on during the show. We're like waiting and we're on
Diddy watch and nothing kind of came through until after
the show. But everybody's still kind of shocked about how
long he got.

Shaan Colmes is behind bars, sentenced to four years in
prison for transporting women in male escorts across state lines
for prostitution. Colms begged for mercy, telling the judge I
know that I've learned my lesson, but the judge rejected
his plea, saying the sentence needed to send a message
to abusers and victims alike that exploitation and violence against
women is met with real accountability.

It was clear from the judge's remarks that the sentence
was driven by the conduct, the jury rejecting it.

Colmes was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, but
federal prosecutors argued he deserved eleven years in prison because
he inflicted life altering violence on women, and they said
that physical abuse is on video. Colmbs said I have
been humbled and broken to my core, before apologizing to
his children and tearfully telling his mother, you raised me better.

The defense played an eleven minute documentary style video showing
Colmbs as a doting father and a philanthropist. The judge
knowledged his impressive career and commendable charity work, but imposed
the four year sentence, saying a history of good works
can't wash away the record in this case, which showed
that you abuse the power and control that you had
over the lives of women you professed to love.

But even before he got sentenced, the judge already let

But for the sentencing, there was rumors that he like
scheduled like some type of speaking engageming engagements from.

And they never said that was a horrible move, even

So this year I decided to get back into school.
I'm going in for a dentistry. I'm trying to be
a dentist. And on my first day of school, we
all got introduced to the classmates, but not my teacher,
and they said this on a little break really quick,
I wanted to go sit in my car, look at
my phone, and I see a beautiful lady passed by

in front of my car. So I decided to, you know,
reach out and ask for her number, bird and she
tells me no, and we leave it at that. And
right when we go back in to break, it turned
out that the lady I decided as from my numbers
to teacher, like the one who's gonna teach us.

Well right now, I'm already going for six months planning
to be a dentist.

a diaper bag on my arm and I paid for
everything and showed my receipt and as I was walking out,
two security guards were chasing after me, and I'm like,
oh my god, like what did I do? And they
were like, are you going to pay for that diaper

bag that you have on your arm? And I'm like,
oh my god, I forgot to pay for the diaper bag,
so I had to go back in. But I was like,
oh my god, like why was there two security guards
chasing after me for that? I was like really embarrassed.

So you just kind of hung it on your arm
like like you like once you got to the register,
you forgot you had it?

Yes, I forgot I had it, but I paid for
everything else and I didn't see no one following me,
no one doing anything, even the people with their repeat,
Oh how did I stay? Then all of a sudden,
two security guards come out like, hey, like, are you
gonna pay for that diaper back?

Did they get you? Did they get you outside of
the store?

to cross the threshold for it to be considered stealing,
so they probably was already on you. But once you
cross the threshold, like once you step out, then that's
when they could say it was steph because you could
have said all just walk around, was going to go
get a cart or yeah yeah man, but at least

finally said a kid.

And then when I look if the kid was in Chinese,
no way. Yeah, but I know I'm on my phone
or I'm on my you know, I'm on right, I'm
on and.

The kids see that, you know, And I feel like
it's important to yes, like not too much technology, but
it's like technology is a new thing that's that's coming
to know. These iPads are going to be in schools
or they probably already are.

You go to restaurants and you'll just see people just
you know, the iPad is raising your kid, now the
tablet is raising because you'll literally see kids just zoning
out either way headphones are just just looking at it.

But it's a sign of the time.

Yeah, it's something that you do need that little break,
as she says, it doesn't help a little bit.

I think there just needs to be a balance with it,
