Yeah? My name is Luther. Her name is Stacy Elizabeth. Yeah,
yeah, okay, I thank youfor no problem you can't care of.
Thank you so much. Hold on, hold on, I'm not done
crying yet. Every hour and everyday right here in big boys, big

(04:56):
boy is up in here with ablew doll siding is getting the sessive bro.
It's getting ridiculous. Yeah, I'mtired of it. Now we're doing
this whole thing. They're calling itguilt tipping because they flipped that little screen
in front of you. Look atyou directly in the eyes. See what
you're gonna push fifteen twenty five percent, eighty eight percent, I don't know,
man, or other amounts. Likeit's getting nuts. They're even putting

(05:17):
these tips in self checkouts. Aman, right now, I was at
the airport right I literally went, grabbed me a sandwich, grabbed me a
water, walk to the counter.Dude was sitting there on a stool.
He didn't even rotate the stool andhe had a tip thing right there at

(05:38):
the airport. You know how muchstuff calls the air everything's tripped and tip.
But come on, man, theyjust sometimes you're like stopping dog.
And I feel bad because I goto a lot of sporting events and sporting
events where you're at stadiums. Thebeer prices are damn high, man,
They're hella high. Yeah, andnow they're making it a little more efficient
for people to get their own beerbecause they have these like coolers where you

(05:58):
can just go up there, grabyour own rinks, take it to the
front, and then cash out.But even then when you grab your own
damn beer and all they do isgrab it, scan it, and then
just pop it open for you.And they flipped that little screen and expect
like a what does that work totake the top off? Yeah? Exactly
know what I'm saying. What isthe word comment? Courtesy or thank you
for? Yeah? Man, that'sshopping with us like man, and then

(06:20):
it's worse. Be big boy.You know what I'm saying. I tip.
But then sometimes I look I lookat I'm like, that's ridiculous that
I have this juice that comes tomy house, right and you know a
lot of places now they know thatbefore they even a ride. Yeah,
at certain times, if you wantto add the tip, do you think
people at those places that do theguilt of that you have to? You

(06:43):
know, where you don't have to. You shouldn't be tipping the down tip
because do you think don't go tipat other places? I don't know.
I would, you know what, because we've done this for where people are
like, man, you know wewere talking about tipping. If people are
like, hey, you know,we depend on that, which I'm good
with, but just sometimes when Ilike, stop it. Yeah, I
stopped doing it, like I feelbad when they spin it. But I'm
just like I'll look them in theeye two now and be like, no,

(07:03):
no tip. So you know,do you like them all witha with
Myra Leana self served yogurt right.I served it my damn self. Dona
took it up. There. Theywaited and that's it. Cash me out.
They expected tip. I don't thinkso, bra Man. I went
to I went to the place andI asked the lady for the bill and
she was like, oh, thebills about like four hundred bucks, so

(07:24):
you can tip, so I cantip accordingly. I was like, let
me get the Itemi's bill. Igot it back. He was two hundred
and something. She want to hearthe tip on four hundred. Yeah,
dude. I was at the gasstation. I filled my car up with
gas. They came over wanted meto tip them. I'm just playing.
Oh my god, watch it tobe there, y'all. Stick around.
Your radio is Big Boy. You'rechecking out another full show episode podcast A

(07:47):
about that time for well we gotall right big. This one is a
little dark, it's a little different. It's not as funny as our other
idiot awards. But I'm gonna stillgive this idiot Award to this woman because
she no, no, no,no, I'm sorry. So there's this

(08:09):
woman out there. She's a widowand she wrote a book for it because
she's a widow, not alert norher husband did die because she's a widow.
But they had kids together, andshe wrote a book four Kids to
deal with grief. And you wouldthink this is amazing, this is really
sweet, and that is something that'sreally hard for a lot you know kids,
that does happen too. And youknow you're like, wow, what
a what a beautiful mom to dothat. Well, guess what this mom

