Speaker 1 (00:06):
Rich, what's cracker leg?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
And this is the big boss dop snoopy Diagle, double.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Gigsel bang boom, what you don't do?

Speaker 2 (00:14):
We're not talking about writ ten team, We're not talking
about last year.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
It's the one and only do you know the last
season as big smooth Eagle double gizz in your face
to me and in the place to be and you're
listening to John.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Jay and Rich, John Jay and Rich.

Speaker 4 (00:28):
You know.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Sometimes I sit in here and like dance for the phones,
you know, and just kind of talk to the people.
And Val called I picked a Val and I was like,
hold on, Val, everybody has to hear this story. And
I feel it grat I want you. I want you
to start off telling this story exactly how you have
told me. When I picked up the phone.

Speaker 5 (00:47):
Okay, well, I was listening to the radio and I
was and I heard you guys talking about, you know,
have you guys experienced a murder in your neighborhood. And
I was like, well, I never had a murder in
my neighborhood, but I got plenty connections to a murder
in my family. And I was like, I didn't know
if that would fit the profile, but anyway, I caught
in and yes it was. My cousin's name is Christopher Scarver.

(01:07):
My grandfather is Peter Scarver. And Christopher Scarver was in
Milwaukee's prison at the time when Dahmer was incarcerated and convicted,
and Christopher Scarver it killed Jeffrey Dahmer, and I think
the other guy's name was James All. I can't remember
his last name.

Speaker 6 (01:25):
It's early.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
I haven't had my coffee. But how I found out
was through Dahmer's documentary and that's when it had, you know,
he first came on and seeing as this cannibal person.
So I was watching the documentary and as soon as
they said Christopher Scarver's name and I saw his picture,
I was like, get out of here, and I called
my momm immediate lather. I said, Mom, tell me that's

(01:46):
not Christy. He's like yeah. I was like, how come
nobody said anything? And she's like, they just didn't feel
it was appropriate for us and all this stuff. So
currently I'm working with Colorado because since the murders happened,
they moved Christopher to Colorado and he's under tight locking
to you right now, so I have to go through
all these go ahead.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
She said, my cousin killed Jeffrey Dahmer, and I was like, dang,
when you just said his name, Grant lit up. Have
you heard that name before? Oh? Yeah, of course, I
mean in the community.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah, we have posters hung up in our apartment. Yeah
but no, uh, well aware, but what was it? What
did what did he go to jail for?

Speaker 5 (02:25):
Well, so the background is Christopher already struggled with mental
health issues at a young age, and so he he
was a bad guy. He really has some issues, and
he murdered his boss. Okay, and yeah, because the boss
didn't he basically told him, hey, it's not working out,
and Christopher wasn't taking it sitting down.

Speaker 7 (02:46):
So I have a question for you, Like, being so
connected and literally like one degree away from that case,
do you feel like you're like more invested into the
Dahmer case as like another serial killer because I have
a connection to the Manson murders, and I feel like
I really dive into that case more than anything else.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
Yeah, I just, you know, I try to in a sense,
I get a little nervous about that. And even though
you know he's my cousin and everything, I still just
kind of I don't know. I don't look at him
any different. I just I feel, hey, I don't know.
I kind of have mixed feelings about it, like you know, hey,
all right, because he was a monster. But then as
on another thing, I'm just like, dang, cause, but.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Do you think your cousin, like in his mental state,
did he know he was killing Jeffrey Dahmer. The murder
just pissed him off for jail.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
He well, well, the whole thing is from what my
cause I spoke with my uncles and everything. The whole
thing was Jeffrey when he was, you know, incarcerating, he
was talking those inmates and he was like when he
was eating, you know, he's uh for like ketchup on
the chicken and all.

Speaker 8 (03:53):
I mean, he would do.

Speaker 5 (03:53):
Just morbid stuff. And my cousin in his in his
in his missile now he's basically Jeffrey had to know.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
That's the same.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
And have I not known your cousin killed Jeffreydahmer until
the document Like if my cousin Fernando killed somebody, I
think it would be the gossip of the over over
the family, like it's appropriate to share.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Yeah, we didn't know if would be appropriated.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Twenty years later, a documentary comes out. You're like, is
that Christopher? Like I feel like I was like, get.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
Out of here because my oldest son, you know, our
bloodline is so sick. And I'm like, my oldest son
looks just like my grandfather in side was like nokay, no,
I'm no relationship you for Christopher Scarbor. So it's just
kind of uncay. But that's just how some families are.
What's done, it's quiet, and I just feel like that's something.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
No, Well, welcome to town. I'm sure Minnesota misses U Kyle.
What do you sound like?

