Speaker 1 (00:00):
Normally it's your first eight follow up here, but it's
a special time now because it's the holidays, and we
asked you guys to vote for your favorite to Catch
a Cheater of the Year, and of course after thousands
of votes, everybody wanted to hear the to Catch a Cheater.
That took us an entire week to track down the cheater.
But on Friday at the same time, we will have
an update. Make sure you follow along all week. But
(00:22):
here it is the craziest to Catch a Cheater of
the Year. It's time for to Catch a Cheater And
if you've been listening the past two days, this one
is crazy.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Yeah. Yeah, we have Taylor.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
And Samantha on the phone and we're about to call
Matt who's definitely cheating. Yes, but we did a to
Catch a Cheater the other day with Taylor. Hey, Taylor, Hi,
and Taylor thought he was cheating, so we called him
into the usual thing and then when he came on
the phone said no, he wasn't cheating. Sounded legit. But
right after Taylor got off the phone, we got a
(00:52):
phone call from Samantha. Hello, Samantha, Hi, and Samantha informed
us that she's Matt's white and she heard him. So
we got Samantha and Taylor on the phone yesterday to
see if this actually is the same guy, and it
sure sounds like it's the same guy. And he says
he travels a lot for work. So Taylor, he said
(01:15):
he's in New York.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
Yeah, And he told me he's in California right now.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Okay, So he told his girlfriend guy, his girlfriend of
three years, they just moved in together six months ago, Taylor,
that he's in New York, his wife of five years,
that he's in California.
Speaker 4 (01:31):
How do you do that?
Speaker 2 (01:32):
And when we talked to.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
You guys yesterday, we're going to try to play it
off for a day so that we can call him
and catch him on the air, because obviously he's lying
to both of you, and it's terrible. I mean, he's
married to one of you and he's been another one
for three years.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
I was yesterday for you guys.
Speaker 3 (01:48):
Go ahead to Natha.
Speaker 5 (01:50):
He sent me like a text to like check in
after dinner and like saying it was crazy, and you know,
I like liked it, but I I think, like my
anger yesterday, I still I still have like my anger,
but I'm kind of like a little more sad today
but still like honestly ready to stick it to him
(02:11):
and like catch him so in a way where he
cannot explain his way out of it, but he has
no idea. We didn't talk on the phone, and okay,
so I actually did talk to.
Speaker 6 (02:21):
Him, and it was so over the top, like it
was just so like he was just showering me with
like I love you, I miss you, Like it was
so like and now it's just so clear to me
that it's like it's cover up because I obviously called
it out on it and now he's like playing the
like the veil sticker if you will. I don't know
the right analogy, as my brain's like broken right now,
(02:42):
but it is. I just like told him I fixed
my stomach.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
And I had to go.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Now, if you didn't know what you know now, Taylor,
based off of those conversations, would you have just thought
everything was normal?
Speaker 5 (02:53):
Yeah? Yeah, that's that's the problem. Is he's a Gould liar.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (03:02):
Later I'm seeing like he he's like we've had some
cheating incidents before and like him talking to like past
that girlfriend from college, and it's like I've been thinking
about it the past day, and I'm like he has
a way of like putting it back on me and
like making me feel crazy for bringing it up or
(03:23):
being worried or anything.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
But it's it's like I'm worried because it's your action. Sure,
it's what you're doing that like, not me. And it's
like I.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
See it so clearly now that that's what he does,
Like this is his like, this is his emma, like
and so I want I want to throw it back
in his space now, yeah, because he's he's clearly like
the Awescar level socio pat. I can't even believe. I
(03:54):
just don't know who I've been living with.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Okay, Yeah, I mean it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Well, we'll play a song come back, and we're not
going to do the usual like grocery store flowers thing
because obviously we did that with him two days ago.
So we're just gonna call him and when he comes on,
he's going to be shook hearing both of you guys
on the phone.
