Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Gibile Show on demand.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
It's time War of the Roses only on The Gibile Show.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
Nico is on the phone today for War of the
Roses to catch a cheater. He's been with his girlfriend
Daisy for about a year, but now he thinks Daisy
might be messing around, so we're gonna see if we
can help him out. Nico, thank you for your email. Man,
tell us what's going on.

Speaker 4 (00:21):
So here's the deal. I'm gonna be straight up front.
My friend's gonna like her, Okay, So my friends try
to warn me about her. You know, when we first
started dating, they told me she was a party girl
and she's super unpredictable. But that's the reason I fail
for man. You know, I like to go out and drink.
You know, I like the unpredictability too.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
That's kind of why I feel.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
For Yeah, Okay, party girls need love to Yeah, And
you know, you know what, Honestly, Nico, I've been in
your situation before. Same thing. Friends are like, dude, what
are you doing right? She just wants to party whatever.
I've had a lot of girlfriends. One of the best
girlfriends I had, Like, as far as stability goes outside
of the partying. I was like, that's this is weird.

(01:04):
I expected it to be a complete mess, right.

Speaker 5 (01:08):
But it wasn't. So maybe, you know, maybe it's just
like an image thing, right.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
And the crazy thing is there haven't been any problems
up until till now.

Speaker 5 (01:17):
Okay, so tell us what's going on?

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Why?

Speaker 3 (01:20):
Like, why other than your friends want not thinking that
she's good for you? Why else do you think she's seating?

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Yeah, well there's the deal.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
So we actually share uber account and the other night
she didn't come home. So when I checked the Uber account,
I saw that she went to the neighborhood that her
ex lives in.

Speaker 6 (01:40):
Oh okay, did you say something to her about that
at that point?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:45):
I asked her about it, and she said it was
a friend of a friend and she was drunk, so.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
She just went there because they were all drunk.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
So they just took the Uber home with using our account,
and they just happened to go to this person's house.

Speaker 6 (02:00):
I mean, I've been there, but that's still super SUSI.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
I mean, no call, no, nothing like.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
So now I'm kind of suspicious.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
Now do you know the friend who she was with?

Speaker 4 (02:13):
I know, I don't I don't know the friend of
a friend I've had idea who was persevered.

Speaker 6 (02:18):
Yeah, I mean that's got to stress you out a
little bit when you asked her about it and she
told you about like the friend of the friend. We
were drunk and whatever. Was she dismissive or was she
making eye contact? You know how you can kind of
like feel somebody's body language and energy in those moments.
Did she feel sketchy too, That's.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
The crazy thing, like her body language. I was like,
maybe she's telling the truth.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
But I just feel like you could have got in
the uber and came home.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
Yeah, yeah, you.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Know what I mean, Like you could even you.

Speaker 4 (02:46):
Could even took your friend of a friend home and
then took the uber from there and then came home.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
Right. And did you say that to her too?

Speaker 1 (02:54):
No? I didn't.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
I really wish I would have, but I guess I'm
here now.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
To try to Yeah, no, I get it.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
You know, I've been in those situations where you want
to say it, but then you don't, and then later
on you're just like thinking about it. You're like, man,
I should have said that, because now it's eating me up, right, Yeah, And.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
It's eating me up so I really want to know
what's going on.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Okay, we'll see if we can help you out. We'll
play a song and then we'll come back. And you
already told us what grocery store she's a rewards card
member at. So we'll call her up and pretend to
be from the grocery store and tell her that every
single month, we choose one rewards card member at random
who gets free flowers delivered from our floral department. And
I read the text messages that we get in on
the show here, they've been texting it in, so I

(03:36):
want to let you know that I see you, and okay, fine,
I'm going to do it on this one. So we'll
call her and tell her that every single month, we
choose one rewards card member totally random who gets free
flowers delivered from our floral department. And since she's sending
it to a guy, she'll win a brok. Somebody's been
sexting at it and saying, like, you have to call
it a broke, and like, okay, I'll do that like

(03:58):
a broke, Say it's flowers for a dude, I guess,
And we'll see if she sends us ours see where
somebody else. Okay, okay, cool, all right man, we'll play
a song come back and get you War the Roses
Ketch a Teater next. Just joining us for today's War
of the Roses to catch a cheater. Nico is on
the phone. He's been with his girlfriend Daisy for almost
a year, and now he thinks that she might be cheating.

