Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Chelsea, thanks for holding you're on the air.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Hi, good morning, good morning. Uh well, my name's Chelsea.
I'm twenty four, I'm single, and I swear that I'm
not trying to be the worst feminist alive. I just
need to know if I'm like totally out.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Of pocket for this.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
So I walk to work most mornings, and like, right
outside my building there's this construction site. And so every
time I pass by this one guy, Kat calls me. Okay,
but hear me out. It's not gross or anything. It's
it's like kind of flattering.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
Yellow. I really respect you as a woman, and you
seem like you really put together.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Well it's not that cheesy, but I mean he says
stuff like, you know, he'll be like I love your walk,
or you've got looks to kill or something like that,
you know, and or like one time he even yelled,
let's get married, which is bold, but it didn't feel creepy.
You know.

Speaker 5 (01:10):
You know what's funny is that I thought a cat
call was literally the I thought that's what a cat
call was.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
So I thought he did that to you every time
of it.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Things it's like polite cat calling. And then the craziest
part of the like the real kicker is like he's
he's pretty hot, Like he's actually hot.

Speaker 6 (01:33):
Okay, So I.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Like I find myself kind of excited to walk by
just to see if he's there. I know, like it's ridiculous,
it sounds ridiculous, but like I'm I'm just thinking about
whether I should actually stop and talk to him? Is
that crazy?

Speaker 6 (01:54):
No, I don't think so. You're attracted to him. He
clearly is attracted to you.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
If there's a spark.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
If somebody would have said to you, unhinge, I like
the way you look or you look hot, it would
be no problem. I like the way you walk, like
the way you walk on you'd.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Be like, how do you know from you?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Well, I'm wondering if you can have like a real
conversation or maybe you know, go on a date. But
I'm not like, am I betraying some unspoken girl code
by like entertaining the idea of a guy who can't calls?

Speaker 6 (02:26):
I don't think so.

Speaker 7 (02:27):
I kind of think like it's weird because you really
don't want that attention from someone you're not attracted to.
So there really isn't like a rule about it. It's
kind of like it's bold. It's kind of nice to
hear someone who's actually like putting in some effort, even
though it's not the greatest effort, but some tiny piece
of effort to like talk to someone and get to
know someone.

Speaker 6 (02:47):
Or like break down that wall.

Speaker 8 (02:49):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 7 (02:50):
It's not it's not the most I guess, like you said,
polite way, but they are polite.

Speaker 6 (02:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
It kind of reminds me of how the guys that
work in the meat department at my local grocery store,
like they always go out of their way to say
something about me. Like yesterday, I had just taken my
braids out and the nice guy I think his name's
like Antonio or something, he was like.

Speaker 6 (03:08):
Your head looks different. I knew there was something different
about you.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
And I was like, what, it was so nice of you.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
To notice DELI back, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
This guy I want to marry you. I mean, that's
not like disrespectful. That's everybody's looking for commitment. He's given
your commitment from the scaffolding from the work side.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, I mean I think that that's really It's like
it doesn't feel gross, you know, it's like it's like
nice compliments.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
But well, it was only gross if it's unattractive. You know.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
It's like it's like it's like all these things about
you know, if a guy did something that I can't remember,
it was so many in the movies is doing something,
it's like, well, if it's a good looking guy, it's okay.
But if it's not a good looking guy, oh my god.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
That's so creepy. That's so gross.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
Like he was a gross guy that was saying to you,
nice walk, you'd be like, oh, gross, disgusting. But because
it's good looking dude and you're attracting to him, it's okay.
And I think that's a rule that is okay in
my opinion, Like right, I.

Speaker 7 (04:02):
Mean, it doesn't seem right, but it is true. It's
just the fact of the matter. It's kind of life.

Speaker 6 (04:07):
Yeah, so we're saying go for it.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Yeah, I like to wait to go. Okay.

Speaker 5 (04:10):
You know what, if you walk up to him, you're like,
you know what, and as soon as you start walking
over to him, all his friend and be like oh.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Dude, you spread up and you're like you know what,
thank you? Uh yeah, okay, take me out.

Speaker 5 (04:20):
Are we going to have some meaningful conversation or you're
gonna ask me out and then walk away.

Speaker 7 (04:24):
And think it would be different if he was like
if you were kind of like thinking of talking to him,
and his cat calls were rude.