Speaker 6 (04:15):
Yeah, I'm just trying to this step be done. I'd
like to be like call him out, Yeah, let's do this. Yeah,
I'm super ready for that too.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
And mostly I just I want it. I want to
hear from him.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
I want him to know that I know, and I've
already fully started packing. Okay, you find that all in
luggage and like it's going on the lawn.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
No good, all right, well we'll call him.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
Okay, okay, great, thank you.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
All right, we'll get your to catchcheeter next.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
If you're just joining us for today's to catch a cheater,
We're about to call Matt. And it's been like a
three day long thing. So if you missed the other day,
this happened.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
So Matt and I have been together for like three
years that only have been living together for like six months,
and he recently got a job promotion that has had
him travel a lot, and.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
He came home. So I make perfume, and now I'm.
Speaker 7 (05:08):
Concerned the lady on the plane. Like the part that
I didn't tell you is that like she like fell
asleep on my shoulder. That's probably why the scent got
so intense. So I was like, great, you know this
smell is probably going to linger on me, And sure enough,
I guess yeah, Like.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
I love you and I want to be with you forever.
Speaker 7 (05:26):
And I know we'll get through this a little.
Speaker 3 (05:28):
Moment Okay, I'm just I'm so sorry. I'm thinking that
you would have shaved on me.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
And then once we got off the phone with Taylor,
this happened. Samantha.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
Hi, Yes, I've been trying to call in this entire time.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Okay, Yeah, so.
Speaker 5 (05:46):
That sounds identical to my No, that is my husband?
What that's my I'm like, I'm so confused. I'm shaking.
I don't know what's going on. I don't know why
my husband's on the radio.
Speaker 3 (05:59):
With you guys.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
So the call that we just did with.
Speaker 5 (06:03):
Yeah, and and he's saying he's married to this woman,
I don't understand that's my husband.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
And so the next day we got both of them
on the phone together so they could compare notes and
see if it is the same guy. And it turns
out it is the same guy. I can't believe that
Samantha has been married to him for five years. Taylor
has been his girlfriend for three. They just moved in
together six months ago, and he's out of town. He
told Taylor that he's in New York, and Samantha he
(06:31):
said he's in California.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
Yeah, okay, And.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
I get tired all these lies, and so.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
We're about to call him right now and get him
on the phone so that Samantha, his wife, and Taylor,
his girlfriend, can confront him and go, hey, I know
you're cheating. And also I met your wife and I
met your girlfriend, and both of them are on the phone.
He's gonna like, he's not gonna know what hit him.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
No, not at all. Are you guys ready to give
him a call?
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (06:57):
Yeah, okay, here we go.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
Look, this is Jeremy.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
Hey, I was looking for Matt.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
Oh, Matt must be the owner of this phone. I
work at Jamba Juice and somebody left his.
Speaker 7 (07:17):
Phone here maybe an hour ago, and so I was
answering it, hoping it was the person.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Okay, so somebody left the phone there.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Yeah, yeah, just sitting here on.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
The counter JOHNA Juice in what city?
Speaker 5 (07:30):
Tucson, Arizona, Campbell closet.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
Oh Matt doing an Arizona Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
Hey Jeremy. Yeah, we'll try to get a hold of
Matt some other way.
Speaker 4 (07:44):
Did you see the guy who left the phone by chance?
Speaker 3 (07:48):
No, I think my coworker, Erica.
Speaker 8 (07:51):
I said, yeah, it was a guy with a hat.
Speaker 5 (07:57):
If you speak to him, just tell him his phone
here Campbell plaza and will keep.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
It in the locks and found got you.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
Thanks Jeremy, have a sunshiny day, Thank you too.
Speaker 5 (08:07):
Buy on Arizona. I don't I don't know that he
knows anyone in Tucson. Definitely not for work.
Speaker 4 (08:16):
I'm just gonna say, is you have work?
Speaker 5 (08:17):
You never said, He's never said he's gone there on
a business trip, so I have no idea what he's
doing there.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
This is unreal.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Okay, So, Amantha, he told you that he's in.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
California, Yeah, in San Diego.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
And Taylor, he told you he was in New York.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
And his phone.
Speaker 4 (08:39):
What in the world.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
I just can't believe he's been doing this for so
how blind.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Could he be in Tucson for work? Why? I don't know.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
I don't know. Does would somebody else have his phone?