(08:33):
also did. She killed her husband. Yes, man, the grief writer
the other people grief. Yea man, that is she she wrote a book
about grief. And on the coverof the grief book is like a cartoon
version of her husband and it's likededicated to her husband. I wrote this

(08:56):
book for my son and you know, we love my husband Dadada. But
yet this. She murdered him.She poisoned him. She made him a
drink and in the drink were drugsand she gave it to him, and
then she went to go sleep withthe kids as he died amidst read her
book. That is crazy. Shemade money off of it. It was

(09:18):
probably up for how long? Likehow about she? It was released a
year after his murder, so shegot away with murder for a while.
And then as they pieced to everything, hold on, he killed her husband
before the book came out. Sothe book came out of a year after
he passed. So he died, then she started writing the book because of
the grief, and then the bookcame out. Yeah, okay, so
he died, Yeah, okay,so the book came out after after he

(09:39):
died, a year after he died, after she killed him to murder him.
That's why she's an idiot. Wildstill doing that? Yeah, yeah,
well she made money off of hisdeath. Oh no, he would
go on, baby, heisible thatis crazy wild, Hey man, I

(10:03):
just want to make sure one moretime. The book came out after she
killed her half she killed her heavingal righty asked the ground. Y'ad radio
is big This is big boys neighborhoodon demands up in here. What I've
lewed all friend of the neighborhood,Snoop Dog a little bit off script man.
He was invited to this thing calledthe Milken Institute Global Conference where they

(10:28):
confront the challenges face instant to instantto institute. Institute, Yeah man,
where they confront the challenges faced acrosspobland, health, business and industry,
in society and culture. And theywere having this conversation about streaming and next
to him was like a former creativedirector for Apple Music. He said a
couple of things. Then Snoop hadto come in and be like, yo,

(10:48):
man, what's up with the streamingservice? And Snoop gave them Snoop,
it's exciting, but streaming gotta gettogether. I don't understand you get
paid off that, like I meanbecause money explained to me how you can
get a billion streams and not geta million dollars like that don't make sense
to me. Like I don't knowwho to running the stream industry, if

(11:09):
you in here or not, butyou need to give us some information on
how to attract this money down becauseone plus one ain't adding up to two
that don't add up. And Ihave to say it because that's the main
right with a lot of us artistsis that we do major numbers, but
streams in this but it don't addup to the money. Like what is

(11:31):
the money? When I first cameout, my records would sell based off
of physical If you sold a millioncopies, that means if nine nine million
dollars, you get this percentage. That's what it is. So if I
sell how many streams, how muchmoney do I get? It's not being
translated and it's not working for theartists right now, and I just want
to speak to that. And Iknow I'm going off for script right now

(11:52):
before Yeah, yeah, you're seeingthe hell gig because I don't think they
wrote that. Yeah, even theWriters Deal Association. I see, That's
what happens when we don't work. That's what happens when we strike. You
know what I'm saying, we can'tget stuff to snoop. But he had
good that's dog valid points. Yeah. He also did mention like the writers
striker. He's like, that's whythey're striking, Like these guys are writing

(12:13):
for these shows, they're getting puton different platforms. He went to watch
streaming and they're streaming them and they'renot getting money off of the man.
I love that dog was dog.Hell yeah, man glasses up there with
the Beanie dead Man. He hadhis last cocked open, crisp style like
dog. You know, dog allalong. I go ahead, you know
what I'm saying. He invited back. I don't know. Yeah, I

(12:37):
would invite them back. M yeah, I wouldn't. Yeah, that's gonna
be cleaner. Yeah, leave thatalready. I think around y'all. Radio's

She's so so sweet and always agood time. We had her in
the neighborhood Big, we had togo through a for real, for real,

(13:41):
for false for false with her.She can master any foreign accent M
master. I don't know about master. But because of how my ear is,
it naturally happens so like, forinstance, um, sometimes like my
English funds, Um, they comedown on them, will be hanging out