(04:20):
Before we call her and try to catch her, Nico,
real quick, whant to refresh everybody's memory.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
Why do you think Daisy's cheating on you?

Speaker 7 (04:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (04:27):
Man, she went out for drinks with some friends, took
an uber to where her ex lives, and now she's
telling me that she was actually at a friend of
her friend's house. They all were drunk and stayed the
night there, when I feel like she could have just
dropped them off and then Ubert all home.

Speaker 6 (04:42):
Right, And you said ex neighborhood, So we don't.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Know for sure neighborhood. Yeah, yeah, don't know for sure.
I just know she was in that neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (04:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
And you also said that your friends when you started
dating kind of thought that she would was bad news.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
They thought They call it a party girl, unpredictable, and
that's what I.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Liked about it.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
You know, we like to go out and have a
drink and just have a good time. And you know,
I didn't listen to what they said.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
I move in my heart and I started dating anyway.

Speaker 6 (05:11):
And here we are and we're just hoping that they're
not going to hit you with I told you so.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
I know, I know.

Speaker 8 (05:32):
Hello, hello there. This is not a marketing call. This
is Pete Eakins from how are You?

Speaker 7 (05:39):

Speaker 8 (05:40):

know you're this month's winner winner.

Speaker 7 (05:46):
Where did I win?

Speaker 8 (05:47):
Well, you are a Rewards card member And we're doing
this new thing because we got a brand new Florida
department and it's just it's ridiculously beautiful. We're trying to
get people to come and take a look at it.
And so we're picking somebody each month to win forty
eight long stem red roses.

Speaker 7 (06:07):
And is there a catch?

Speaker 8 (06:08):
No, of course not. We just want to say thank
you for shopping. We love having you here at We
want you to come check outur floor apartment.

Speaker 7 (06:16):
Head all right, so I have to go back and
pick them up.

Speaker 8 (06:19):

stem red Roses. You can send them to anybody you want.
And we have a funny little thing around here called
we're gonna send it. We're gonna send a bro k

send this to anybody you want. It's a Roses or
you know, more guy appropriate broqut and you get a
little card to put on it. So isn't that great?

Speaker 7 (06:49):

Speaker 8 (06:51):

to send the gift to?

Speaker 7 (06:56):
I do whenever you're ready.

Speaker 8 (06:58):
I am got my pen and paper right here. Let's go.

Speaker 7 (07:01):
Okay, it's to Jay. And like, I don't want to
put a messag or anything.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
I just want to be like a little winky a
little winky face in the blowing the case, one little heart.

Speaker 8 (07:11):
And sorry, how'd you spell his name again?

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Was it?

Speaker 8 (07:13):
N I Ko?

Speaker 7 (07:16):
What Daisy?

Speaker 8 (07:18):
Who's j Hi?

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Daisy? How you do? And this is Nico on the
phone with the radio.

Speaker 8 (07:25):
Sorry, Daisy, this is the Jubil show and uh, you know,
Nico called us suspected that you were fulling around and
he's on the phone. Sorry, we didn't tell you about that.
That's part of the gift package that doesn't exist.

Speaker 7 (07:37):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
So since we're here at Daisy, you mind giving me
an explanation because you've seen kind of animated dead night about.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
Not being at the guy's house and you took the Uber.
So what's going on?

Speaker 2 (07:49):
First of all, what in the hell is like? What
is happening right now? What do you mean, Nico, I
don't understand. You called the radio station.

Speaker 7 (07:57):
What is this really the radio?

