James Marsden has had plenty of notable roles and high
visibility projects like Dead to Me in Westworld, but he
credits his stint as Cyclops in the very first X
Men movie back in two thousand and subsequent Marvel projects
as the gig that really established his acting career, and
more than a quarter century later, James will return to
play Cyclops in the forthcoming Avengers Doomsday, and he tells
(00:23):
Deadline it's been a blast, it really has. It's been
a nice little homecoming to a role that really put
me on the map. It was the first real event
project that I was ever a part of, and Cyclops
is also a very beloved character, this icon from the comics,
so to step back into that role was pretty special.
Avengers Doomsday hits theaters during the holiday season of twenty
twenty six.
