Oswald Cobb aka The Penguin and the acclaimed show of
the same name, was a monumental physical undertaking. Every day,
Colin wore thirty plus pounds of prosthetics, including two pounds
of silicon on his face. He had to sit for
more than three hours to have that transformation realized, and
that was the easiest part. It was shot in the

The Penguin makes you think of the fridgid conditions, Colin
was perpetually overheated. He tells the Hollywood Reporter. I was
totally encased as Oz and it was incredibly hot underneath
all those prosthetics. They ended up having to blast the
ac even with the air temp outside well below freezing,
forcing cast and crew to wear full winter gear until
Colin put a stop to it. He had a tent

built on set, which he nicknamed the Igloo, adding we
had three industrial air conditioners funnel freezing cold air into it.
It wasn't fair that the crew had to wear snow
goose expedition coats and scarves. To top all that off,
Colin up to wear a leg brace, so the penguin
wattle and he walked away from the show with a
lingering hip issue and a misaligned to pelvis, but he
also walked away with the Golden Globe. The penguin is
