It's been eleven years since a live action installment of
Night at the Museum, with the last in the trilogy
of hit film, Secret of the Tomb arriving in twenty fourteen,
but a fourth film is now quietly being developed, albeit
with some major changes to the formula. Then, Stiller is
not expected to return after stroying in the first three films,
along with any other actors from the series. Instead, the
story will be a reboot focused on an entirely new

set of characters through the Museum itself, though the Museum
itself may be one and the same writer Tripper Clancy's
been behind Kevin Hart's Diehart series is at work on
the screenplay Deadpool and Wolverine filmmaker Sean Levy is producing,
though it's still tbd if he's actually going to sign
on to direct.
