Speaker 1 (00:00):
Direct from Hollywood.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Glenn Powell has already opened up about how Top Gun
co star Tom Cruise has become his biggest mentor. Glenn
wanted to know how to make his stunts in the
upcoming high octane movie The Running Man look great while
also well not dying. Glenn tells ew Tom was very clear.
Point one, stunts are just as painful as the real thing.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
So fortify your body.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Imagine it's like a normal fight, but you're going to
film it twelve or thirteen times. Point two is a
sense of discipline. Treat stunts with reverence because you can
get extremely hurt, and Tom certainly knows that he's broken
like every bone in his body.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Point three.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
It's a great privilege, so it's important to sell it
to the audience to justify ticket prices.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
If they're showing up for me, I've got to show
up for them.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Glenn adds that having one of the greatest actors and
stunt performers as a friend and mentor is nothing short
of extraordinary.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
The Running Man hits theater November fourteenth. That's direct from Hollywood.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
