Speaker 1 (00:00):
Our phone numbers eight seven, seven, nine three seven one
oh four to seven. Pitple are going to be a
party the park tomorrow. We got tickets. Today, we had tickets.
We'd be playing party in the Park music all morning long.
In fact, earlier were talking about your body count, how
we're going to give away maybe some party in the
part tickets to your body count. The text messages are
outrageous right now, outrageous. I can't I don't want to

(00:24):
read them. I want Dylan to get them.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
I just did not think anybody would actually text It's.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
The numbers are astonishing, but also the stories behind the
numbers are astonishing. Meanwhile, I'll tell you what else is
astonishing is the I think the twenty four hour forty
eight hour hype of the Starbucks Bear.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Which I was personally involved in because I woke up
very early yesterday. I went to six different stores I
called twelve of them. Everywhere was sold out pretty much
immediately upon opening. It was disappointing because you come to
find out like as you talk to more people and
you more people posting that they really only gave one
or two.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Cups per store not makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
And in most stores other than targets. I think targets
got more a little bit more like maybe twelve. But
in most of the cases, the employees were buying them before.
And here's my thing. They should get first access.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
That's a perk of the job.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
But Starbucks should also say, hey, these are employee available
and these are for customers. So Starbucks was actually seeing
all of the disappointment, like people were mad. People were
really mad because they advertised these little bears quite a bit,
and people got so mad that Starbucks now had to apologize.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
There's the videos that are going viral of people pissed.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I said, I woke up at four thirty. The Starbucks
isn't too far from my house, and I was there
by four forty. It's because these Starbucks people reserved the
cups for themselves and then reserved the only two that
were for customers for their friends.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Of the job.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Right.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
But also it is because I feel like, let's say,
for us, iHeart radio music vessel. Right, they send out
an email, I heart real music fessel is this time
if you'd like to get your tickets in advance, go
to this link and buy your tickets. Sure, So they
should be able to say this thing's coming out. If
you're an employee, you want to buy these, yes, you
can get them here and they will be delivered to
you after the date that they drop so that customers

(02:23):
can wait.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Is kind of what I'm saying. There should be specific
employee ones separate from what's for the public. So I
was really disappointed. I really wanted this. Stupid got into
locations and I went to Yeah, I posted like, hey,
if anybody knows of some secret stash or anything, please
let me know. We'll check this out.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
You guys.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Somebody texted me a link to a dupe for the
Starbucks Bear cup.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Dup.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
It looks pretty much almost exactly the same, accept it
doesn't have this Starbucks logo on it, and I bought it.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I bought it yesterday. Let me see that thing.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
That looks exactly you know what it looks like. It's
the first time I've seen it. That's the whole that
that is exactly Like if you told me that that
looks like that thing has the honey in it.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Yeah it does.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah, is it the honey?

Speaker 2 (03:17):
I know a lot of people posted the meme like
what I wanted?

Speaker 1 (03:20):
What I got?

Speaker 2 (03:21):
They just posted like the Honeybear for the honey instead
like putting their drinks in there.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
I think the.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Bear cup is a little larger than the honeycup either
way or so in there. I got the dupe. I
ordered it. It's supposed to be here.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
In December, so now, but now you get it, it'll
match like you have some purses that aren't real, you have.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Some clothes opposed to a dupe.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Yeah, no, it'll know.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
I don't know because it doesn't say Starbucks on it,
but I don't care. Like I didn't want it because
it said Starbucks on it. I wanted it because the
bear cup was cute.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
I did get some scoop today for you when I
was at my Starbucks because they look like they were exhausted,
and they said, was yesterday madness And they said the
people online that were so rude that one of the
cups that was terrible. But they told me to tell
you that next Thursday the Red Cup comes out.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I don't care about the Red Cup. I want to.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
I mean, I don't know if they're gonna be a
friendzy on the Red Cup, the Red Holiday Cup.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Yes, Noah was upset. I was upset because I someone
beat Kyle to sending her a link to the dupe,
because I also found a dupe, but my dupe has
the Starbucks logo on it.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Oh really, maybe it's not a bear, though it's a raccoon.
Drink out of a raccoon.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Well, it was just kind of insane to me that
people were selling them on eBay for like two to
three hundred dollars.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
If you can get it, you might as well