(14:01):
and stuff, and then naturally I'llspeaking like them, and it just happens,
like I can't really explain it.Do me a favor, go over
there and take all their work alreadybecause Becky and no disrespect, but they
come over here and they knock outthe best roles out here. So go
and take over all their work.My my English Jacson's a little wacky still

(14:26):
though, so maybe I need towork on a working twenty three. That's
where you go. We'll put thaton your plate, alrighty one, of
her bad habits is biting her nails. Well, when I have these claws
on, it's a little hard todo it, which is why I always
have my nails done. Um My, my real nails are so brittle,
and because of anxiety and things likethat, Like I grew up literally just

(14:48):
like chewing. It's so bad. It's so bad, but I've gotten a
lot better. But that is afor real, for real I lover in
the neighborhood. She's always good man, and I love to see just this
journey that she's on our own tour, and like knowing what she did at
Coachella, which I think she wasone of the top two performers of the

the other day, but it saidthat the ex CEO of y'all who recently
came out and she said, youknow what, we messed up when our
company bought Tumbler instead of Netflix, because at the time they were gonna buy
it was like four billion dollars andnow it's worth one hundred forty billion dollars.
Man, that's why she the xCEO and big. The headline that

(15:56):
I read that really called my attentionsaid that nobody has ever made a work
worst decision than Yahoo. And Iwas like, ha ha, that's not
true, because Fat Joe made theworst decision than that. And then you
think that Fat Joe made a worstdecision than y'allhoo not buying Netflix. I
mean, that's a horrible decision,but I think it's bad because he missed
out on sidings. Yeah, it'sworse than that, because we're talking about

(16:17):
like over one hundred, one hundredbillion dollars. This is eminem that he
didn't sign, like you could havemade him so much. Ready, I
would definitely rather have Netflix than Eminem. Eminem really what no, No,
I stand that it was four Theywanted to set up for four billion.
Yeah, and it's worth over onehundred something billion. Yeah yeah, so

(16:41):
where what one hundred thirty six billion? But you can talk to Eminem every
day. You'd be like hey,M even M and be like, dude,
you're stupid. You can buy Netflix. I would have had him ready
this on to Netflix, like justsome No, we're gonna make somebody.

(17:02):
You're just standing next to it.Yeah, you're just standing next to it.
You know what I'm saying. Allright, but I just thought that
was crazy. But I'm pretty sureeverybody here has slept on something. Yeah.
I remember, man, years ago, my guy Jose he used to
tell me like, big, there'ssome land, there's some land. There's
some land, like and you knowin the I E. And he was
like, man, they're gonna putan off from hereod they're talking about doing

(17:23):
it. And now when I goover there, it's all developed, it's
all developed. It's failed. Everythingis developed now. And he said,
damn it, just buy the dirt. Buy the dirt, because I'll buy
it off of you. After Ohman, yeah, same thing when my
uncle on cam here, Like thefirst few years there's like there's this franchise
called Subway, you guys should buyit, and they're like, we don't
really know anything about that. Itwas really cheap. And then Subway blew

(17:45):
off for like ten fifteen years after. Now it's going down. But you
ever heard a Blockbuster? Yeah?Yeah, I bought one. And then
two weeks ago, what did yousleep on? We want to hear from
just the neighborhood. What did yousleep on? We're talking about it in

(18:53):
how they had a chance to buyNetflix for like four billion dollars and
they ended up buying Tumbler instead, yeah, instead of Netflix. And Netflix
is now about one hundred forty billiondollars company, and Tumbler tumbled away.
Yeah, there it is. Whowere just asking what did you sleep on?
You know, did you sleep on? I didn't really have her have

(19:15):
a chance to like invest in somethingthat would have made me like millions or
billions. But back in the day, and every decision brought me to you
guys and you know, my manand any all that fun stuff. But
back in the day, I waswalking, um, I was going to
the movie theaters, and E Newshappened to be doing interviews like on the
streets with like regular people, andthey stopped and said, hey, would
you like to do an interview? We're asking people about these young, young
hot Hollywood stars, right, andI was like, yeah, sure,

