Welcome to another episode of the BigBoy Boy Speak On It on It podcast,
Big Boys Neighborhood alrighty now, Nathaliais up, been here neighborhood News.
Nathalia, what you got? Ilove the Internet, big because I
get to see some crazy videos sometimes. This one the other day really caught
my attention big because it was ofsomeone getting arrested in a neighborhood, right
(00:23):
and the guy getting arrested, hewouldn't stop talking. He was like yelling
out to people, and everyone inthe neighborhood was there as well, just
to witness him being arrested. Listento it, Like how loud everyone was.
It's like they're pulling him into thetruck. He's looking back at everyone.
(00:53):
I hear what they're saying already allright now. The caption on this
is that the cop who was arrested, see the guy, was having to
arrest his own twin brother. Yeah, man, and then you can't I'm
saying, man, that's your brotherSam. One of the captions was like
(01:15):
they took playing cops and robbers waytoo seriously. He arrested his brother,
not only his brother, his twinbrother, win brother, and it has
to be one of those things wherethe whole neighborhood knows that, like the
twin brother is a cop and thisguy's maybe doing some shady so I have
no idea why he's being arrested, what's going on, even like the follow
up to this, but this isjust one of those videos that you get
(01:37):
and you're like, I can't believethis is real life, hey man,
And that's one you gotta be theone that say I'll go do it,
yeah, because I would think ifI had to go, like arrest my
brother or my sister, I'd belike, man, can somebody else go
do it? Please? Yeah?Man, I don't want to have to
be the one that does that.Yeah, you gotta take a pride in
it. Probably, man, Maybethat time you talking me to my chest
(01:57):
when we were seven, Oh yeah, yeah, revenge is mind. Hey,
shit, that revenge was real coldman, so crazy. I can't
even imagine when it must have been, like when he was like about to
knock on the door, getting readyto to rest his own twin brother.
You were in the womb together, yeah, oh man, what do your
parents say about that? Hey?But you know it's a trip though,
man, Like you do see andnot on that same scale, but you
(02:21):
do see people where they go againsttheir family. And I always tripped off
of that man where it's like, you know, like, even if me
and my brother are my sister, even if I felt that they were wrong,
you're not wrong till we get inthe car. And then I'd be
like, hey, man, youknow that was such and such. You
know, But I remember one time, man, I went out with two
of my partners, right and theirbrothers, and we had a waitress and
(02:43):
she was so rude, so extremelyrude. Man. And I remember his
brother. You know, we didn'thave nothing, you know, it was
like we were barely had enough toeat, and so his brother asked for
some sausage, and the older brotherwas like, wouldn't buy him the saucage.
But then when it was time topay the bill, he extra tipped
(03:04):
this mean waitress on some you know, I'm just gonna tip her. And
I was like, damn, youwent against your family to give her an
extra tip, and you want toget your brother's sauces, you know.
But I do want to hear fromyou. When did you go against the
family. We know you probably haven'thad to arrest your twin brother. Yeah,
but when did you have to goagainst the family. We're gonna bring
Eric into the neighborhood to see what'sgoing down with Eric up in here.
(03:28):
Eric, Hello, Hello, hellothere Eric, Eric, when did you
go against the family? Well,me and my pous man we should bump
it a lot, you know, back in the days. And just one
time, you know, we gotwe got really into it because he was
like, you know, talking talkingto trust with my mom, and I
was like, man, what's upwith this dude. So so it didn't
(03:50):
get really really that bad, butI kind of did, you know,
we we I ran up by hisjacket and and and I moved him up
again by the wall, and Itold them, Hey, you need to
calm down with my mom, youknow, because it ain't gonna cly.
You had a leather jacket, butit turned out it wasn't because it ripped,
like grab them, it ripped. So I learned a lesson there too.
(04:14):
If you're gonna buy a leather jacket, make sure it's real, because
I had to after that. Ihad to check them about that too.
Yeah, just vote fake ass leatherjacket too. Hey, Eric, how
old were you at that time whenyou felt like you had to kind of
check Pops. I think I wasseventeen. I'm thirty three now, was
(04:34):
like seventeen. It's crazy, man, when you when you get of age
or when you get a size andyou're like, okay, yeah, it's
not gonna happen anymore. That's real. That's real talk. Yeah, family,
I learned lesson. Did the family? Did anybody in the family get
upset with you because you put handson Pops? Uh? No, no,
(04:56):
no, they you know, likethey was like never, it had
never happened before. So my momwasn't shocked, fool. She was like
whoa, you know, like mymy big boy is going up you know.
Yeah, man. And I didn'tdo it, like I said,
It wasn't a physical physical but andsomething came over me. And so I
want I want to give a family, oh you know that that day,
But it was for the best becausemy mom's son respected me a little bit
(05:20):
more after that, you know.Hell yeah, And I'm pretty sure that
you got a little more bigger anda little more wiser, a little more
stronger, you know what I'm saying. But but yeah, I ain't mad
at that. When did you haveto go against your family go ahead.
He didn't really listen because he's oldschool. So we bumped more heads as
as you know, as Caam wentby, he kept on, you know,
(05:40):
he kept on challenging me. ButI found out that I think he
did it to teach me tough love, as I was the oldest, right
you know. I remember I go, hey, that I need money for
prom, and he's like, whatis that. He's like, I go,
it's a it's a tradition here,you know, as a senior from
I'm gonna leave high school ready. And then he said, why would I
(06:01):
give you money for prom? Youwere not even going to graduate, damn.