Speaker 9 (04:44):
Oh, we really miss you.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
Just fare that it's not not like to brag about,
but it is something that's not like wow, you know,
I just want to share it this morning.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Thank you, val, Thank you for listen you.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
Guys, take care and listen to you all the time.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Ys.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Bye bye, don't.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Trunk dial your X true dial us call our John
Jay and Ridge Trump dial line six two eight eight
eight nineteen thirty three. Cowbody that for three things we
need to know.

Speaker 9 (05:13):
Tinder and Open Ai just teamed up on a new
game so you can actually practice.

Speaker 8 (05:18):
Your flirting skills. That's right.

Speaker 9 (05:20):
Tinder launched it in their app, and it's called the
Game Game, where you chat with different AI personas and
try to score a date or a phone number within
the time limit. Now, they say the game isn't meant
to be taken too seriously. It's just kind of like
a playful experience that may help you feel more comfortable
expressing yourself. The FIFA Women's World Cup is headed back
to the United States in twenty thirty one. This will

(05:41):
be the third time the United States will host the
Women's World Cup. The last time was in two thousand
and three. Will host the FIFA Men's World Cup in
summer of twenty twenty six on the East Coast. So
there's a guy named Truet Haynes. He actually set the
record for the most pull ups in a day, doing
eight one hundred pull up in twenty four hours, but

(06:02):
his number was beaten less than a day later by
this Australian guy who did eighty six hundred pullups in
twenty four hours. Truet wouldn't have that, and now he
has recaptured the title, completing ten thousand and one pull
ups in.

Speaker 8 (06:16):
Just twenty four hours.

Speaker 9 (06:18):
I'm pretty sure his arms are absolutely exhausted. And that's
three things you need to know this.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
John J. Rich Payton, what's the vibe for Horsecopes Today?

Speaker 7 (06:26):
I'm gonna tell each zodiac sign how you would be
surviving in the wild.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
Call us at eight, seven, seven, nine, three, seven, one
oh four seven. Good morning, Casey. What's your sign? Leo?

Speaker 10 (06:38):
Just like me? Okay, Leo.

Speaker 7 (06:39):
So when it comes to us surviving in the wild,
we are the ones that are.

Speaker 10 (06:43):
Like, I got this.

Speaker 7 (06:44):
We will immediately take charge and assign roles like we're
filming an episode of Naked and Afreight or something. We're
gonna build a pretty impressive shelter. We're gonna start a fire,
not because we have the survival skills, but because we
refuse to fail in front of other people. We might
even start a campfire talent show just to keep up
the you know, the good vibes.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Awesome, that's great.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
That's perfect.

Speaker 10 (07:06):
I think so too. I think it's pretty on brand.

Speaker 11 (07:09):
Awesome, thank you.

Speaker 10 (07:11):
Hey, Kasey and Leo's we have an eight out of
ten survival rating.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Oh that's great.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
Good?

Speaker 10 (07:14):
I know.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Is that the highest I assume?

Speaker 10 (07:17):
But I'm guessing.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
So, yeah, what's up, Kenny, you're on the air. What's
your signing? Good morning?

Speaker 12 (07:21):
Oh, good morning.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
My sign is Libra.

Speaker 7 (07:23):
Okay, perfect, Just like Kyle. When it comes to surviving
in the wild, for a Libra, you are the useless ones. Libra,
you will try to be helpful, but let's be real,
you're just here for the vibes. You spend way too
much time debating which way to go and panicking over
every decision. If you're stranded with the group, you're just
gonna charm your way into being protected. And if you're alone.
Good luck to all my Libras out there. Three out

(07:45):
of ten survival rating will only survive if someone else
does the work.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
That is so true.

Speaker 9 (07:51):
I feel that, you know, I would be lost.

Speaker 10 (07:53):
And like, come on, so many anybody.

Speaker 9 (07:55):
But you know what, if there's a group of people,
we're gonna be the ones rallying everyone together.

Speaker 12 (08:00):
That is true.

Speaker 8 (08:06):
I can't even argue that.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Kenny. Have a great day, Kenny, thanks for listening. By Hi. Susan,
what's your sign?