(19:36):
of course, Like I always wantedto do something like that, right,
And they gave me the list ofall the people and they're like, who
do you know? And I said, oh, I know everyone on this
list. You can ask me aboutanyone. Then they casually said, if
you should come into her for us, you can always come down drop off
your resume. And I was tooscared and I never did. Man,
I could have had a really coolinternship. Yeah, like the face and
all that. D No. Ijust think that would have been kind of

(20:02):
a cool INtime. Yeah, alrightyLouis, what did you sleep on?
Two things? First of all,Netflix when it first started, I was
one of the like I think itwas like the seven hundred nineties something member
that was doing the disc thing.Yeah, and that was it. I
was like the seven hundred ninety somethingmember and I didn't know what the obviously
potential that we're talking about. Youwish you would have like I wish I
would stock or something. I wouldhave invested, because that was the type

(20:22):
people like, just invest in thethings you love, the things you do
on a daily Do you have anyinvestments? Yeah? Okay, not listening
still sleeping. Yeah, oh no, no not maybe man right there on
pass Avenue, right there under mymatris Alright, what did you sleep on?
Any I feel like I slept onthis guy who I wanted to maybe

(20:44):
go out with, and then Iwas being like a little girl about it,
and I was like, I'm notgoing to text in first, and
then he would like I would takeforever to text back, and I think
he got annoyed, and I waslike, oh, you're a smart guy.
He got get tired of playing gamesand snanigans. Yeah yeah, yeah,
yeah, I think he was.Who was it somebody that said you're
not all that? Some guy already? Yeah, there it is? What

(21:07):
what did you sleep? Yeah? Please? Sometime I was at an Iron
Man premiere, right and we're sittingthere and I'm in the restroom and as
I'm walking out, somebody's walking inas Robert Downey June. Really, man,
I wish I would have just beenlike, hey, bro, can
I just get this quick picture?Man? I was like trying to you
know what. I hate that Ikind of like slipt on not knowing.
Was like I knew POC before Igot into radio, right, And so

(21:30):
then when I got into radio.I remember the first day when Tupac came
to do an interview, he justbust the door and you can imagine what
you know. And so my Tupacinterviews and my Tupac drops when Tupac passed,
I erased them all and I erasedthem like out of respect, like,
man, I'm not gonna play notknowing that the legacy, like I
wish I had those drops with Parksaying Yo, so this is Tupac pick,

(21:52):
you know, like those kind ofthings. Man, And now I

(24:45):
well, at least at work.Don't do edibles at work because you might
knock out and then get fired.Big There was this girl. I saw
this video online. But this guy, he was working at the store.
They work at a fast food restaurantovernight shift, and they were working.
She one of the co workers wentto go to the safety. I I
guess opened the safe, but sheends up knocking out at the safe and
big I have a video of herjust knocked out after they had edibles,

(25:07):
was like sitting in a chair. She laying on the floor. Man Nancy
asked floor too, and one ofthe guys, one of her co workers,
was taking a video. Oh lord, terrible word terrible. Oh hey
man, that's crazy. Yeah,Oh my gosh, she looks like she

Because we lived right in front thebus stop from from so we would

all that stuff in the eighties consciousyeah, but like he had that authoritative

(44:30):
way of doing it where it didn'tfeel like he was preaching to you,
right, It was just like itwas like having a dad tell you some
kicking some knowledge to you, andyou're like, I like, you know,
hey, dude, do you evertrip off of like when you would
see like public enemy or you willsee people that used to go to their

Natalia is up in here and NataliaOffset in the Neighborhood News. I love
Offset so much, and especially Ilove Offset the dad because you know,
he does have a few kids, and I just love seeing these moments of
him being dad because it's not somethingwe always get to see. But I
was at the Little Mermaid premiere andI'm walking around, you know, looking
at everyone that's there, and I'mlike, oh my gosh. You know

