I will tell you a story about these this friend
group I have and I kind of connected them all
and they all went to the NASCAR race without me
in my friend's helicopter, and I said I didn't want
to go anyway, but I wasn't invited and it kind
of hurt my friend.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
His name is Cameron, and Cam is on the phone
right now.

Speaker 5 (00:45):
Oh boy, what's up?

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Cameron?

Speaker 3 (00:51):
How you hurt my feelings?

Speaker 5 (00:52):
Okay, here's the thing, man, you're one of my most
high maintenance friends. And I say that with respect, but
it's okay to be high maintenance. We just had this
helicopter in a million pieces. You would have given me
craft the entire time you're on the plane ride. Yeah,
so here's the thing, Like we went and tested it
with those guys. Say, if it's good, it's time to
go out and have some fun. Man, let's go do

(01:13):
like a giveaway or make a wish or something in
the valley.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
Wait a second, So you were testing out the safety
with my friends to make sure it was safe for me.

Speaker 5 (01:24):
Me craft the whole time.

Speaker 6 (01:25):
Ye kind of I told you your life in danger.
He put his actual friends lives.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
I told John jam Like.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Plus, Cam knows you don't want to go to NASCAR,
he knows, he knows all the things that he's going
to not have a good time defending when he takes
you there.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
So it's like, yeah, you knows.

Speaker 5 (01:43):
That's so funny. Hey, hey, we did have a good time,
though you missed out. We need to go up.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
I heard, Hey, you know you just by.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
I don't if you're kidding or not, but that would
be kind of cool to have the helicopter to use
for something to help a kid for love up for
for Christmas wish.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
That'd be kind of cool, right, I would love that.

Speaker 5 (01:59):
Man, Seriously, Let's do some type of giveaway or some
type of make a wish like whatever. You want to do.
I want to do something with you guys.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Okay, well we'll work it out. You're such a nice guy. Hey,
I'm gonna ask you something.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
I was going to ask everybody on the show this question,
but since I have you on the air, I saw
this survey says how happy are you on a scale
from one to ten? And by watching your social media camp,
I would say that you are on a ten plus
ten plus ten plus ten.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
But what is that answer? How happy are you on
a scale from one to ten?

Speaker 5 (02:26):
I'm a ten plus man? Like, Yeah, I literally pinched
myself every single day. I feel so blessed. I have
amazing people around me. I text you the other day.
You introduced me to a couple of people, and those
people have introduced me to other people and they've been
great friends. And that was me just telling you, like,
thank you so much. And I just have so many
people like that in my life just wanting to contribute

(02:47):
to me and help me out. And I just it's
been amazing.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Man. That was a nice test.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
You guys helps me get there.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
That was a nice test.

Speaker 5 (02:53):
The John Jay and Rich Show is you guys changed
my life. Man, So I love you. Rich I love you,
John J. Kyle, you guys are you guys are amazing?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Yeah, but don't advise us to go to the NASCAR.
I'm kidding. I don't want to go to that.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
I'm just because like you're amazing.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
From a distance, I'd like you to fly fly me
to work from my house.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
All right, camera, will let you go. Man, thank you
for calling in, bro, thanks for listening. I appreciate it,
all right, But but you know what, for real, I
saw this list it says, and it's funny because they
use the word hovering like a helicopter, So like if
you're hovering around certain numbers and means certain things. So
let me go around the room on a scale of
one to ten and using Cameron as a ten because
he sold his company for hundreds of millions of dollars

(03:35):
and now he's flying, and yet money doesn't happen.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Yes it is, Yes.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
It does in that case gets you pretty close.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
I don't see how whatever whatever you're unhappy with, but
for real, on the scale one to Kyle, where are
you in a scale of one to ten?

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Seven? Seven? Okay, Peyton, where are you in a scale
one to ten?

Speaker 7 (03:55):
Well, going off of Kyle, seven, I'm probably out of five.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
What yeah, okay, no, there's there's only tell what all
this stuff? I mean, how about you, Rich?

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I think ten plus? I got no complaints right now,
I'm the happiest I've ever been.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I feel the best. Ten.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
Yeah, because I feel like Kyle, you said seven, and
that would have been my Like, my original answer would
have been like eight. But you have a lot of
things that I don't have.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Competition. I can't explain.

Speaker 6 (04:22):
The seven is because I think there's always room.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
For more happiness. Sure, there's always I'm.

Speaker 6 (04:28):
Very happy, which is a seven, but there's room for
more happiness, like winning the eight hard billion dollars part, right,
Like that would be pretty cool.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Well, Rich, you said you feel good? Yeah for real? Yeah,
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
But being in a ten doesn't mean that you can't
have more ten in your life.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Right.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
Well, let me tell you this. Go to ask me,
which are you at?

Speaker 1 (04:49):
John six?

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Seven?

Speaker 4 (04:52):
So it says how satisfied with your life would you
say you are? On a scale of one to ten.
The study found that if you're hovering around a three,
it could be affecting your health in a big way.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
No, in a bad way. It's not protecting your health.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
Research shows that loving life comes with lots of health benefits.
You're less likely to get sick if you're happy and content,
and this study gave all kinds of proof behind it.
They asked people to imagine a ladder with steps numbered
from zero at the bottom to ten at the top.
Ten means the best possible life you can imagine for yourself.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Zero is the worst.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
They found On average, the minimum number before you see
any health benefits is a two point seven. Once you're
above that, basically a three or higher, you see more
and more health benefits the higher you go. It also
found that being excessively happy, like at a nine or ten,
like our friend Cameray just called, came with no negative effects,
just positive ones. In other words, you can't overdose on happiness.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
More is better.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
So I wrote, I did my vision board last year,
right at the end of the year. I'm kind of
focusing on I'm getting ready for the new year, preparing
for the new twenty twenty six, and I have a
vision board that I look at every single morning still.
I don't know if you guys still have yours. I
look at it every morning before I come in and
I wrote a lot of stuff, and I cut a
lot of stuff out of the articles and I put it.
I glued it up there and I realized, there's two things.

(06:14):
I hit everything on my vision board, but two things amazing.
I know, isn't that crazy?

Speaker 2 (06:19):
But are we going to get those two things this year?
Whatever they are?

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Well, one of them was for our show to be
in more markets, more cities. That hasn't happened in the unworld.
I'd like a private jet. And maybe I went a
little too far for that.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
It's time, there's time.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
I didn't realize how expensive that is.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
It's not vision board.

Speaker 6 (06:36):
You have to get it this year. It's vision board
to see this year.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
My vision boards are for the year, a time cap
on it. I'm gonna just like doing math. I'm going
to carry this over to twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Yeah, carry it over.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
But anyway, so that's it. There's your level of happiness.
