Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Jubil Show on demand.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Ladies, I have noticed that if there's one thing that's
gonna test your friendship with your homegirls, it's a trip
to Miami.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
So what you all was saying about Miami is true.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
That's crazy. People on TikTok right now are saying that
going to Miami is cursed and if you take a
trip to Miami with a group, you will come back
not friends. It's a trend that's going viral so much
so that these videos are getting like eight million views
and the comments are people agreeing that, yes, they went
to Miami with a group of friends and it was cursed.

(00:35):
So it's officially the Miami curse. Is that wild? It's
true though, it's the Jewel Show. Yeah, sorry, it's trunion
it you think it's true? Yes, So I did go
on a trip with my friends. A big group of
us went down on Memorial Day weekend and we were
staying in Coconut Grove in Miami, and we lost one
of our friends and we couldn't fight her. She didn't

(00:57):
tell anybody where she went, and we were so mad
we found her because she had these little like chicken
cutlet inserts for her bra and so it's like she
left a little trail behind her of her things in
the apartment complex that somebody last saw her in and
we found her and she was screaming because we found
her and she didn't want to leave this dude that
you hooked up whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
It was crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
So you guys were wandering around Miami trying to find
your friend, like little bread cumbs the chicken cutlets from
her bra.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
So we used the breadcrumbs to find her, and then
we decided that we're never going on vacation with her
again because it turned into a big fight.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Yeah, everybody was Okay. I feel like this is an
actual curse. There's official Miami curse that's going viral on TikTok.
People are saying that if you go in a group
to Miami, you will come back not friends, or if
you go to Miami, something bad will happen to you
after right, No matter what, you will come back different

(01:52):
if you go to Miami. I believe that Miami. Miami
is an amazing city. I love Miami. I would love
to live in Miami, but Miami, I don't know. I
don't know if I could handle living in Miami. Miami
is obviously a party city, and they don't go out
until like midnight there anyway, and the club's there, they
stay open all night, and I think they have to
stop serving alcohol at like five in the morning.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
So what they'll do is because they can start again
at like seven am. Yeah, So they'll stop for an
hour and then people will just hang out in the club.
They don't have to kick them out. They hang out
and they drink soda or whatever nothing for an hour,
and then it turns into a morning beach party and
you just start drinking again. So they start at midnight

(02:36):
and then they just don't end, which is amazing. Also
a really good recipe for messing up a friendship. Yeah, easily,
especially I do.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Have you ever had one of those slushies when you're
there jubil I can't think of the name of the
place where you get them from, but they have this
blue slushy drink that's definitely alcoholic, and it's called call
a cab. And those are the things that got everybody
in trouble. You'll see people on the corner outside of
this bar fighting because everybody's drinking his col cabs are

(03:05):
so good.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
I agree.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
I went to Miami and it's one of the best
memories of my life. But it did it. I would
say I was cursed. Yeah, I would say the Miami
curse affected me too. This was years and years and
years ago. But I had shows I was doing. I
do stand up and I had shows at the Improv
in Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Improv, so that's a

(03:27):
little it's like forty five minutes away from Miami. And
the shows were amazing, right, And I made a lot
of money because it's a huge place. And I flew
in actually one of my best friends from high school
because he doesn't get to travel much, you know, and
it was his birthday. So I was like, yo, man,
come on, Ricky, come hang out with me for the
weekend in Miami. It's my first time headlining a comedy

(03:48):
club in Miami. Well it was wait anyway, forty five
minutes away from Miami. It's my first time headline this
comedy club. Come out, we'll party for your birthday. The
first set of shows went good, and then you know,
I was at the club and Miami took over from
forty five minutes away. It does that, and I was like, Ricky,
we should get a limo to take us to Miami tonight.

(04:10):
What do you think about that? And Ricky's one of
those friends that you have in your life that is
always down to make the wrong decision. Was like, yeah,
we should definitely do that. So I found a pink limo.
I wanted that. Yeah, a pink limo. We did a
little photo shoot on the limo before we left. Yeah,

(04:31):
and then we went down to Miami for the night,
and we got to this club. It was really cool.
It's like it looked like a food truck. Because also
one of the guys that was working at the comedy
club is from Miami. He's like, I'll show you around.
His name was Cisco. He's like, I'll show you around.
Should never trust to dude named Cisco anyway, but he
was like he took us. They open up the door
and he goes come in this food truck like it
was just a food truck. We was a huge club.