And he didn't give me money. He didn't give me the money,
right hey, man. But butyou know, it's a trip. Yeah
this sometimes there's a lesson. Andmaybe he wasn't teaching Eric the lesson,
but Eric learned the lesson. Youknow what I'm saying. Believe that believe
we're gonna bring Tony into the neighborhood. And she was going down with Tony
(06:23):
up in here, Tony, Hello, Hello, Hello there, Tony.
Tony. When did you go againstthe family? My man? Oh just
recently talked to him recently I was, I was forced to. I'll try
to make it quick. Back intwo thousand and one, we got me
and my wife got a winning giftof eighty thousand dollars, and my mom
(06:47):
wanted to do it for us,and I was like, are you sure?
You know I gotta live with youthough? Okay. So she's been
living with us, you know,on and off for the past two decades,
and she recently moved in with mybrother a couple of years ago and
found out later she didn't want tolive with us anymore. And you know,
(07:10):
I called her, told her,are you sure? And she said,
yes, I want to live withthem. Okay. So she'd been
living them with them for two years. So me and my wife's like,
what are we going to do withyour mom's room? So we turned into
an office. We moved on withour life and then and I knew this
was going to happen. Her andmy brother called back and said, can
(07:30):
she move back in now? Mindyou, she had been talking crap about
my wife and we couldn't bring herback in the house. And at no
point that I wouldn't take care ofher if she needed it, you know,
we would try to get her aplace if she was not, you
know, able to have a placeto live. So we got in an
(07:53):
argument and she we got a lether in the mail suing us for a
large sum of money that we youknow we uh was it wasn't never alone.
It was a gift. It wasa wedding gift, and she was
claiming it was alone. And Ijust wanted to come on and we settled,
and it's it's all jacked up now, it's all funky. But I
(08:16):
just want to tell your listeners,if you ever get a gift of anything,
make sure you sign a contract, because I never in a million years
would think a family member would turnon me like that, like militia,
like like lies, Like wow,it's crazy, man. My heart is
broken. Man. And my kids, your family think that they that you
(08:39):
would never not allow your mom tomove back. They probably right. They
probably didn't. They stayed for twentyyears though. Yeah. So and my
older brother, My older brother wasan advocate for us, and she got
mad at him and she's like, how can you do this to them?
(09:00):
And you had to settle out ofcourt with your mom? Yeah, because
it would have cost way more withthe lawyers. The lawyers went at that
point, wow, and my oldermy older brother was, uh was has
all the you know he was?He said, Tony, Man, Mom's
gonna hate me, but I gottabe honest. You know, if we
(09:20):
have to go to court, Ihave to be honest. Damn. So
she he was, the older brotherwent against the family too. When did
you go against the family? Whendid you go against the family? I
know, I won't say a friend, but someone that I know. They
were in a position where the parentsdidn't like the guy that she was talking
to, you know what I'm saying. And I mean, if not even
(09:41):
the parents, that family didn't likethe guy she was talking to. Man,
so she gave up all the familytoo. You know, she went
against the family's wishes. And youknow, I guess, you know,
love make you do crazy things eventhough they know they're not together. But
you know, yeah, but shedefinitely went against the family, all the
well wishes. But let's bring intothe neighborhood. See was going down with
rank up in here? Rank?Hello? Hello hello there? Rank rank?
(10:07):
When did you go against the family? Rank? Uh? Long story
short, man, I got intoa physical altercation with my grandpas when I
was younger, when I was inmiddle school, and what happened was is
I missed the bus. I usedto catch the bus to school every day
and I missed the bus. Andso my grandma told my grandpa to take
(10:30):
mind you. I had an imagethat I wanted to hold up. And
my grandpa the whole side of hiscar was smashed in and you actually had
to get out of the car throughthe window. Wow. And so I
told him, I said, look, man, look just you know,
just just pull up on the cornerand not directly in front of the school.
There's people I didn't want. Ididn't want to see me, and
so we uh. He still pulledup in front of the school. He
said, I was ungrateful and seeparks in front of the school. He
(10:54):
lets my my sister out and thenhe looks at me and he just goes,
you know, I used to bea boxer, right, And I'm
like, what does that mean?He just punches me, man, And
so I'm trying to fight my wayout the car. The car goes into
neutral and we're we're passing this throughthe cars rolling. We're fighting in the
car. I'm trying to get outof the car. Yeah, they're driving
(11:16):
down the sleet. I mean, well of the story, I still got
out where I wanted to. Westill ended up at the corner, right
see, I got out the corneranyway. Hey man, what did your
mom, your grandma and everybody thinkwhen you fuck your grandpa? Oh?
Man, I was in so muchtrouble when I got home my grandmother because
(11:39):
my grandmother raised me, which Iwas in so much trouble. And you
know, the biggest thing was forfor her was that she was like,
he said that, you said youdon't want him to be your grandpa anymore.
That was the biggest thing. Like, it wasn't even about the fighting,
right, They cared more about mesaying that than anything. He too.
(12:00):
He took off on you first,Huh. I was like, man,
Like, my first thought was likeit wasn't really like like the fin