Speaker 6 (04:29):
And just like and disgusting or something like that, then
I would be like, girl, look at that. You might
want to reconsider because I might say something about him.
But like he is attempting to do it in some.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Port I watch over you walk over to Are you
know we're gonna you're gonna keep doing that?

Speaker 5 (04:41):
Are you gonna ask me out? Are you gonna have
some meaningful conversation? He's like, whoa, hey, I don't think
my wife would like that.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
Stop there and then walk away.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
That's just what workers do when women walk by.

Speaker 6 (04:55):
He's like, relaxed, lady, I'm just doing my job.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Maybe I will well, maybe maybe it'll be fun to,
you know, go up to him and be like, hey,
so like let's put you know, put your money where
your mouth is.

Speaker 6 (05:07):
Let's go on a date.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (05:09):
Yeah, the dating world's tough as it is.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Go for it.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
Yeah that sounds kind of fun.

Speaker 6 (05:16):
Yeah, it would be really fun. Okay, you got it,
that's it.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
Yeah. So updates updated is what happens if you guys
go out.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Okay, yeah, yeah, I will let you.

Speaker 7 (05:25):
Know what happened.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
I well, thank you, Chelsea, have a great day.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Thank you too.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
And if you don't hear it today, John Jay and
Rich an impression.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
I just thought we were just we're just talking to
was it Chelsea by getting cat called?

Speaker 1 (05:47):
We saw it. We just throw it out there.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
Eight seven seven ninety three seven one four seven call
us and tell us if someone used to pickup line
on you and it worked right, or pick a line
or they did something like honk the horn or something
like that and it worked. Like Chelsea, she she wants
to go with this guy and he keeps cat calling
her eight seven seven nine three seven one o four seven.
In the meantime, I several text messages to get to.

(06:11):
You can always text us. You text jj R whatever
you want to say to the number nine six eight
nine to three. A couple of text messages, John J.
Rich Katrina from Houston here, John J. Blake have the
best radio voices, man. You Blake is so chill. I
loved when Jan laughed when he found out Blake's earphones
weren't plugged in.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
I remember were talking about that.

Speaker 5 (06:35):
We're talking about nine one dispatcher who used to be
a nine one dispatcher. This person is John j Ritch
from seven one Night Number. I'm a nine to one
dispatcher and I just heard the segment of the guy
had a really nice voice. Stupid calls makeups take up
so much time of dispatching. We used to get calls
all the time from COVID saying my neighbor's hanging out
with someone and they're not wearing a mask.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
That's actually kind of crazy.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Let's see.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
Hi, Jah Jay and Rich and Kyle and Peyton and
Nick and Grant and baby Noah just text you to
say the Easter Bunny and Santa sound very alike.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
No, they don't. They're totally different, Jo Jay and Rich.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
Today someone invited my husband into our house and then
complained about how long they stayed.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Reminded me of Jo Jay. Let's ye.

Speaker 5 (07:26):
Oh remember talking about the things that make you feel
like you're the last one picked on the team. Yeah,
as a kid, things that make you feel like you're
the last one picked. When I go out to dinner
with my two girlfriends, we take a picture and they
always lean towards each other and away from me. The
waiter even mentioned it once. He says something like, what
about give her some love?

Speaker 4 (07:45):
We wait?

Speaker 6 (07:46):
My heart breaks for them.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
I'm like, get your friends.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
She needs to change the pole position where she sits,
then they'd probably get the leading.

Speaker 7 (07:54):
Jo J.

Speaker 5 (07:54):
Richard heard Kyle's three things about no screen time in
the morning. How are we supposed to access the heart
radio app? How would I send this text if I
didn't look at my phone? Good points, So I forget
everything comes you can't. You have to stay addicted, John
Jay and rich The movie Centers was not scary at all.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
It was a really stupid movie. Don't waste your time
or money.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
I would like to know what you think is good
movie watching then, because that movie was phenomenal, John.

Speaker 5 (08:20):
Jay and rich Why don't you guys talk to musicians
and actors anymore on the phone or have them in studio?
It's very rare, But in my opinion, I don't like
it that much anymore because it's not like it used
to be. They have their questions, they have their thing,
you know what I mean? Like they don't they don't
ever go back always.

Speaker 7 (08:36):
They don't ask about the things that everyone wants us
to ask about.