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (08:01):
I called a radio station. My look, this is the thing.
I had been fighting and going to bat with you
with my friends. Let him know that you're a good person,
You're a great girl. Even though you're out there partying.
They say you're unpredictable and all of this stuff. And
I was so cool and to the uber incident a
couple of weeks ago, when you sat there and lied
to me to say you were at the friends of

(08:22):
a friend house and you were actually at Jay's house.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Oh my god, I can't believe this is happening on
the radio on the radio, explain.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
To explain to me what do you feel and let
me know do you want to be with Jay? You
want to be with me? Just let me.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Know, know, Nicol, you know, you know, we broke up
a few months before you and I met each other.
I mean, you know, there was feeling J was like
you know, it was it was a real relationship for
a long time, and we broke up because he didn't
want to go any further. He wasn't sure, you didn't
know what he wanted, you know, all this, and you
know I really haven't gotten over him.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
I don't did you did you go to his house
that night?

Speaker 7 (09:05):
I did not cheat on you, though, Like there was
there was no there was nothing.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
It was just some.

Speaker 7 (09:11):
Cuddling for a lot of talking. We have to talk
a lot to talk about.

Speaker 6 (09:15):
There is that kind of cheating though. I'm sorry, Daisy,
Like I'm really glad that you are pouring your heart
out right now because this sounds like a really important conversation.
But technically I think cheating. Cuddling is cheating. Yeah, So
so just just let me know that.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Do you want do you want to be with Jay?

Speaker 4 (09:34):
If you want to be with Jay, I totally understand
that we can let this go and then.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
We can both move on in our lives. Do you
want to be with Jay? Yes?

Speaker 6 (09:41):
Or no?

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Nico?

Speaker 7 (09:43):
You know you're a good guy. You know, you know
they care about you a lot. But I have a
lot of history with Jay. It's really hard for me
to let that go.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
All right, Well that's our answer, Nico.

Speaker 8 (09:56):
You are right.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Yeah, I'm fine.

Speaker 4 (09:59):
You know, I'm a little hurt, but you know, my
friends try to let me know, and I've got some
egg in my face and I probably should have listened.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
But I went with my heart.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
I was feeling her, and you know, it was a
good year. But you know, things come to an end
and I move on and I figured things.

Speaker 6 (10:17):
Out Daisy real quick. Were you ever planning on telling
Nico about this? I mean, because if this happened a
couple of weeks ago and you were talking about getting
back together with your ex boyfriend, you had to wait
until you were pushing to this to tell.

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Him the truth. I just didn't know, like how to
tell him. You know, he's a good guy.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
He doesn't deserve you know, he deserves to be with
somebody he wants to be with him.

Speaker 7 (10:39):
Yeah, but he's a good guy. I just didn't know
how to say. I didn't know.

Speaker 8 (10:45):
I'm not with Jay.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
We were talking, but we're still talking in texting once
in a while, So it's not fair to Nico.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
Well, like I said, it's fine. I got my answer.

Speaker 6 (10:57):
Yeah, I mean, we're here for you. Definitely handling this
very well.

Speaker 5 (11:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (11:02):
And if you need to go and break that's cool too.
If you need to come back for a shoulder to
cry on, that's also cool too. We're here for you.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
Well, I got my friends.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Once I get out the phone with you, guys, I'm
gonna call them and we're gonna go out and have
some drink tonight.

Speaker 8 (11:15):
There you go, Yeah, you probably could use that, Daisy,
are you still there?

Speaker 7 (11:20):
I'm here.

Speaker 8 (11:21):
You really got to figure this out.

Speaker 7 (11:24):
He didn't know. He's a good guy guy.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
And then even my selfishness is like, if I let
Nico go and doesn't work out with Jay, I'm gonna
have off the good guy.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
Well, Daisy, best of luck to you. I mean, if
you need anything later, we're here for you too. But
good luck, Thank you so much, thank you very much. Yeah,
can you go call your friend now? I feel so bad,
like I feel like you need to go out too.
Oh God, Well, good luck, good luck to both of you.
I mean, I'm sorry it happened this way, but I'm

(11:56):
glad the a cracked open and shine some light where
it needed to.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Well, thank you guys so much.

Speaker 4 (12:01):
Man, I got to get back to work, so I
appreciate you guys helping me out.

Speaker 8 (12:05):
Yeah, of course, have a better day, Nico.

Speaker 5 (12:07):
Good luck to both of you.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
