Speaker 2 (00:30):
Good morning, Russ. How are you hello?

Speaker 4 (00:34):

Okay?

Speaker 5 (00:35):

Are you a parent or you a boyfriend?

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Boyfriend?

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Okay, boyfriend? Okay?

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Because the way that started it was parents checking on
their kids, and it's involved to boyfriends and girlfriends checking
on their on their whoever is out on spring.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Bok brother check?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
So you want us to check in on your girlfriend
on spring break?

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Yes, okay? Where is she?

Speaker 5 (00:58):
She's a Nashville Nextsville Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
All right? What's her name?

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Carly? Okay? And what's her story? What do we need
to know about her? How long you guys been together?

Speaker 3 (01:08):
So we've been together almost two years and everything's going
great and we usually talk very often, but she has
not been really responsive on this trip, very vague, rarely,
you know, like quick, short, like no content, answers like

(01:29):
having fun, don't worry or text you later, Like nothing
concrete makes sense.

Speaker 5 (01:33):
If somebody was like on a school trip or on
a work trip, you could understand that they're super busy.
But spring break, you're literally hanging out, so you should
be too busy to text back your boo.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
So here's what we do. We're gonna get her on
the phone real quick.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
So hold on, okay, so we get all her information
from you where she's staying and all that stuff, or
her cell phone and all that.

Speaker 5 (01:51):
Is she by herself, like who's she with great questions?

Speaker 3 (01:53):
She's with six of her friends Airbnb.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Okay, all right, So we're gonna get her ready to go.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
What we do it's been a while, So we do
is we're gonna call her and ask her to be
our spring break reporter and let us know what's going
on in Nashville, so.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
She could tell us of all the crazy stuff that
she's been doing. And you just stay quiet on the phone. Okay,
all right, that's awesome.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
All right, all right, little Rusty, he's been a while
since we've done spring break bus, So hang on the line, Russ.
We're gonna call Carly and get an update. And I've
heard Nashville ghost off. By the way, I've been there before.
But music Row, Music Row is another one. Spring Break Bust,

(02:33):
the official one of twenty twenty five, starts next John
Jaye Rich. We we're in the middle spring Break Bust.
It's John Jaye Rich. Got Russ on the line. He's
the boyfriend concerned about his girlfriend Carly. She's been in
Nashville with six of her girlfriends and an airbnb and
she's been very vague on her text messages as he
wants to check in. No FaceTime, nothing, you know, what's

(02:54):
interesting to me? Is one of the things he said
that she said in the text message, having fun, don't
worry like I think what you say, don't worry?

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Well, you were Hey, he's.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
Blowing up her phone. She's like, I'm just having fun,
don't are you blowing up her phone? Russ, I wouldn't
stay blowing it up all right, So.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Probably he wouldn't say yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:13):
He's probably saying, do you said the are you okay? Text?
And you're blowing up her phone?

Speaker 2 (03:17):
All right? Okay? Over there, you guys talked to her,
you got on the phone. She's ready to go. Oh
she's pomp dog. She's ready to roll.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Really okay, good, all right, so rest you stay quiet, okay, okay,
all right, hold on, hey.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Carly, Hey, say so you're down being a reporter? Yeah,
of course, all right, because.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
We haven't really had anybody report from Nashville before. You know,
we've done the Miami's, the can Coons, you know they
have a su but not Nashville.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
How's it going over there?

Speaker 4 (03:50):
Honestly, this m brig has been such a nightmare. We're
like not even really in Nashville. We thought we were
booking a place like right in the city, and the
Airbnb was just like totally not It was totally scammed.
Like we're in the middle of nowhere on a literal farm,
like cow's chicken kind of farm, creepy farmer kind of farm.

(04:11):
And he's like he's nice. I don't gonna say he's creepy,
but it's like he's too nice, and he just keeps
asking if we want to like work on the farm
and stuff, and like that is obviously not what I
signed up for. So anyway, we're trying to get out
of here. But like the WiFi US the service is
like super spotty.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
Well did you who booked it? Did they? Because he's
maybe offering a farm experience. He's probably wondering why you
don't want to be around the chickens and stuff.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Un thinking you had the whole place to yourself, and
you're like, why is this farmer here?

Speaker 2 (04:42):
No?

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Yeah, like we literally thought it was like a cute
little house. Like, I mean, my friends and I all
did it together. But I mean I wasn't too active
in the thing, which I guess is my fault. But
you know, it's spring break, like we just wanted to
get a house in Nashville.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Hold on a second, hold on, this sounds very familiar
to me. Is his name old McDonald?

Speaker 4 (05:04):
It's like, seriously, so you're.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Stuck on a farm and this guy probably has an airbnb.
That is the farm that people do that. I've heard
of that before. If you go, I read about it
in Europe where you go and you do the whole thing,
You milk cow's, you do all that stuff.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
That's obviously not what I want to do. Is my
senior year spring break?

Speaker 5 (05:22):
Like we want to be a Yeah. Well, I mean
it's country. It's a duck country, but it's a country.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Yeah, I guess yeah. We can't get out of here though,
and he keeps like showing up and like asking if
we need anything, and oh my gosh. The only text
I feel like we're coming through it from my boyfriend also,
which is so annoying.