Speaker 5 (08:39):
If it's a big, massive, massive celebrity, then maybe we'll
do it.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
But other than that, it's very rare. I think Oil
will put on the podcast.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
Yeah. I like it when they're on the podcast because them,
we can dig in a little bit. But when it's
one of those little tours where they're just talking about
what they want to promote, you know, you feel like
if you're listening, you feel like you're getting worked over
a little too.

Speaker 6 (08:56):
It's like a commercial.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
We like to be a little more authentic than that,
you know how.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
We just had Johnny's When I'm in the studio a
couple of weeks ago, I just saw that they're going
to be on the Kelly Clarkson Show today.

Speaker 6 (09:05):
I was like, that's awesome.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
I was like, that's awesome.

Speaker 6 (09:08):
I'm really happy for them. I really want me over.

Speaker 7 (09:10):
I just know a lot about them before we had
them in the studio, and I was like, wow, I'm
really impressed.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
That's very cool.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
Hey, I was forgot to say, guys, So I was
telling you guys, yes about last night when we were
going to bed. Blake was facetiming with Camp and he
insinuated that him and his girlfriend when they come over
next week or two weeks now that they're going to
be staying the same room. And my wife was like,
you know, I didn't think as she was talking to him,
I wasn't really paying attention. So she comes over to me.

(09:35):
I'm in bed, she's on the couch. She comes over
to me with the phone. I says, do you want
to talk to your son? And I said, my my news.
What I say to him first is did you hear
that Hayden Christiansen is coming back sant against Skywalker for.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Season two of Asoka.

Speaker 5 (09:48):
That's cool. So that's what him and I talked about.
Once we hang up the phone, she's like, and you
talk about Darth Vader. You don't talk about you know,
I talk about him sleep with this girl. I'm like, well,
that to me the pretty big news.

Speaker 6 (09:58):
I totally missed the point of bringing the phone.

Speaker 8 (10:00):
Over to you.

Speaker 5 (10:01):
And I just saw it in the news today again also,
and then I saw this thing too, of the which
is the most popular Disney villain. Because I know you
three are Disney fans. I'm a somewhat of a Disney fan,
but not all the way. Ursula No, Ursula's number, Ursula's
number three.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
I was gonna say Scar is big right now, fas
just came out.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Scar is the most popular Disney villain. But who do
you think is number two?

Speaker 7 (10:23):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (10:23):
Well, you gotta go Darth Vader. Then, because Star Wars
is Disney.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
What about lots of the Bear from No, that's strange Elri.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
No, what about Voodoo Man from Princess and the Frog
I got friends on you the shide.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
No, it's Bogie.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
Boogie A valid.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
That movie.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
And then uh, the Horned King from the Black Cauldron
is the most popular among boomers.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
Oogie Boogie is the millennial favorite. Ursula is the gen
z favorite.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (10:58):
I love Ursula.

Speaker 4 (10:59):
She's just so good. And you know what they don't
have in common, really good villain songs, urstless villain songs,
really good they do.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
I feel like I do low key feel like Disneyland
needs to like show their Disney villain some more love,
because I know at Disneyland Paris they have the villains
that walk around like the character. Yeah, and I'm like,
I want a picture with the Evil Queen.

Speaker 6 (11:19):
They had that at Disneyland too, do they? Yeah, I've
never seen a villain that Disney Yeah. Yeah, and they
are like really in character get out saw.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Yeah, Coola Deville at Disneyland. She's great. Yeah. I really
loved to see them.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
I never see the villains.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
They were talking about cant calling Michael, you're on the air,
good morning.

Speaker 8 (11:36):
Hey, this is Michael.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
How are good man?

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Did you do you use a pickup line? It worked
or someone used it on you?

Speaker 8 (11:40):
I did so I was I was a cat caller,
not for her, but I was a cat caller and
it was someone both in my pig. But she was hot,
and she confronted me. She said, you know what, you
don't have to do this because just ask me out.
And I froze, yeah, solid, I mean, didn't know what
to do. You know, I didn't expect it. I think
that's what it was.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
So do you you ask her out?

Speaker 8 (12:02):
You know what I did. It took a while, and
she told me that she could it will took you
long enough, and I go, I know, and then it
just didn't. It didn't work out for a long term.
But it just I didn't know what to do at
the moment.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
You know.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
Yea, but it worked, it worked for how long? How
long did it work?

Speaker 8 (12:14):
For absolutely, you know what a couple of months.