Speaker 5 (08:16):
You know I'm a virgo like you are almost as perfect?

Speaker 7 (08:20):
All right, Susan and John Jay as my virgos. When
it comes to you guys, surviving in the wild. You
are the survival strategist Virgo. You're the only one who
actually prepared for this. You've read survival guides before the trip.
You probably watched YouTube tutorials on how to purify water.
You'll analyze every plant, track footprints, and find the most
efficient way out.

Speaker 10 (08:40):
If you're lost in the wild, find a Virgo.

Speaker 7 (08:43):
Your survival rating is a ten out of ten most
likely to not only survive, but create a fully functioning
for society.

Speaker 8 (08:51):
Libros will find a.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
Virgo that the same John Jay that was impressed by
I owned a screwdriver because he don't need to.

Speaker 7 (09:04):
I mean, I feel like John Jo would tap into
his Indiana Jones vibe survivalist.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
You know, I would grab my jacob An Eagle Scout and.

Speaker 12 (09:13):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Thanks Susan, Oh good, have a good one too.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
How about for Pisces.

Speaker 7 (09:19):
Pisces, when it comes to you, guys in the wild,
you are the daydreamer who's doomed. Pisces, you want to
believe you're gonna be okay, but if we're being real,
you get distracted by a butterfly, You're gonna wander off
and completely disappear, which I know is true.

Speaker 10 (09:31):
Because I've been there.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
When you've done that, I do wonder.

Speaker 7 (09:33):
They will either get rescued first or become a force fairy.

Speaker 10 (09:37):
There's no in between.

Speaker 7 (09:38):
Survival rating for pisces two out of ten, lost immediately
but spiritually thriving. So honestly, I'm an eight out of ten.
John G's a ten out of ten, Kyle's a three
out of ten. Rich is a two out of ten.
I feel like if we.

Speaker 10 (09:51):
Combine our efforts, we can do it. We would survive.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
I will find you the best sunset to look at.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
I've called Rich for years behind his back of forest
Ferry finally came out. He's the biggest forest fair of everything.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
That's me.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
If we missed your sign, go to John J and
Rich dot com. They are all posted up there.

Speaker 13 (10:13):
Squabble up, squabble up, squabble up, squabble up.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
John Gy and Rich. That for Saxon acts. I have
stax information. Rich has life hacks. Here is some of
the information. A patient in Michigan got an organ transplant. Now,
if you don't know, if it's back of the day
before Payton start work here, you delivered organs right, so
this you might have some information about this okay. So
this patient in Michigan got an organ transplant then died
when they turned out the donor had rabies.

Speaker 10 (10:38):
Oh that's terrible, right.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
How does that happen? Peyton?

Speaker 10 (10:41):
So basically, how that happens.

Speaker 7 (10:43):
If like say you're on a list, right and you
need like a kidney or you need a liver, what
they would do, or my job would be I would
go to the hospital, I would pick up said liver
or kidney. I would take it in my car and
then I would drive it to the airport and from
there I would give it to the doctors that are
taking the flight to go take that organ and put
it into somebody else's body that is on the registry.

(11:05):
So basically, what would have happened there is that whatever
doctors took out the organ didn't do the tests properly,
and quite honestly, I hope that the family that got
the receiving order organ sees the heck out of them.

Speaker 8 (11:17):
Because that's terrible.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
You guys ever had Code red Mountain Deuce? Code red?

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:22):
Yeah you haven't? Have you heard of it?

Speaker 7 (11:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:24):
You got? Okay? So code red? You see their new
promotion they're doing, No, what is it? I'm gonna have
to be very careful how I say this, Although what
they want you to do with their new promotion I
do quite a bit, not as often as I'd like,
But Code Red's new flavor comes with the weird call
to action is called I tell you to go sleep

(11:44):
with the red Head. They think it's a shame that
only two percent of people have red hair, so they're
giving out subscriptions to dating sites. They want you to
go find the redhead of your dreams and mate with them.

Speaker 7 (11:53):
Wow, looks like you and my brother Jalen are right
on trend with this.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
He's got a red head? Or is he also sleeping with.

Speaker 7 (11:59):
No Is boyfriend is a redhead? Oh my goodness, No, gross,
he would say gross.