Speaker 5 (05:43):
Really, it's like non stop, You're like, hey, I'm partying.
I need to get these chickens to lay some eggs.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
Well, no, it's not that. It's like I don't want
to tell him what we're doing because I know what
he's gonna say.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
I told you so he.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
Could tell me what wouldn't be about the scams or whatever?

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Oh he told you so, like he told you you're
gonna be on a farm, You're.

Speaker 5 (06:08):
Not gonna be able to get out of it, and
my WiFi is gonna be Really.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
So he told you what exactly? You tell you?

Speaker 4 (06:18):
He told me that I like shouldn't just like trust
my friends, I shouldn't plan these trips last minute whatever,
But like it's senior year. We had to have a
fun spring break. He's at home being lame.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
I would think, by the way, if I was the
boyfriend and I found out about this, I'd have relief,
I feel, instead of being in Nashville doing crazy stuff
and hooking up with guys and doing drinking less.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Of course you're not telling us the truth.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
No I am, But like you guys, you know, he
gets mad about silly stuff and he's just gonna tell
me I told you so. And I'm honestly so tired
of it.

Speaker 5 (06:50):
He does it all the time.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
I don't want to tell him. Should I not tell him?

Speaker 2 (06:54):
I'm not gonna tell him. Well, we're on the radio
right now, So I mean, if you.

Speaker 4 (07:00):
Oh that's true?

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Is his name? By chance? Russ? What Russ? Are you there?

Speaker 4 (07:11):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (07:11):
I'm here, I'm here, And this is this is rich,
this is thank you. This is exactly what I thought
you were going to fall into this Airbnb scam. You're
stuck on a creepy farm with no service and a
guy is basically making you work to stay there. You're
going to be a farm hand. I mean what you
think you're on a reality TV show. This is exactly

(07:33):
what I told you.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
What happened.

Speaker 5 (07:34):
At least your text are going through.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
It could be a lot worse. It's also not exactly
what you said would happened. That's true right when you're
right too, It's it could be a lot worse. This
might be the tamest one.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
Get to work your airhead, friends. What'd you say it
takes to your earhead? Friends? That's not nice.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Hey, I didn't think it was gonna be like that. Okay,
don't try.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
To brush this off. I told you so. Okay, I
warned you about booking a sketchy place, and you're all, no,
it looks so cute online. Who cares to do any research?
Now you're sucking a little farm shack, playing farm girl,
and I'm actually living my actual life here.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Okay, that's a loser.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
I am so tired of this.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Why do you call the.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Radio service again? Like I told you so? What the heck?

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Time to wake up everyone.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
You're a grown woman, all right. This is what happens
when you don't listen. You're making dumb mistakes.

Speaker 5 (08:48):
I don't like that.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Like that, Get over it.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
She's on a farm.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
She's not doing drugs, doing other people.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
Before the jungle expects that would be harder farm life.
Jungle life, way harder than farm life.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
Like Russell, why are you like this right now?

Speaker 2 (09:15):
Though? Like I feel like your attitude is like not it?
Why do you like?

Speaker 3 (09:19):
What's the problem if this happens all the time.

Speaker 5 (09:21):
Yeah, like, what do you care? I don't care. What
do you care she's having fun or not having the farm.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
We've been on trips where I've said it needs to
be a certain way, and then it hasn't been that way,
and I've you know, let it go, and now I'm
right again. But so what just submit it?

Speaker 5 (09:41):
Yeah, you guys got a way to get into town
at least and go enjoy some of what Nashville has
to offer.

Speaker 4 (09:48):
We're trying to. I haven't been able to get a
flip an uber.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Maybe there's an Amish family.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
By him the town. Yeah, yeah, maybe next time you
are actual. If you listen to your boyfriend.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Oh my god, I would be like I may listen
to my boyfriend, but my boyfriend's not gonna be you. Sorry, Russ,
you're like giving like uber control freaking us.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
It's not good.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
Rush Like, I don't want to do this. You're literally
being such a hater, Like you never support.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
Me, no, because you don't listen to me whatever you want.

Speaker 5 (10:22):
He should have stopped a long time ago these problems.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Yeah, I'm so done. I'm so done.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
I'm I'm done.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
This is crazy. This is like the last straw.

Speaker 5 (10:32):
You have to listen over there. She's not far.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
She's like, I'm done, but he has to be like, no,
I'm done.

Speaker 5 (10:39):
He's so broke.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
All right, that's spring break bust right there. So Carly,
Russ wanted to check in. That's what happening. Russ wanted
to check in and see how your supring break was going.
He was worried about something else. In fact, they didn't
even ask him what he thought she could be doing.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
But I mean, I guess I did think she would
be on the phone. Is this relationship over?

Speaker 4 (10:59):
Absolutely?

Speaker 5 (11:00):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Are you serious?

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (11:05):
Wait, you're breaking up with me over this, over your mistake.
You're gonna throw everything away over a dumb trip.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 5 (11:15):
Her answers, yes, what.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
On your little farm?

Speaker 4 (11:22):
Okay, I would rather get by cow than be in
a relationship with you.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
I'd rather be what eaten by account she said, eat
by co.

Speaker 5 (11:36):
I would want to be eaten by a cow too.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
Other than dating Russ, I don't care what they look like.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
What?

Speaker 3 (11:46):
