Speaker 1 (00:00):
Peyton and Kyle gonna break down some entertainment news. What

(00:02):
do you got.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
So it's funny because a lot of people say bad
things about Kim Kardashian, right, but she's never really filed
a defamation suit until now. Remember ray J said he
was going for her. He was coming for her with
the Feds. There's a racketeering case against her and her mom,
Chris Jenner. Well, they were like, that's damaging and that's
literally defamation. So we're gonna go ahead and sue you.

(00:25):
So I'm sure that either they need to come out
with the case or they're gonna get sued and probably
lose big time.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
Right, And I bet you that's like probably so annoying
for Kim because we know, like the reason why, you know,
they blew up with their sex tape and things like that.
But it's like kim'sarly, what more do you want from you? Bro?

Speaker 2 (00:40):
I know Kim's people are like, he's having a real
hard time getting over their relationship that ended over twenty years.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Ago, So come on me, J, it's time to move on.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
I know they don't really focus on that in the
new trailer for the Kardashians, The New season actually starts
October twenty third, but in it you actually realize some
pretty heavy stuff has been going on in the Kardashians world,
including Kim Kardashian could have died.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
I got a call from investigators.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Someone extremely close to me put a hit out on
my life.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Everybody's kind of on edge. I heard footsteps walking into
my room.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
I am terrified, out of my mind. I'm happy gets over.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Pretty scary. I don't know, and I'm hoping or wondering
if they reveal who it was because they say it
was someone close in her life put a hit out
on her life, like someone close to.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Her, shouldn't they be in prison then if that's the case,
I feel that they're they're teasing us and it's not
going to be good payoffs. For example, when she got
robbed in Paris, that was all over the news that
everything you saw the episode come out and it was
whatever this we don't know about any of this, so
why are they dropping it now? I feel that we're
going to fight out. Well, when I say hit, I
mean this song was a hit.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Oh I hope, Well maybe she wasn't scared. Yeah, we'll
wait and see. I mean, like I said October twenty
thirty is when it.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Comes out Cardi being Nicki Minaj and they've been trading
shots online for a days. Nicki Minaj actually mocked Cardi
B's pregnancy and album south, while Cardi B fired back,
bringing up Nicki's husband and his legal issues and called
her obsessed. So Nicki Minaj, I think things took things
to another level when she took shots at Cardi B's kids.
That's what set her off. She clapped back with a

(02:15):
brutal open letter addressed to Anika, which is actually Nicki
Minaj's real name, accusing her of being on drugs and
telling her that she needs to go to therapy and
seek help now. And some of the things that like
Nicki Minaj was saying online like I don't want to
repeat because it's so disturbing and so disgusting. I'm like,
what in your right mind makes you think that that's
okay to say? And also about children, like yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Come on, go at each other by anything else, but
you got to leave the kids me now. It's terrible.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Cardi B's like, girl, I'll see you when I see you,
but I'm not risking my endorsement deals and my brand
deals to deal with someone who's lost in delusion.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Right, But now Nicki's like telling her fans to start
boycotting everything Carti's involved with. At first, I at first
when they started feuding online, I was like, Oh, obviously
this is just a remote Cardi's album.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
But then they went there and I.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Was like, Oh, this seems it seems actually personal.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
So what had happened. I want to say it was
back in twenty seventeen or twenty eighteen at a New
York Fashion Week, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B got into it,
and we're like fightings, throwing shoes at each other and
viral on TMZ and everything.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
But they never liked each other because there was always
the rumor that Cardi B was a plant in the
industry to replace Nicki Minaj, and actually it very recently
in an interview, Cardi B was like, yeah, there was
that rumor, but like I was just born to do this,
Like this is what I was destined to do.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
If there is no feud, yeah, she I mean, she's
incredibly talented, and I think Nicky's a little bit salty
about it, if we're being honest,

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