(45:35):
Melissa McCartney, she plays Ursula andno, but there's Javier bar Damn you

so excited to see Offset and hehad the two cutest little dates with him,
his two daughters, full coordinated outfits, all of them together, black
and white. Each of them hadthese big ball gowns and they even did
a little interview. M this isclear. Hi, my name's name was

(46:02):
Coach. First off, my daughterswas very excited to see someone that look
like them. That's the Little Mermaid. So this is a special woman in
history and it's iconic and this isso savirus so let's get it. Oh,
I love it. Man, socute and there were so many really
cute moments. So, like hementioned, the Little Mermaid stars Hallie Bailey,

(46:23):
and she is, you know,African American, and she is like
a representation for all these little girls. Right. So not only did they
get to meet her at their premiereand hug her, but they also got
to meet the woman who played PrincessTiana in the animated version as well.
And everyone was so nice to themand Offsets holding their hands one by one.
They're taking photos and see, Ilove that he had a night with

(46:45):
him and like Cardibie's not there.Yeah, I love beautiful man. I
love that he was like, I'mgonna take my two little girls out on
a date. I'm gonna show themhow to be treated. I'm gonna show
them what that is like to behad. It was such a cute stay
for the movie. I did stayfor the movie. You never do because
sometimes I'm working the side. Iwas actually just a guess, definitely.
So I just got to see themovie and it was I was crying,

(47:07):
laughing. I had a really amazingtime and I was singing. I was
inside, I was seeing but youknow, we got banned from coach.

Radio, Big Boy, You're insideBig Boys Neighborhood Full show episode podcast,

(47:30):
Big Boy Neighborhood. Honey is upin here? What up? What a
thing? Oh? Nothing new musicthat we got for new music? No
new music, but music is allright. Big She was recently on Twitter
and she revealed what she doesn't likelist about her old albums was she listens
to it. So she went onTwitter and she was like, look,
I still listen to my albums, but I get so mad when I listened

(47:51):
to the mixing. Yeah man ofthe album, Hey man, who who
just said that? To us?As well? Exhibit Exhibit said like,
yeah, here was it. Hesaid something about the mixes too, the
first song that he listened to,and Big I thought this was interesting.
But then Sizzi came back and shewas like, but I still do like
a lot of my songs, Likeshe named all the songs she liked from

(48:12):
her new album SOS so she likeSnooze, Love Language, Kill Bill of
course album. Yeah. But BigI thought this was cool because when she
was in the neighborhood one of thetimes with us, she actually told us
that she doesn't really listen to anyof her music. I also did not
know that I was singing in falsettothe whole time. I didn't know that
until someone else asked me to playmy music film, because I don't listen
to my own music when I'm notaround, like when I'm not making it

(48:35):
or like performing it. We'll berolling. Um. It was my friend's
boss and he's like he was justlike, what's going on, Well,
let's hear what this whole thing isabout, Like let's see, let's let's
see what this hype is about. And I'm just like okay, like sure,

(48:58):
and I pulled up avalon on theinternet. Was again I'm shoot,
I could barely hear myself. I'mlike the volume just like going like Max
right after tour. So I'm playinglike the same songs with like a five

(49:22):
four piece band and not singing infalsetto, and also learning who I am
on stage because a lot like louderthan who I am. But it's weird.
I don't know how to access that. Like consciously, we're just watching
evolution right now. She's watching ittoo, like I don't know what this
is, hey man, and justseeing now what that journey is and what

(49:45):
she's becoming and what we've seen withso Os and what we've seen with the
tour. It's crazy when you startto hear, certainly that, like when
you listen back to something like thatand you hear like, okay, damn,
where are they now? And youhear like how much he's at vance
is still killing it? Like thisissis amazing, man, beautiful. Yeah,
man, believe that. I can'twait to come back around too.
