After what seemed like a long wait, it's hard to
believe we're now suddenly less than a month out from
the Wicked sequel arriving Wicked for Good.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
I know, I'm getting so excited, even though that's just
around the corner.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
They announced a new cast member voiceing one of the
most iconic roles in all of Oz, and I love
the choice.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
It's too good. Coleman Domingo will be playing drum role please,
the Cowardly Lion.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Coleman, obviously a two time Oscar nominee, has the perfect
blend of voice and personality for the gig, and I
am surprised they could keep this a secret under wraps
for so long.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Yeah, you know it's impressive.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Wicked's director John M. Chew kind of teasted it recently,
saying fans would go crazy when the guy voicing the
Cowardly Lion hit the red carpet for the movie.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
And it's a different role from the one end Wizard
of Oz from what I understand.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Yeah, no spoilers for anybody who doesn't know Wicked story.
I'll just say the Lion isn't as big a character
in this one, but he's important but not as big
a character. Wicked for Good is out in November twenty first.
