Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's John Day rich Our phone number eight seven seven
nine three seven one four seven. The text line you
text JJR whatever's on your mind in ninety six eighty
niney three. So last night I was at a professional
basketball game. I was watching the Phoenix Suns play at
the Los Angeles Lakers, and I get this, you know,

(00:21):
I mean, it was it was a fun game. But
I was like, also on my phone and I get
this DM from some account and they're sending me this
long story that they are a company out of New
York and they provide videos to news stations and they
wanted to use the videos the last two videos I
posted of the rain at the flood in my backyard

(00:42):
and the guy canoeing, And so I click on the
account and they have like two hundred followers, and I'm like,
is this real or is this not real? So I
go back and forth to them on DM to see
if they're a bot or not. But the thing about
the bots and the chat schubts, they respond so human like, right,
So they said, can you email us the clips or

(01:02):
text us the clips? And they send me or text me,
she says, and sends me the number, and I'm like,
what like I said, why don't you just take it
from my Instagram and be like, well, we need to
verify that it's yours. I go, it's mine, like she's
we and then give you credit? Right, So, anyway, I
go last night, when I go to bed, I send
her the the videos on WhatsApp And when I wake

(01:24):
up this morning like, hey, we didn't get the videos,
I'm like, is that just a bot? So I screenshop
my WhatsApp and I send it to her and I go,
I send it to you what'sapp? And she's like, oh,
we can't use WhatsApp. It needs to be an email
or text. And I'm like, what's the scam? What are
they trying to get from me? Like when I if
I send them an email, do they automatically go into

(01:44):
my email accounts? Right? Like yeah, what are their tentacles?
What are they trying to do to be paranoid? I know? Right?
And then so then I sent an email and then
I texted them and I said the video and guess
what happened? What? Thank you? So you still don't know
if they're real or really she said, she said thank you,
and that they're set in all these news stations and

(02:05):
that I will get tagged when they post them. Like,
oh okay, So now you just wait, like you know
the video of the uh the guy at the Cold
Plague concert or the husband and what they did that
and she sent me screenshots. This is who we are.
I'm telling you we're legit. I'm like, okay, so you
see my videos out that'd be kind of cool. I mean,
the canoe video is pretty amazing. Yeah, right, it's pretty great.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
So you wait to see if your videos go viral
or you get.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Hacked or I get hacked. So if I get hacked
the next day or two, or you start seeing weird
posts about my life or some weird things, you know,
I got hacked.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
You know what I'm saying, you just go viral because
that would be kind of cool.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Yeah, that would be totally cool. So that happened yesterday.
I also shot a video and I want to do
I want you guys' opinion. I did this thing yesterday
and I was kind of asking Peyton in the middle
of the day of like, you know, what do you
call it? Come with me?

Speaker 3 (02:51):
What do you calls a day in the life?

Speaker 1 (02:53):
A day in the life. Okay, So I shot a
whole day in the life of my day yesterday, and
I kind of edited down How long do you think
those need to be?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Probably forty five seconds to a minute.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Max, okay minus six minutes.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
A lot of things.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
That is a whole day in someone else's life to
watch it, I did a whole a lot, and so
how do you narrow that down to forty five seconds?

Speaker 3 (03:14):
You just do the best parts of your day.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah you Yeah, I don't know if I could do that.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
So how many clips do you have to make it
six minutes?

Speaker 4 (03:22):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (03:22):
I have no idea, but I had a full day.
I don't know how many clips.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
I mean, I'd have to go back, like do you
have multiple clips of doing a certain thing in your day?
Because you should only have one for no.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
I mean I started from when I woke and there's
things I left out. But anyway, so I wanted to
do I just.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Like condense it by making it really fast, and then
you're going really fast.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Actually true, but what's better to narrate and say because
I kind of want to do it, like come with
me and spend the day with me, because you know
how they do it, like do it like that? Or
do you post on there, or do you put the
words on what you're doing.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
I think that you do a voiceover.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Okay, I might do that.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
I think you could totally do a voice and then get.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah, hey, let's get what she said. We'll see how
it goes. I will be working on it later today.
It's my project. It's my it's my what do I
call it? My life project?

Speaker 4 (04:12):
Yeah, and then put today on too, say today I
edited by yesterday.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
I'm gonna send it to that dude, did you want
to use this? If you want to send this to
the Today's show, those guys are going to love this.
This is six minutes of my day yesterday.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Oh my gosh, they're going to be so annoyed with it.

Speaker 5 (04:27):
No.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Uh, so let's get into what happened with what was
caught on video? Speaking of video out.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Your house, okay, not caught on video on purpose by
any means. It was just Scott and I, me and
my husband sitting down. We're eating lunch, and I had
had some soup and so I was holding the soup.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
It was really hot, so I was blowing on it.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
And I have to have to pause here and pre
eminently apologize to Peyton because I know one of her
biggest pet peeves is about to happen, So sorry, Peter,
what is about to go down? But so I'm chat
with Scott and eating my soup and I'm blow on
a spoonful of delicious soup, and all of a sudden,
a whistle comes out, like just it just whistles, and

(05:09):
I just I could not stop laughing, and Scott was like,
what the heck is going on?

