Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for stacks and hacks. I have stax information,
rich has life hacks of information. You know what, let's
kick off Stacks and hacks. Would give it away four
pack of tickets to go see the new Tenor Swift movie.
Cause right now call of fourteen. You get to go
see the movie this weekend eight seven, seven, nine three seven,
one oh four seven. A new poll found that Americans
get targeted by scammers more than anyone else in the world.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
That happens in average twenty five times a week.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
That includes nine phone calls, nine emails, and seven scammy
text messages. I get those text messages all the time,
whether you try to pretend like to your friend or something.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
Have you ever seen those?
Speaker 3 (00:34):
Yes? And it's frustrating too, because like the probability, like
we get so much of these spam text and spam
calls that it's like almost inevitable to fall for one,
you know what I.
Speaker 4 (00:44):
Mean, especially the can you talk real quick exactly? I'm like, oh,
do I know them fall for it?
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Every time Fortune Magazine did a story that I like
the story, I don't want personally to do it, but
I'm good with everybody else doing it. But It's a
big story I saw yesterday about new workplace things where
they're doing no shoes allowed. Companies are making employees leave
their shoes at the floor. It's supposed to create a
more relaxed and collaborative work environment.
Speaker 5 (01:08):
I can see that, but then like I would want
it to to really pay attention to the floor, Like,
are we cleaning it.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
Regularly because some people's feet are jack Yeah, yeah, I'm good.
I'm not trying to get on athlete's foot.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
A couple in India is divorcing less than a year
of being married because the wife's cat isn't getting along
with the husband's dog.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Well, it's pretty extreme.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
Uh, this is going viral over the news.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
A man was suspected of committing multiple robberies in Colorado. So,
as the TV reporter is like live on the scene
and describing what the criminal looks like, a guy that
looks just like the criminal walk by and they're like.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Hey, that looks like that could be the guy that
we're describing.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
And it was so this is listen, listen, this is
this happening live on the news.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
Yo. Hey put the camera on him.
Speaker 4 (02:08):
Yo.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
This first right here is this him? Would it be crazy.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
If we actually found the guy right now, because we
saw a.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
Person who was literally fitting the description who just walked
down walked by her camera.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
Yo.
Speaker 4 (02:24):
Crazy.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
They arrested the guy ten minutes later.
Speaker 6 (02:26):
They were like that that's the guy.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Okay, who here gets angry?
Speaker 5 (02:31):
I do?
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Oh yeah, me too.
Speaker 4 (02:32):
You can angry rich well, yeah, violently And I don't.
I don't outburst, but I get my daisy outburst. And
my sister is a beyond.
Speaker 1 (02:44):
A woman got too hungry at a wedding and she
ordered a pizza to be delivered to the wedding. Many
think it was really rude for a formal occasion, but
this is her side of the story.
Speaker 6 (02:55):
Went to a friend's wedding, but it was a really
long day. The wedding took place at twelve. When it
got to eight, with no food insight, I was absolutely struggling.
I was starting to get angry, so me and my friend,
who asked we've decided to order a pizza sneakily to
the venue. When it arrived, I slipped outside to grab
it and I shared it with a couple of other
people at the table who were also starving. World got
round and now the bride is furious with me and said,
(03:16):
if I'd just been patient, food was arriving in the
next thirty minutes. She told me that I embarrassed her,
but some mothers told me it was tacky and disrespectful.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
Let's go around the room, Peay, what do you think
she should getting married soon?
Speaker 3 (03:25):
My thought is absolutely, order the pizza, but maybe eat
the pizza around the corner, not in the venue, so
no one sees it.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
Kyle, Yeah, it was probably a little disrespectful, but I
also understand, like you're sitting around, You're like, are we
ever going to ease starving? You know? So I do
agree with Peyton, like, order the pizza, but don't let
anybody see.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
Pllingly different opinion here, what's your opinion? All events are
way too long. That was an eight hour wedding. Nobody
needs your wedding to be eight hours long without food.
All events should be way shorter. I don't care what
it is they need to be shorter.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Well, I just think about the most recent wedding. I
think I went, who was yours? And well, we had
food all over the place.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
But if you didn't there was another wedding going on,
we could have crashed that, or if we'd have had
pizza delivered to your wedding, we could have gone out
in the lobby of the hotel and no one ever saws.
Speaker 4 (04:12):
Remember we had snacks in between snacks walking around with
like you know, like little uh like grilled cheese and
tomato soup shots.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
And all the hacks are key mm hmmmm. Anyway, that's
that's my stacks. What do you have for hacks? Rich?
Speaker 4 (04:24):
What about a hack for foggy windshields? Because you know what,
it is October and if you park outside like a
lot of us do, you get inside your car and
you start it up and your window gets foggy and
you can't really go anywhere because your window is foggy
for a little bit. So they say that this hack
is actually the best solution and it is a chalkboard
eraser like from school. You just did that magic whatever
(04:47):
that is made out of the felt or whatever it is,
is perfect for just moving on the inside if you
were your windshield and it'll take care of the fogginess
on your windshield and you can be up and on
your waist. So maybe carry one of those in your
glove box and you will be ready to roll as
it gets a little bit cooler outside in the morning.
That hack can be found at john Jayrich dot com.
