Hello, pack it in, pack it out.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
I'm sorry what pack it in?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
You pack it out?

Speaker 1 (00:24):

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Am I speaking with Max?

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (00:31):
You are pack it in, pack it out?

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Uh? Okay.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
This is Ranger Pete Eakins from the US Park Service
at your service right now. You recently went camping in
Yellowstone National Park.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
TRICKT I did.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
I did, Yes, you did, and that is why I'm
on the phone with you today. If you need my
badge number, you need my name again, I can give
it to you. I'm happy to do that, sir.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
I don't think I need your badge number. I got
your name, but it pack it out. I'm just kind
of curious why you're calling me.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
I'm not sure if you heard what I said to
start to call. One of the first rules in camping,
especially at one of our beautiful national parks here in
the United States of America, is pack it in.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
You have to pack it out.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Correct, I guess, I guess bring.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Something with you, you take it out of here. Correct?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
That sounds correct.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Sure, that is absolutely correct. You pack it in, Max,
You pack it out. And when you stayed at my
National park recently, you packed it in all right, but
you forgot to pack it out, didn't you.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
I don't think I left anything that I know of,
I didn't leave anything there.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
I am sick and tired of people showing up to
my national park throwing their goods around all willy nilly
and pretending like they didn't note that they didn't pack
it out.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Let's talk about the napkins. Let's talk about the napkins.
Shall you talk about the napkins a little bit?

Speaker 1 (02:05):
What? What? What are you talking about? Napkins? I didn't
I didn't bring any napkins to go camping. I didn't
need them.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
I inspected your area after you left the campgrounds, and
there were three balled up napkins, proving to me that
you pack it in, but you forgot to pack it out,
didn't you. That is littering, and I will be sending
you a four hundred and thirty five dollars.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Fine, what get out? No? What are you talking about?
How do you know those were even by at least
once a week.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
I've got my hand down a raccoon's throat, pulling some
sort of plastic item out of it because somebody forgot.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
To pack it out. What are you talking about?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
You ever had your hand down in angry raccoon's throat?

Speaker 1 (02:48):
I have not. I have never had my hand down
anybody's throat.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Well, I want to have my hand down your throat
if I don't get the money that you os for
the fine, and also I will be I'm living to
have your National Park pass for camping at all of
the US National parks revoked.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
Sir, What come on, This can't be serious. If I
left trash, I would pick it up. I'm telling you
I didn't leave any trash. So I'm not paying whatever
this fine is that you're telling me about it. I'm
not I'm not gonna pay it, and you're not gonna
take my mind.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Tell me you're telling me.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
If one of my park rangers, on my US park
rangers knocks on your door right now and ask you
for a check, you'd say no.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
I would definitely say no.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Well, let's test it out street. I'm right down the street.
I was on my way over already, and I will
be at your door in just a few minutes. And
I expect the money for not packing it out.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Okay, then you know what, I'm gonna call a real cops.
What do you think about that?

Speaker 2 (03:45):
I think. I'm just gonna tell you it's a prank
phone call.
