only have like Mazza realisticks on your menu for bar
should be able to throw together a burger.

A general lack of knowledge. At the other end of
the spectrum, they should have some basic skills. If they
have to look up how to make an old fashion,
you're probably not at a great bar.

Right, all those take out of There are more you

I mean that's everywhere. I don't think you can get
it get away with not having those are the time.
