Speaker 1 (00:00):
Direct from Hollywood with Ryan Seacrest, a Suck Awards season
and a big change is coming.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Yeah, nominations for all the major shows are starting to
pour in.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
I'm getting excited, d you says hearing about any given
Awards show.

Speaker 4 (00:13):
Changing a particular category or format isn't overly common, but
changing the name of the show itself a little more unusual.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
And the SAG Awards are ditching their name and will
now simply be the Actor Awards.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
Two reasons, they say. The name of the actual trophy
given out is called the Actor and just like the Oscars,
they wanted the names to reflect each other.

Speaker 5 (00:33):
And we know what SAGA is. It's the Screen Actors Guild.
That's the union that represents film actors because we work
in entertainment. But a lot of people don't know that.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Yeah, I tink you're right. I mean it does make sense.
The Actor Awards air live on Netflix March first.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
That's direct from Hollywood.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
