Speaker 1 (00:00):
Stuff for stacks and hacks. I have stax information and

(00:02):
Rich has life hacks. I feel like Kyle, you and
I would really relate to this in a in a
very similar way. More than this report. There's a new
report out this says the average person has two different
places at home that they consider my spot. Yeah, yes,
and they've had those spots for at least four years now.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
I have.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
I have four spots, so.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
You and I we have spots for our things, right, piles, yes, piles.
It's like my bathroom, sink and my closet. That's my spot.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
I've always still well, at least it's in your area.
My my spots are in mutual areas. My spot's in
the kitchen. I have a spot in the launch room.
I have a spot in my bathroom, and then and
then I have free spots.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
And we each have a little spot in the mudroom.
But that's like the drop zone, right put your backpack
and stuff. So I don't know if I consider that mice.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
You guys Peyton Rich, I don't.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
I'm like h John jam all over the place. Yeah,
I'm like Rich, what are you too clean.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
And proper for us?

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Which has everything organized?

Speaker 1 (00:59):
There's not just one spot.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Everything has a place.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Yeah, and it's not because I'm super organized. It's that,
you know, I'm super adhd. So it just has to
be or else I will be looking.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
For it forever. A large healthcare system in Maine is
apologizing after sending letters to five hundred and thirty one
patients in hospitals and healthcare clinics telling them that they
are dead.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
I saw that.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
I was like, because wouldn't that be such a bizarre thing, Like, actually,
you'd have to check your own policy.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
You're like, It's like, what a weird way to find
I'm a guest.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
I'm not dead. I'm not dead.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Please.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
I guess a goof like that has happened in the
past before. In January twenty twenty one, they send patients
letters saying that they were dead and their person information
may have been stolen. Oh my gosh. And then they
were like, I guess if you're dead, it wouldn't matter.
But anyway. Another poll found that six percent of Americas
saying their IQ is below average. I feel like I'm

(01:55):
one of those people, even though all the tests say
I'm super intelligent, but I do you feel that I am?
My IQ is below average. According to the Latest Science morning.
You know what, Doing it in the morning can boost productivity,
increase your job satisfaction, and help you score a raise.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
It's like a cup of coffee in the morning.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah, yeah, you can, you can validate that. I prefer wow.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Yeah, nope, No for you, No for you, hot brother.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Mornings.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
I gotta let this send this, all this research to
my wife because she makes me kiss her goodbye. Because
it says we'll make more money if we do it.
If I make more money, we do it.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
You only you got to try a couple hundred times
and find out.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Yeah, what do you got for life hacks? Rich?

Speaker 2 (02:46):
All right, it's going to sound absolutely insane, but it works.
It's an actual hack. If you're one of those people
who sleeps hot, anybody in here sleep hot, wake up
in the middle of the night kind of warm. Well,
if you do like, you know, you don't need to
do that, because if you put one clean sock in
the freezer, just one, not the pair, not two. One sock,
then when you go to bed, you put the cold
sock on the foot that you usually leave out of

(03:07):
the blanket because a lot of people leave one foot
out of the blanket because they sleep hot. Well, it
sounds like witchcraft, but it works because it actually tells
your body, oh, the temperature's dropping, it's time to sleep,
even though you've just got one sock on. So try
that and see if you fall asleep and stay asleep.
And if anybody asks you about just say I'm optimizing
my sleep science with this frozen sock. Do not judge me.

(03:30):
Try that and let us know if it works. That
live pack and many more can be found on John