Speaker 10 (12:05):
Because it's a girl.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
Has a fun list of things you used to see
in the restaurants a lot, but they've disappeared. Salad bars,
smoking sections, arcade games, and pizza joints, and the place
was nice. They put parsley on your plate. That doesn't
happen anymore.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Yeah, no parsley ever.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Did you know that ladybugs are the most promiscuous insects?
They have the highest STD rates.

Speaker 9 (12:24):
To back it up, who's funding the research to test ladybugs.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
For STDs know, I don't know.

Speaker 8 (12:32):
It's ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
Still, though, they need to slow it down. Those STDs
are catchy, hey, little lady.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
New research looked into people's motivations for working out and
why people say. They may say they want to improve
their health, which is kind of why I'm doing it.
The top reason they say is actually, do they work
out because they want to look good? I mean that
thinks a byproduct.

Speaker 10 (12:52):
Yeah, that's fair.

Speaker 7 (12:53):
My reason for getting back into the gym is because
I don't want to be able to not be able
to run around with my kids when.

Speaker 10 (12:59):
They get older. I don't want to be like a
little lump of potato when I get.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
That's what happened to me. That's when I started doing that.
Because I was so overweight. I would lay on the
floor and let the kids crawl on me. That's the
only way I could play with them. So I started
to lose weight and gain shape. A woman named Shimoi
Tipiasso from Bangkok, Thailand, received the longest prison sentence in
the world in world history in nineteen eighty nine. She

(13:22):
got one hundred and forty one thousand years Oh what
did she do? She ran a two hundred and four
million dollar pyramid scheme, but she was released in nineteen
ninety three, just after four years.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
Oh wow.

Speaker 7 (13:33):
You know that they do that a lot with like
people that they put on death row, they tack on
like a thousand years after because if the actual procedure
doesn't happen and they come back to life, like if
your heart restarts, then they have to tack on like the.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
Extra thousand figure. If you beat the way we tried
to kill you, then you might be able to live
for a long time exactly.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
Well, I wonder if anybody ever gets this sentence, like
a two hundred and fifty years and you go, oh
my god, I'm going to be two hundred and eighty seven.

Speaker 7 (13:59):
You never know what technol nowadays?

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Rich I find this very interesting. This may change all
of our lives forever. So a little survey was done
by just self made billionaires, so people that literally started
out with nothing but made a billion dollars in these
billionaires were asked, both men and women all started off
with nothing, what's the number one thing that you think

(14:22):
help you become a billionaire? And you know what they
all said, Everyone had this in common amongst all. The
advice is don't let your memory.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Uh you guys, look at somebod who will never be
a billionaire right there.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
Well, don't depend on your memory, that is what they said.
They said, don't rely on your memory. You need to
write down every good idea that you have and keep
it somewhere, because they said that if they would have
forgotten about their good idea, then that they would have
never gone after it and made their money. So write
down every single good idea that you have somewhere, keep
it in this and then when you make your billions,

(15:02):
maybe you will thank us with you know, I don't know,
some free lunch or something like that. Those life has
so many more could be fun at jou jinrich dot com.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
John D and RICHI guys, bate, what tells that story
about her friend Zee? Yeah, it stayed with you, but
she stayed four days.

Speaker 10 (15:17):
Yeah, she stayed like four days and.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
You were like you were ready for her to go.

Speaker 7 (15:20):
Well, yeah, because all we do is spend money and
drink and just get no sleep.

Speaker 10 (15:24):
Like it's time for you to go.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
That was long ago though, it was like a week ago.

Speaker 7 (15:27):
And now what well I had forgotten that six months
ago my friend Alyssa had asked if she could come
and stay with me for the weekend. So next weekend
or this weekend, my friend Alyssa's coming into town staying
with me for two nights.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
You better power up, I know.

Speaker 7 (15:41):
And so it's like I have mixed emotions about it
because she's genuinely a good house guest, Like she's so sweet.
She honestly she has her own friends and group out
here where she's gonna have a rental car, she's gonna
be able to go do her own stuff. I'm not
gonna have to be with her all the time. But
having all of these house guests has made me come
to a realization about myself and who I want to
be in the future when it comes to.

Speaker 10 (16:02):
Me having kids.

