Hey?
Speaker 1 (00:20):
What's your sign?
Speaker 5 (00:22):
I am a Capricorn?
Speaker 2 (00:24):
Okay, so Capricorns, November wants you to stop working like
you're being chased, slow down, celebrate the progress, and touch
some grass or at least a pumpkin spice latte or
something like that. But good things are coming for you
in the month of November.
Speaker 5 (00:38):
Oh good, I need to hear that. That's perfect good.
Speaker 2 (00:41):

Speaker 5 (00:42):
Thank you guys so much. I truly appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
Where are you from, Andrea? I hear the laccent. I
can't place it.
Speaker 5 (00:48):
I am from Boston, but I live in Well. I
live in Green Valley right now, a little bit from Tucson.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Green Valley. What are you? One hundred?
Speaker 5 (00:57):
I know, I know, it's horrible but but it's actually,
I mean, it's peaceful around here, so I'll take that.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
You can take dinner at three pm. It's nice.
Speaker 3 (01:05):
You don't really get to hear Boston access a lot.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
Well, thank you for listening.
Speaker 5 (01:12):
Oh, thank you guys so much. Andrea, all right, love
you bye.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
Vibe you too, Hi, Candy, what's your sign? Cancer?
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Okay, so cancers. This month is about emotional upgrades. You're
a learning who actually deserves your soft side. So there's
gonna be some less crying in your car and maybe
more laughing in your hood. You with some good people
for the month of November, so all get things for
you guys as well.
Speaker 5 (01:35):
Sweet I need that.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
Yes, thanks Candy, thank you. How about for pisces?
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Yeah, Rich, November is your main character in a cozy
movie era, so you're gonna have a lot of love
or and intuition that are gonna be vibing with you again.
But don't let a nostalgia trick you into texting someone
that you already cried over ten times.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
Also, November that's when they start putting on the Hallmark
Christmas movies, which is the old make cozy vibes exactly.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
How about Leo's.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
Yeah, Leo's November wants us Leo's to win loudly, big opportunities,
big attention, and yes, big drama if we are not careful.
So you just have to remember to stay humble, but
make sure everyone still claps for us.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
How do you do that? I don't know? How about virgos,
John J.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
November is about release for you, not control. You're realizing
you can't spreadsheet your way through your emotions, so just
let let things flow and the universe is editing your
life to be better than you can.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
That's great, I'll take it.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
How about for libras, yeh, Kyle, this month, balance finally
is gonna find you. You've been stretched thin, but November
is bringing people who pour into you right back. So
flirt a little, sleep a lot, and then repeat that
would like to sleep part?
Speaker 4 (02:44):
That sounds love?
Speaker 1 (02:45):
All right? If we can get to your sign.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
They're all posted on our website right now at Johnjdrich
dot com. It's beautiful, John Jay and Rich. I think
we all hear on this show. Try to be healthy, right,
try to? I mean I try to, I really, really
truly try to be healthy and then I just give in.
So much to simple simple peer pressure, like I make
(03:10):
an excuse on my head, that'll be okay. Like the
other day I went with my wife, think we get
ice cream. I don't want to have ice cream. I
don't want to eat ice cream. But I'm like, oh,
it's okay. I'm gonna I'm gonna die on next week
and I eat ice cream.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Right, I'm like, there's a lot of negotiating negotiating.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Well, someone asked the Internet, what's actually healthy? Despite most
people thinking it's not healthy, this is actually is healthy.
Speaker 4 (03:30):
I would like to hear that.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Now, these are people's opinions.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
For example, someone said telling people to f off or
just avoiding talks of people is very healthy.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Well, that's not delicious.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Sometimes it is. It depends who you're telling.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
A hell off, like sleeping according to your body's needs,
not according to societal norm.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Oh so this isn't like food healthy.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
No, I would just telling you. For me, ice cream
was tough because I'm trying not to eat ice cream.
Playing video games is healthy, It says it can be
a problem like any other fun thing, but for a
lot of people it's a great outlet.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
Right.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
I've even heard sorry, no go go go. I've heard, sorry,
I've even heard surgeons that have played video games are
way more accurate at doing surgery. If they play video
games like their whole lives, that they're way more precise.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Oh, I can see that. That's kind of cool. I'm
curious if there's like, uh something with like social like
going out and hanging out, maybe having a beverager too,
because those are good for your soul.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
Sometimes you can add that to the list. If it's
not on here, I'm going up from the bottom. It
says arguing in relationships is healthy. Not arguing constantly, but
some arguing is healthy if you hold everything into breeds resentment,
which is the death of every relationship. I think that's
Hamburgers are healthy. The unhealthiest part of the hamburger is
the bun. Everything else is pretty solid. Okay, popcorn, this
(04:43):
has got me so excited. Popcorn is healthy, very high
in fiber and polyphenales, and it has a lot of benefits.
But you gotta be careful. Not the covered oil, butter, salt,
and powdered cheese.
Speaker 4 (04:54):
That's okay, that's okay, it's still delicious.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Potatoes they get a bad rap because usually prepped with
a a lot of oil and butter. But if you roast, bake,
or fry or broil them or boil them, they're quite
possibly the healthiest start your carb you can eat. Carbs
are good for you. People demonize carbs, but they're good
for you. Whole grains and fruits are literally fuel for
your brain. Eggs some people still act like eating eggs
is just a daily cholesterol bomb, but they're super nutrient
(05:19):
and dent nutrient dense. Salt and fat and sugar, it
says are good for you. Frozen vegetables are good for you.
A lot of veggies are frozen within hours of being picked,
which locks in their nutrients. Taking breaks when you feel
unproductive it isn't lazy. It can be a reset. Others
mentioned midday naps which could be revitalizing and energizing. And
(05:40):
the number one thing they say is healthy to do
is daydreaming. It could be a form of focusing and meditation.
If you day dream I shall live forever.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Then so there you get pisty. Some healthy habits.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
