Speaker 1 (02:19):
I sort of put it in with my pinks and
my reds and my wife. I guess I sort of
put it in with my reds.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
You don't put it in a washing machine.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Oh oh, that's why it's cold dry.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
I want to talk to the owner of the shop.
I want to talk to the owner.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
So I should be dry cleaning these like dry, not
putting them in washing Okay, so, oh my god, Okay,
full trunks.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
I'm coming out. I'm just you know, forget it. I'm
coming over right now. I want the manager's number.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Okay, if I could just like talk to you for
a minute, because like I don't want him to know
because I'm new, so I don't care that you're new.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
I'm coming over right now.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Do you have a flower girl? Hello? Hi, uh, this
is Trevor calling from Direct Cleaning. I was looking for Kim.
I think we got disconnected.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
I know why, I know. I know.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Yes, what cell fload service do you have because I
think it dropped off, Like I don't know if the
service hung up.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
On you, because I'm on my way over there right now.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Oh, if you could not calm down here, I.

Know I am coming and I'm going to be there
and I want you to give me the manager's number.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Okay, so the okay, I'll give you the manager's number
when you get here. The dress is like a lot
smaller because the drawing.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Oh my god, my wedding is this weekend. You understand,
and now you're telling me that my dress is pink
and smaller. I don't give it that you're new.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Okay, what the hell? Well then I'll just tell you

She said that you had to take your wedding dress
in to get dry cleaned because it's like in the family.

just to pick it up this afternoon. And I'm so
