Colin Payton, what's drending in the entertainment world?

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
They did one of those Actors on Actors for Variety
where they're just sitting and they're, you know, they're talking
about life and whatever, and they got into you know, obviously,
Leonardo DiCaprio has a whole bank of movies that he's done,
some of them pretty iconic.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Saying with Jennifer Lawrence and they sort of got into
the topic of Titanic.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
And it's funny because what Leonardo reveals in this conversation
is kind of mind blowing, Like there was Titanic and
then there was all right, Bookie Knights, and they kind
of overlap.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Maybe it could have worked.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Have you rewatched Titanic?

Speaker 5 (00:50):
No?

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Oh, you shuit, I haven't seen it.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
I bet you could like watch it as a movie
now and it's so good. I don't really watch.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Maybe I do some movies I've watched. You watch your
old your movie.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
No, I've never made something like Titanic, but if I did,
I would I would watch it. Okay, So two things.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
Leonardo Dicapyr reveals he turned down Boogie Nights and he's
never watched Titanic ever ever.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Eversh he turned out united with to Mark Wahlberg, like
I remember when that happened. That was bad, was news.
What's interesting is what she says. And you could sit
down and watch Titanic as a movie. How else is
she supposed to watch it?

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Well, because probably because it's been so long, he can
watch it as a movie instead of his work.

Speaker 6 (01:29):
Right, like he's been he's been removed from it for
so long. But like Jennifer Lauren saying that she doesn't
have any movies like that, like girl, you have some amazing,
amazing movies for her to say that, like oh my girl,
she did herself some flowers.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
She did say that she has watched American Hustle, but
she was really wasted.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
When she watched it, which I think is really funny.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
So you guys know that last weekend the Chiefs lost
their chance at the playoffs. They're not in the hunt anymore.
And it was kind of just wointing for all of them.
And then you know, you had this really like this
season ending injury for Patrick Mahomes. And as Travis was
talking about that, because everyone's asking him questions after the game,
he was like, yeah, hopefully you know he had his surgery,

(02:10):
Hopefully he can heal up so the Chiefs can have
a great season. And everyone's like, oh, is that him
basically admitting that he's going to retire. And on the
New Heights podcast, his brother was sort of talking to
him about it, and he was just talking about what
a disappointment it is because it's not the goal you're
supposed to reach when you play in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
But yet he's still super grateful for it.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
It's obviously, but it's a new feeling.

Speaker 7 (02:33):
So all I know is to go out there and
play myself and give my guys the best chance to win.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
That's the mentality, man.

Speaker 7 (02:39):
There's an integrity thing here that when you sign up
for the gig, you're living out your dreams. You're living
out a kid's dream that never got a chance to
do this.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
You're playing this game obviously to win super Bowls.

Speaker 7 (02:49):
The end of the day, man, you're playing in the
NFL and that's a blessing, that's an honor.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
And everyone's like, well, so then are you going to
keep playing or are you and Taylor going to go
have babies?

Speaker 2 (02:59):
And like you're going to go onto? But I think
he's totally going to retire.

Speaker 6 (03:02):
I would hope that, like the competitor in him would
want another like you don't want to end on a
season like that ever, But he probably is gonna go
and have a family with Taylor Swift And now.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
I felt like he can't do both.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
But everyone's wondering because he, you know, had hinted that
this could be his final season.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
I would think that there's probably a network dangling a
four hundred million dollar check in front of him to
be the announcer or something like.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
That exactly, so you have that too.

Speaker 6 (03:26):
It's like there really is no loss for him. It
seems like asab Rocky, he revealed that his four studio
album Don't Be Dumb will finally drop January sixteenth of
next year, and he actually shocked fans because the album
art it was designed by Tim Burton. And then asab
Rocky also confirmed that Tim Burton's freaking partner composer Danny Elfman.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (03:46):
Yeah, he scored several tracks on that album, so it's
gonna be like cool, haunting, Like I think it's actually
gonna be a super dope album.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
So I'm really excited about that.

Speaker 6 (03:53):
Sabrinda Carpenter, She's teaming up with Seth Rogan for a
brand new special titled The Muppet Show to set to
premiere February fourth of next share as well. It's gonna
be on Disney Plus and they're gonna be the guest star,
executive producer, all that kind of good stuff.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
I love her sense of humor, so looking forward to
that because I think she's so funny.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Good morning, Nate, you're on the air. Oh, good morning.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
I was just calling to give Rich a friendly reminder
that cashews and peanuts are not the same thing as
he enjoys in this holiday Good to note, brother, Thanks you,
holy thanks, thank you guys for making up that fact.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
What's up, Chants you're on the air.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
Hey, So I have a little bit of a brain
teaser that I talked to my wife and daughter last.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
Night about, and my daughter and I.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Ended up getting into like this big argument about it,
and I wanted to see what you guys thought, what
side you were on?

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Okay, that's like.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
So the question is, can you touch a hole?

Speaker 4 (04:48):
Can you touch?

Speaker 7 (04:49):
What?

Speaker 4 (04:50):
A hole? A whole?

Speaker 5 (04:51):
What a h o h O no no h O
l E hole in the ground?

Speaker 4 (05:00):
Touch rich and you touch a hole?

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Yeah, I'll do it now is so funny.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Yeah, you can touch the skirts of it, which is
still part of it.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
I was trying to touch a whole lesson.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
No, So that's what everybody thinks. But a hole is
an absence of mass. So if you're touching the edge
of it, you're not touching the hole.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
What is the hole?

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Technically you are.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
Part of your finger would be touching the absence of
the mass, and then part of your finger would be
touching the mass.

Speaker 5 (05:37):
You can touch an absence of mass.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Your fingers is around it.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
I don't think you can touch a hole.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Can you feel it?

Speaker 7 (05:45):
No?

Speaker 2 (05:45):
I don't think you feel a hole, but you can
touch it.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
I'm going to touch your hole, Kyle.

Speaker 5 (05:50):
So if you dig a hole in the ground, and
how do.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
You touch it?

Speaker 3 (05:54):
I guess So what I'm saying is as I'm on
your daughter's side, because.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
You are touching it and just not feel it.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
Your hand is there, but you're not feeling anything, so
you're touching it.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
Yeah, no, you got You're wrong.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you. I'm not
touching you. All super close is the same? No, no,
because there's a mass there.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
It's the same thing as that whole true in the
forest and it falls as you know.

Speaker 4 (06:20):
What he's doing.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
He's doing the math version of how many holes does
the straw have one or two?

Speaker 2 (06:26):
And it has one?

Speaker 4 (06:29):
And you can't touch the hole in the straw either.

Speaker 5 (06:32):
Right, you can't touch the hole in the straw. As
soon as you touch the straw, you're touching the straw
and out the hole.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Doesn't all of the liquid go through that hole. It
would have to touch part of it.

Speaker 5 (06:42):
No, if it's touching the straw, touching the straw, But
if it's touching the hole, then it's not touching this all.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
Thanks brother, thanks for listening, and thank you very much.