Speaker 7 (16:03):
So I've always wanted to be the mom that I was, Like,
I want all the kids at my house. I want
all the sleepovers at my house. I want to throw
all the parties. I want our house to be the
safe space. I don't feel that way anymore. I don't
want anyone at my house. I want everyone to gone.
I want everyone to get gone because I have to
clean up all the mess and I hate it there.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
I don't want to do that.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
That's what my wife wanted our house to be.

Speaker 9 (16:26):
That house is that house.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
Yeah, And there's always people at my house.

Speaker 7 (16:31):
And Blake is just so sweet and probably an amazing host.
And I'm nothing like playing.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Because you have your dad who stayed with all your sisters,
and I was always curious to how it ended, Liked,
did you find out what sister he had the better
time with?

Speaker 9 (16:47):
We had this like beautiful dinner together the last night
he was in town, and we were like sitting around
like in because he was at my sister Erica's house,
and so the dinner was there because that was his
last stop on his you know, he stayed ten days
with each one of us.

Speaker 8 (17:02):
And Erica goes, so, what did you guys learn in
your thirty days here?

Speaker 9 (17:07):
And my stepmom, who is like I've learned so many
lessons from her on just like just life in general.

Speaker 8 (17:15):
She was like, we just learned that we love everyone equally.
We're like, you just learned. So there was the thing
going into it. You thought one would be better.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
They were very political, they did, she past, so, who
did your dad spend the most time with them? If
you really go back and.

Speaker 8 (17:33):
Look, I really feel like it was equal.

Speaker 9 (17:37):
Oh really, yeah, I do, because each one of us
had like group activities when they were staying at our house.
So it was like when they first got here, my
sister Lisa had them and she had like activities with them,
and then when we had them, there was like group activities,
and then when they were staying at air because.

Speaker 8 (17:54):
It was like, well that's their last week year, so
we all have to get together.

Speaker 9 (17:56):
So I do kind of feel like their time was
spent pretty equal.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
So they probably left their like that was exhausting.

Speaker 9 (18:03):
Yeah, I think they were very ready to be on
their way home. I mean, you spend a month away
from your house, I can imagine you just want to
sleep in your own bed.

Speaker 8 (18:10):
You want to be on your own schedule.

Speaker 9 (18:11):
Because they they probably had schedule whiplash. Like they went
from my sister's house, who stays up very late, eat
generally eats later, to our house. We eat with like
senior citizens. We eat at like four o'clock, We go
to bed by eight, like lights out, lights out at eight, you.

Speaker 8 (18:27):
Know what I mean.

Speaker 9 (18:28):
So, and then they went to my other sister's house,
and her schedule is like kind of like Willy Nilly too.
So it's like I think they were genuinely ready to
be back, but they, like you said, like when you
said your friend's a really good house guest, they were
like the most amazing house guests. Like I was actually
kind of worried, like staying at our house for.

Speaker 8 (18:46):
Ten days, that's a long time, a long time.

Speaker 9 (18:48):
And when they left, I was genuinely sad, like that
did not feel like ten days, Like I did not
want them to leave and go to my sister's house.

Speaker 8 (18:55):
And like when they said.

Speaker 9 (18:55):
Goodbye to all of us, I'm like, can't believe that
was a month, Like I wanted more time.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
With Will they do it again next year at the
same month They.

Speaker 9 (19:02):
Said they want to and they'll be back in May
because my niece is graduating. And it's funny because they
don't know where they're going to stay, so I.

Speaker 8 (19:08):
Kind of feel like where they pick this will.

Speaker 10 (19:10):
Be the answer.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
Hotel?

Speaker 10 (19:14):
Yeah, smart thing. Hey, I would love to have them.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
Do you have other guests coming to your house, Peyton,
I hope not.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
You know, it's a lot I do.

Speaker 7 (19:31):
I do have another house guests coming, and it's the
weekend after my friend, Alyssaie's and it's Kadem's mom, who
is also so awesome and amazing.

Speaker 10 (19:39):
But we share bed.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
You'll sleep with her, yeah.

Speaker 10 (19:44):
And Kadem sleeps on.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
The couch because you have a one bedroom. Yeah, so
where does your friends sleep.

Speaker 10 (19:49):
She'll sleep on the couch, the pull out couch.

Speaker 8 (19:51):
You sleep with Kadeem's mom when she's there. I don't
know why. That's kind of weird.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
That's kind of cute.

Speaker 10 (19:58):
Oh, it was really weird at first. Yeah, and then
I got over it after the first night.