(04:52):
We were there and obviously we drank way too much.
And then we get back in the limo and then
we went to a strip club in Miami.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
I did.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
My flight was at like nine in the morning. Oh,
and we went to the strip club. I think at
around one two o'clock in the morning. All I remember
is being in an Uber, not the Limo that I
rented because Ricky left a while ago, and I getting
an Uber. I remember walking out of the strip club

(05:22):
going oh no, it's daylight, and then calling an uber
to take me to the place that I was staying at,
looking at the time and going I already missed my flight. Cool.
My girlfriend at the time was now my ex girlfriend
obviously calling me, coming, where are you? What are you doing?
And I pick up in the back and well, actually

(05:43):
should be This is what happened. First, Ricky posted a
picture a story on Instagram of him at a strip
club in Miami, and my girlfriend at the time saw
that and I was like, yo, you can't don't do
that because she was calling me at the strip club
and I was getting a lap dance, so you know,
I sent that to voicemail and tried to ignore that situation.

(06:06):
But the next morning that that was where the curse began. Anyway,
I ended up missing my flight. I got another flight.
I also opened my bank account and I spent every
single penny that I made that weekend.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
Serious how much money was that?

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Just say it just say it. Seven thousand dollars so
much fun. I was like, this is amazing headlining weekend.
I'm gonna save some money. I spent literally the paycheck
that I made because Miami took over.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Okay, important question. Are you and Ricky still friends? Of course, yeah,
we're still friends. At least you were spared.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
But I did lose the girlfriend, right right, Okay, but
that was fine. I think that was a good thing.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Miami reminds me of Vegas from what you're saying.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Yeah, you've never been.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Not to Miami, but I'm in Vegas, and this reminds
me of like the hangover, like when they go to
Vegas or when they go to It.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
Was like, Victoria, you should plan a trip to Miami
with your friends.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
See how.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
Call us up? Eighted eight three four three one o
six one. Have you been a victim of the Miami curse?
Now it's time to find out what's trending with Nina
and what's trending.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Oh, I'll tell you first.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
What's trending is Taylor Swift's thumbs up and a boy
trapped inside of a claw machine? Which one do you
want to hear first?

Speaker 1 (07:28):
Swift?

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Okay, sorry, I thought there was the same story. I
was like, whoa that is I'm seeing a freaky visual
in my head.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
But okay, So.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Her thumbs up is trending because she was at a
show and we all know that she's broken up with
her boyfriend, Joe Alwin. So there was a fan in
the audience that held up a sign that was like,
are you okay? And she took a minute out of
her performance to look at that fan and give him
a thumbs up. That's how she's it is sweet. I
thought it was sweet, and that's how she's doing now.

(07:59):
The boy trapped inside of a claw machine. Have you
ever gone to an arcade and wondered what it would
be like to crawl inside of a claw machine? Mm hmm, yeah,
Well this so did this guy and he did it.
So he was at an amusement park in North Carolina
when he crawled in trying to get one of those
plush toys for free. Essentially, he got stuck, so then
he got saved, and then after that he got banned
from the amusement park for one year for the attempted best.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
How did he get in? How did he even start
to climb in?

Speaker 3 (08:25):
I don't know, it must have been a really big one,
so isn't it also the amusement park's fault for having
an entryway into the machine for a person to climb.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Well, and also their fault for not going, Okay, that's
a new thing we have to have at our amusement park.
Like it's like a ride. Oh like, let people do it,
see if they can get in there. Because you can't
ever really get anything with the claw. It's so frustrated
right now. Have you ever won anything on that game?

Speaker 3 (08:51):
Yes you have, but it took me like ten dollars,
which is ridiculous for those things. And it was a
little ugly like toy with one ear's.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Yeah, so it didn't matter. It always the claw will
go on top of what I want, and I'm like,
this is it, this is the time it's going to
happen finally, and then I know I can die happy.
And it always just like the claws are so flimsy
on purpose, you know, and then it just drops what
I want and.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
The next thing, you know, Jewbel's inside the machine stuff.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
I've wanted to climb inside those things so many times, Victoria,
have you ever thought.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
That was about you? Nina started the story, and how
is that to be? Like Jewbel? Why are you going
to claw machines?

Speaker 2 (09:29):
So I picked this story because it reminded me of Jubil.
I looked at those things. I'm like, dude, I'm small enough,
I could fit. I'd like to see a track, Victoria.
Have you ever won anything on a claw machine?

Speaker 3 (09:40):
No?

Speaker 1 (09:40):
But I spent like twenty bucks and I once won
this really big strawberry at like a a part game.
Not the same thing.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
It's not a cal machine.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
No, but I still got something cool. The Jubile Show