Speaker 5 (12:17):
That's success. That's what was What was your cat call?
What was your pick up what was your pickup line?

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Like? What did you say to her to make her
come over to you?

Speaker 8 (12:24):
I would do almost like Chelsea was saying. I was like, man,
you know what, you look great today and actually someone
I worked with, and I go, you know what, little
things like that. And then just after a while she
got tired of it. She goes, you know what, just
asked me out and I just didn't know what to do.

Speaker 5 (12:40):
That's pretty good man, Thanks Michael, Oh yeah, thanks brother.

Speaker 8 (12:43):
Thanks.

Speaker 5 (12:43):
You know, there's a bunch of text messages on the
cat calling to the girl who's getting cat called, maybe
she should hide out near and see how many other
girls he cat called.

Speaker 4 (12:52):
What a great point.

Speaker 5 (12:53):
If it's a whole bunch of women, then that's just
his game and it may work. Somebody else said she
should write her name on a piece of paper and
walk up to him and say nothing and just put
it in his hand and walk away. This other person
says she needs to talk to him before he moved
job sites.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Oh yeah, got it, act quick, Judjr.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
Rich cat calling is not okay, ethically for him to
be doing it that could be deemed a sexual harassment
with his employer.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
That's still disgusting that she enjoys it.

Speaker 5 (13:20):
John Daye Rich, Now that's how you do couples therapy,
referencing Kyle's couples Therapy podcast with her husband.

Speaker 3 (13:27):
It was so good. I lo oled a couple I did.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
It was really good.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
Anyway, I was at church yesterday and I saw this thing.
I saw the pastor and the whole church production is
just amazing.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
It's City of Grace.

Speaker 5 (13:41):
There's two locations, one in Mesa, went in downtown Phoenix
and they had this thing called Church News and they
just really really put together show right and one of
the things they do and I thought, I want to
take this and do it more often on our show
because they come if you're new to the church, You're like, Hey,
are you new to the church? Text the word connect
to their number. And I thought, if you're new listening

(14:02):
to our show, we want to welcome you. Text our show,
text JJR, text the word connect AJJJR.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
And if you want somebody to pray for you after
our show, well the granted Nick will do that, but
just text.

Speaker 5 (14:16):
If you're new to our show. If you're listening and
you're new, shoot us to text and let us know.
Text JJR, let us know where you know where you're
from when you listen, and all kinds of cool stuff
no matter what time, even if your listen is later
in the day. If you listen to the podcast later,
text JJR and let us know about yourself to nine
six eight nine three. We're gonna get some entertainment news
coming up. There is there a lot of entertainment news.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
I think there is ONUNS.

Speaker 5 (14:38):
I'm so fascinated with the with the guy from Frigging
nineteen twenty three, the main guy, because he was because
here's how I look at it. I'm trying to look
at his career, right, I don't know anything this guy's
done before. He's the guy that plays Spencer night.

Speaker 6 (14:48):
Oh, I was like Harrison Ford.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
No, I don't know what the guy that plays Spencer's
ever done before.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
Brendan Skinner Skinner, it's like scolar.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
But I do know that now after because nineteen twenty
three has been out for two years maybe and I
and then there's what's the what's the it ends with us?
Came out last year, so I'm wondering if he was
in nineteen twenty three and that It's end with Us.
People said, let's get that guy because he's in it.
It's and it ends with us, right.

Speaker 6 (15:13):
He's the other guy that did all the interviews.

Speaker 5 (15:15):
Yeah, and I didn't know that. I just saw him
doing these interviews. Who's this guy? But now I know
who he is. So I'm just curious if the Blake
livelies of the world were like, we got to get
that guy, and I don't know what party plays because
quite frankly, It Ends with Us is really boring in
the very beginning, and I couldn't get for the three
it you know, but you saw Peyton you don't have
talking about It Ends with Us.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
That's the video game one.

Speaker 6 (15:33):
No Blake Lively.

Speaker 8 (15:36):
See.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
I thought you were over here talking about the one
with Pedro Pascal.

Speaker 4 (15:40):
The.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
Last of Us Ends with Us.

Speaker 4 (15:45):
I did watch It Ends with Us.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
Yeah, I thought it was cute, But you don't remember
the guy I'm talking about.

Speaker 4 (15:48):
You no idea what you're talking about right now. But
he's good looking.
