Direct from Hollywood with Ryan Seacrest, It's Always Sunny in
Philadelphia's Rob McIlhenny and Caitlyn Olsen are one of comedy's
undeniable power couples at this point in time, as they
gear up for the release of its unprecedented seventeenth season.
But there was a time, albeit long ago, when they
were nothing more than co stars and friends. In fact,
after Rob cast Caitlyn on it, they kept everything professional

all the way through the first season, and it wasn't
in until season two where things started to change and
Caitlyn began to look at Rob in a different light.
Telling Variety, I became very impressed with this guy who
wrote this thing, who was also still a waiter, and
just how well he ran our television show. He looked
like he was about fourteen, like this little boy who
just knew what he was doing. He was so smart,
he was so funny, he was great at collaborating. I

remember calling my friend and admitting, I think I'm attracted
to this person. He was not my type at all.
I could wrap my arms all the way around his
body and back into myself, but I was falling in
love with him. It wasn't until a bit later that
Rob realized he felt the same way, and two teenage
boys and seventeen seasons later, they're still going strong the
