Actor David corn Sweat landed a life changing role when
he was cast in the lead role of Superman, so
him saying yes might sound like a foregone conclusion, but
he admits to GQ Hype he did have some reservations
because of the scope of what he was jumping into,
saying a role like Superman might seem like something every
actor would want, but that's not true. There are those
who wouldn't want it and would actually say no. I'm
obviously not one of those people, but I certainly tried

to think of the reasons not to. Ultimately, what I
decided was, if this is the only role I get
to play for the rest of my life, and that
means whether I get to play it once or get
to play it ten times.
