Speaker 5 (00:37):
I heard you using big words like boisterous yesterday. My
first thought was, where do you learn that word? And
I think I think I said it. I think I
said it about something I remember because I I heard
it later on the Becuse I listened to our show
on the podcast every day after the show, and I
heard me used to word boisterous.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
And I was and I was like all by myself
listening to the show. I was like, oh, jog, I
can't believe I didn't touch that.
Speaker 5 (01:01):
I know, Oh yeah, there's a lot going on year
in context, because that would be even more surprising. God,
I gotta remember. I feel like I was talking about Kyle.
I was talking about something, and I was like, because
you're normally boisterous. Anyway. Another text six oh two number
Rich said Costco pie is better, but he has ever
had Sam's Club pie. We did a blind test last
(01:22):
year in Sam's won. You gotta check it out. Love
you guys, look forward to listening, laughing all the way.
Thanks so much. Have a great day.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Really, because my thought and I'm gonna upset somebody, but
I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna die on this hill.
Sam's Club is like the t MoU version of Costco. No,
You're wrong in almost every single way. It's just not
as good in any way, like the fresh stuff, the meat, everything,
just not as good as Costco. Really, I love seeing
I would like to try the pie and see.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
I would have to go into a Sam's Club and
then into a Costco because I have not been into
a Sam's Club in a very long time.
Speaker 4 (01:51):
I think the layout of Sam's Club is a lot
easier to like navigate than Costco. Personally.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Well, No, I like Costco because it's like you walk
right in brand new TV, sunflower seeds, bad clothes, and
then food.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Well, it'd be fun tested to some type of or Thanksgiving.
I'd like to try that.
Speaker 5 (02:07):
So do you guys ever remember this when you were
kids and or do you remember this as a parent,
because I remember this both as a parent and as
a kid. If ever got new shoes, I could run fast.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
For sure.
Speaker 5 (02:19):
We take my ca I remember taking my kids to
get shoes and they'd run up and down the hallways
really fast, and be like, I could run really fast.
So I've been on this quest to find the perfect
workout shoe because I have very high arches, and if
I wear the wrong shoes, I screw up all kinds
of stuff in my back, my body, my feet. And
I've been so I go out and I buy different
workout shoes, and I've been going through my workout shoes
(02:41):
and they suck. I can't find a good shoe. I'm
at the gym and there's this lady wearing a pair
of shoes that I've researched online. And this brand of
shoe I'm about to tell you about, as far as
I know, is only online.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
I don't think it's out a floor and she tells
me about the shoe.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
She says, it's a great workout shoe, but I also
have different feet than most people. But I said forget it,
and I bought it, And when I go online to
buy it, there's all these different versions of stressed me
out that I don't want to do it right. So
same thing I'll say about like when you go buy
a T shirt of the Gap. The gap is my
favorite T shirt, but now there's like seven different versions
of the T shirt.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
I don't know what. There's a classic T shirt. There's
the pocket tea.
Speaker 3 (03:15):
Right, and you want to pick it up, feel it
and see it.
Speaker 5 (03:17):
Yeah, So I buy this pair of shoes. It comes
in the mail. I've worn them twice. They're phenomenal. They're
the best workout shoe I've ever used.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
Is this like the Hokah you discovered years ago?
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Yeah, the Hooka was a good walking shoe.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
By the way, remember when he brought him in and
I took off down the hall running.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
The first thing I did. I bought them. I bought
everybody on the show.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
So what are the new what's the new hotness?
Speaker 5 (03:39):
Okay, I'm not wearing them now. I'm not gonna wear
them as casual shoes. Why wouldn't you use them chest
for workout shoes? Although when I do wear them, I
don't want to take them off. They are called and
I'm probably gonna say you guys are like, oh my god,
we've been around a hundred years.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
They're called Noble. Yeah, isn't that part of the rock Noble? No?
Speaker 5 (03:56):
No, there was a big confusion with that. No, that
are the word no and then bowl separate word. The
rock has a different one and it's a no bowl.
The rock is called Oh gods.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
But no idea these even exist?
Speaker 4 (04:12):
No bull?
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah what? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (04:16):
The rock is under Armour. It's yeah, it's a different
brand of shoe.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
But no bull.
Speaker 6 (04:21):
Uh does like all these specialty shoes too. They do
like back to the Future and Ninja Turtles And I've
spent a whole bunch of money that I shouldn't have.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Oh really, family is like a huge fan of Noble.
Those are actually really the only shoes that my dad wears.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
Really, your dad always wears freaking steph.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Curries those and like when he's like walking around the house,
like not basketball shoes he wears No bulls. Actually, I
got a kadem a pair of all white Nobles for
Christmas last year.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Wait, are you.
Speaker 5 (04:44):
Talking about the noble from the Rock or the Nobule
from Noble?
Speaker 4 (04:48):
No, the no Bull from Noble. They're like one hundred
and sixty bucks for a pair of shoes.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
They're the best workout you have.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Ever for a pair for Christmas this year.
Speaker 5 (04:54):
Really, you're gonna love them. Man, They're a game changer
in the workout, makes you want to work out longer.
Like I was on a treadmill. I was working on
the trail and I was like, I'm gonna keep going.
These are new shoes. And then I lifted while I
was doing some arm curls, so I was like, I'm
gonna keep going these new shoes.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
So I was like looking in the mirror and I
was like posing, like power, no.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
Shoes your trainers, Like could work out today?
Speaker 1 (05:13):
John Jay, You're like, thanks, Yeah, it's the shoe. I'm
gonna keep working out. I'll see later I'm going to
the next gym. Like they're fantastic.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
They're super comfy. I think it's like the inserts in
how the way the bottom of the sole of the
shoe like supports your arches because I have super flat
feet and I feel good in them.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
I was. I'm just really really happy with them.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Guys.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
There's a lot of really great sales on their website
right now.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
No Bowl.
Speaker 5 (05:36):
I'm still even though we've just explained it, I'm so confused.
How the Rock has a shoe called No Bowl and
then there's a brand called no Maybe he used to
be involved with him and he isn't anymore.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Now's different.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
But I think it's like the name of the shoe
is not the brand of the shoe is an under
arm or shoe called no Bull, and then the brand
of the shoe of these is Noble.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
But why would the Rock called the Rock under armor?
The Rock make o? Can I see? Look?
Speaker 5 (05:56):
Can you show me what you're looking at real quick?
On their website? Is that Yeah, that's a shoe I
got right there.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
That white one as your workout shoe. Yeah, that looks like.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
An every day like where would.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
You Well, that's what I mean. It was very complicated,
So maybe that's not it's very complicated.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
I do not own a pair, but I do see
their emails in my inbox all the time for those shoes.
So you say, rock on, go get a pair.
Speaker 5 (06:15):
Yeah, No, I would say not the rock on reck
nic Oh No, I got the other one. I think
there is no one called the word. That's what I'm saying.
See how complicated it is. Men's outwork made outwork is
what I got. Yeah, outwork out last rip stop.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
So just sharing that with you guys, just sharing a
little hot tip a little before Black Friday, Like I
would buy another pair. I bought the white ones and
it warmed twice, and that already they got a little
scuffed up because now neither they're white.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
You don't want to get you know, you should do
and we should all do this before the holidays. Just
put together our favorite things list that you recommend that
you should buy, and you could put that on your list.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
I would put on the Noble Shoes. I would put
down the hyper Bearer. Chamber Jay's list is the Goop.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
John Rich.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
I would put down the Plasma Exchange anyway that said,
just give me a little shopping tips John Jay and
Rich