Is there any rule? Is it a work phone that
we're calling? If you're lying to two different people, I
wonder if his stories I just got steps. Maybe he
really is into his operwork and then he's just telling
them that he's in other places, so they be so
used to lying.
Speaker 6 (09:06):
I don't even know what to say. I'm just pissed,
I'm angry, I'm hurt. I am I'm literally going to
lose my mind. And I don't know where he is.
But this is such bull and I am so angry.
I know you already put his stuff out on Mohan
or whatever, but I'm about it to set it all
on fire.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
Well, don't get yourself in trouble just because this guy's
a loser.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
Oh my god, I just this is insane. This is
just complete day. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
So if he left his phone there, how would you
get ahold of him?
Speaker 5 (09:34):
He leaves things like all the time, Like he's always
like losing his keys and stuff. So he'll just retrace
his steps. He's going to come back.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
For it, right, Okay, Yeah, I mean he's gonna have
to get his phone at some point. Yeah, hopefully he
knows it's at the job of juice or get a
new phone or something.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
I don't know.
Speaker 9 (09:52):
I'm honestly I'm ready to just nail him and to
just embarrass him. I just want him, honestly, super embarrass
and then I want to hear his voice when I
tell him, all of your stuff is packed, it's on
the lawn.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
I'm going to divorce you.
Speaker 5 (10:07):
Like everything, Like I'm super now, Honestly, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
Whenever we do get him on the phone, he's going
to be hit with Hey, your wife knows you're cheating
with your girlfriend of three years. Also, they both know
that you're in Tucson and not in California and New York, and.
Speaker 4 (10:22):
Now you have no place to live. Sucka.
Speaker 8 (10:24):
I know how we can get him how pretty sprad? Yeah,
so I've been thinking about this a lot. A lot
of people want follow ups to catch you cheaters, especially
when they're happy. They want to check in on the
happy couple.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
Right.
Speaker 8 (10:35):
I think we I email him today say hey, we
want to do a follow up with you.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
That way he knows he's talking to the show. He's
going to answer the phone. We want to get you on.
Speaker 8 (10:45):
We want to talk about how great it is to
celebrate non cheaters.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Oh yeah, get him on.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
Hey, I'm down to play a role. I can act.
Speaker 6 (10:54):
I can pretend that it's all about doing some fun
follow up on the radio and play that his yo.
Speaker 3 (11:02):
Multiple women.
Speaker 6 (11:03):
I can tell him that you guys like email me
to like talk to us, and then I'll start talking
to him and then Samantha can like sneak attack.
Speaker 8 (11:13):
Okay, Well, here's what I'm going to do, though, I'm
going to email both of you at the same time.
Oh yeah, I want to like reduce the pressure on
you a little bit. I'm gonn email you both at
the same time when I do that email. When you
get that email, you can text him and say we're
famous or something like that. Just so, but I don't
want you to have to say too many words here.
I don't want you to have to play too big
of a role because I just wanted to be quiet
(11:34):
until then tomorrow. Then tomorrow, tomorrow we'll line it up.
If we can't get it done tomorrow, but tomorrow, we'll
line it up, and then you guys are able to
come back on tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
I can. Yeah, I'll be there.
Speaker 5 (11:49):
I'm literally canceling everything I have to be there. Is like,
I want nothing more than the nail guy.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
All right, Tomorrow the same time, we'll make sure that
we get him on the phone and then you guys
can confront him. I want to know what he's doing
in Tucson.
Speaker 4 (12:05):
I just want to know how he can just lie
to people straight up and what he's doing in Tucson.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
This is crazy.
Speaker 4 (12:13):
Also, is his name, Matt? Is his real name, Matt
that's no question.
Speaker 5 (12:17):
All right.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
We'll talk to you guys tomorrow. Okay, I'm I'm really
sorry that all this is going on. It's terrible. Yeah,
but we'll be able to get you guys on the phone.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
With him tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Thank you. Okay, Yeah, we're going to nail him, all right,