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Everybody knows that whistling it down? It's so stupid.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
But I tried to do it like ten times after that,
just blowing like I was blowing on it to cool
it off, and all of a sudden and I'm like,
what come from? It's like I didn't have any control
of my body at that moment for some stupid reason,
and it's like the dumbest thing. But ever, like now
that's our thing, Like every once in a while, just

(05:53):
walk by each other and whistle a little bit.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
So stupid.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
Sorry Peyton hates whistling. Yeah, yeah, whistling it just like
it's one of those things that makes my like hairy
skin afterwards.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Out of the Payton would have been so mad right now, only.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
If you would have kept trying to do it and
the whistle kept coming. Then I would have been irritated
for sure.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Yeah, Hey, Vincent, good morning. What's up.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
I'm not on a speaker phone. I'm at work in
case it's like, okay, Well, I was just holding because
I saw you at the game yesterday and I just
started geeking out. And I was at the at the
Annex Social Club, which funny seeing you there anti social,
but I saw you and I was with my brother
and you were walking out. I was like walking by

(06:39):
on the other side of where the players come on
the other side of the glass, and I started geeking out.
My brother thought I saw a player, but no, it
was you in the show and it was halftime, so
I was like, oh, he's on his way out, because
he was like, oh, say hi. I was like no, no, no,
you know what.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
I was on my way.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
Time.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
And then I was like, oh, look he does have friends,
because you're another.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
I was with my buddy, my friend Justin him and
I him and I went, what's funny is He goes,
do you want to get out of it early? And
I said, I told you guys about friend Justin him
and I very similar, and he's like, do you want
to leave, and I go, yeah, and I go, but
my wife. My wife will get so mad at me
if we leave. And he's like, well, how do you
want to handle this? He goes, I go, I don't know,
and I go, do you want to? Because you just
leave it. I'm going to just drive home slowly. So

(07:22):
you said the best game ever? Is that what he said?

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Oh yeah no? So we left at halftime and the
Suns were losing, and first of all, you know, it
was a preseason game, but the Lakers, you know, lebron
is hurt, but they had that Luca there, Bronni was there,
Austin Reeves was there, and they were playing. The Sons
had five guys I've never heard of before playing, and
Booker was on the bench, Brooks was on the bench.
All the guys that you know were on the bench

(07:47):
in normal clothes the preseason, preseason. Luca was playing. So
I was kind of like, all right, if I tell
Blake we went home to preseason, I said, And then
so I drove home slowly and then Blake's like, is
the game over?

Speaker 5 (07:59):
I go.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
I just tried to like whatever, but I got I
was asleep by nine. Oh that's great.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
Nice.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Yeah, I was just mainly just going there to get
video for my day in the life.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Yes, And part of that, do you show yourself leaving
the game at halftime so people know how not you are.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
That's guys, I'm trying to maximize my day.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
I can't do all the other stuff if I'm staying
at stuff too long.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Ven you should have said, hi, come on, man, I
just I got shy.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
Well, thanks for because I was sitting like court side,
I was sitting next I was sitting next to like
Dyne Brooks, like he was in his overalls. Yeah, I
couldn't see half of the court because they're like seven
feet tall.

Speaker 6 (08:39):
But I got more excited seeing you.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
Is that guy Dylan Brooks? Right, So he's really tall
and on TV he looks sick, but he looks so
cool in overalls. Makes you did?

Speaker 3 (08:50):
She gives me the VIU over hold on.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
I was, I was leaving. I was in a tunnel
leaving and some kids go, can we get a picture
of duties? Like absolutely, And he was gonna walk through
the tunne stop and took pictures with three kids, and
I thought that was really coola good.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
I bet you he's trying to fix his image because
Dylan Brooks kind of has a bad rep in the NBA.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
You've got to remember something. He's from Canada and they're really,
really nice people.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
They are, but he's a little he's a little much
on the basketball floor. But hey, I'm excited. I think
he'll be great for the Suns. I think it'd be cool.

Speaker 5 (09:19):
Yea, he went into the crowd and took pictures.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
But he's definitely trying to fix his image. Tell me
it's working.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
We like it awesome, we like get overalls like him. Yeah,
please do please wears in the work. Vincent. Have a
great day, man, Thank you so much for listening.

Speaker 6 (09:34):
What's up, Brian, Good morning. I'm sorry I was not
at the game last night. I was stressing over this
jury duty Brian, Jerry Didy Brian, Okay, so I just
want to let you know I did not get picked.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
Specific duty.

Speaker 6 (09:52):
Thank you. I just wanted to keep you updated. I'm
not going to sit there and listen.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
Don't you think that's a little bit of a mixed bag,
because part of you is like, thank I'm off jury duty,
but like, well, why didn't they pick me?

Speaker 1 (10:02):
I'd be a good juror. Is it a little bit
of a mixed bag.

Speaker 6 (10:06):
I wish they would have sent like a response like, Hey,
we don't want you.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
Because of this, do you seem too smart? Something like that. Well,
let me tell you this.

Speaker 6 (10:17):
I hope that's the case.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Yesterday you called and said that you want to know
if I was going through the same thing that you
went through because I didn't get picked for jury duty
and I was happy, And you said you had got
an email with like fifty questions, and you want to
know if I got that same email, right right, Well
I don't. And I said I didn't get the email.
I also have two hundred thousand unopened emails, so there's
probably a good chance I did get that email.

Speaker 6 (10:41):
That would make sense.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Yeah, all right, Brian, Well, congratulations, thanks for calling in.

Speaker 6 (10:46):
Yeah, thank you that good morning you too.