Speaker 9 (20:03):
Like, if anything, I would think Kadeem would maybe want
to like sleep with his mom, but it's it's his.

Speaker 10 (20:08):
Mom, it's a baby.

Speaker 8 (20:09):
Yeah, I would with my mom.

Speaker 10 (20:11):
Yeah, And I mean I I.

Speaker 9 (20:13):
Don't know if Scott's mom right right, Yeah, So.

Speaker 10 (20:19):
We share we play foot seat.

Speaker 7 (20:20):
She'll like wake up in the morning be like can
you screw it over myself? And I feel bad because
I really sleep like in a triangle, Like I feel
like my butt's always on Kadeem when I'm sleeping.

Speaker 10 (20:32):
So poor Crystal has a big booty. Judy over here
rub it up on her.

Speaker 7 (20:36):
It happened, well, so it was it was Crystal. You
can have the room to yourself. I was gonna sleep
on the couch, Kad, he was gonna sleep on the couch,
and Crystal was like, well, why don't you just sleep
with me? Because he was like, yeah, like, why don't
you just go sleep with her? And I'm like, I
want to go and sleep in the bed with your mom.
And then I got pear pressured into sleep in bed
with her.

Speaker 9 (20:56):
You know, he was probably like being chivalrous, like I
don't want you to sleep in the couch, Like, I'll
take the couch the lady exactly.

Speaker 10 (21:02):
Okay, that's exactly what happened.

Speaker 7 (21:03):
And then once we did for one night, now I'm like,
I always want to sleep in the bed with Crystal.

Speaker 10 (21:06):
She's very warm. That's kind of cute.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
That's good stuff. Richie. You had somebody say your house
recently to your cousin or something.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
My cousin's great, though. My cousin Cheryl Anne, she's a whirlwind,
but she's like an OCD cleaner, so oh, she's worse
than me and just like you.

Speaker 2 (21:23):
And it comes up in the Couples podcast where she
talks about how he leaves a fork in the if
she puts a fork in the sink. Rich puts it away.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
I'm making a case for a clean sink. Clean sink
is a beautiful thing. You got a nice kitchen there,
you want some crusty looking My cousin's more so than me,
because she'll we'll be sitting across a table and she'll
see a candle that is like just slightly out of formation,
and she will not be able to think about anything
else with that candle, and she'll just stand up finally

(21:54):
let me take just start lighting up everything. So she's
very symmetric. But I think that's kind of fun. I
would like her to live it live with us. I
think that'd be awesome.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
She's like a living, breathing sitcom kid. She's like Kevin,
one of the Golden Girls, who's a rock star with you.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
All right, let us know if you have any visitors
that are worthy of us talking about Texas, text JJR
and whatever you want to say to the number nine
six eight ninety three. Not only do you need to
know if they're cheating, you deserve to know the truth.

Speaker 14 (22:23):
War of the Roses right now with John Jay and
Rich one.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
O four to seven Kiss FM. John Jay Rich have
for War of the Roses. Hello, Sidney, how are you? Hey?

Speaker 1 (22:31):
How's it going good?

Speaker 2 (22:32):
Let's talk War of the Roses. Who do you think
is cheating on you? Boyfriend? Husband? Girlfriend? Wife? Who?

Speaker 1 (22:38):
Oh my boyfriend?

Speaker 6 (22:39):
Unfortunately?

Speaker 2 (22:41):
How long you guys been together?

Speaker 6 (22:43):
Almost two years?

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Why cheating? What's the story?

Speaker 6 (22:47):
Man? Okay, So basically, last week I went out and
found for a work conference. I decided to come back
early surprise him. I didn't think it was going to
be a problem because you know, we've been dating almost
two years and we're talking about moving in together. It
was so it was so weird because I don't know,
everything was kind of normal, like it looked completely normal.
And then I looked in the think and there are

(23:07):
three wine glasses, and that sort of way hitched me off, right,
And then I said, hey, you.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Have people over?

Speaker 6 (23:16):
And he was like, no, no one was here. He
swore he didn't have one over, and I was like, okay.
But then I looked at his whitebird calendar, which is
never filled out, like there's never anything on it.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
He has a bird.

Speaker 8 (23:27):
Calendar, and so I heard it was like his white
bird calendar.

Speaker 1 (23:30):
That white bird.

Speaker 6 (23:32):
White you know the mark.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Okay, so his whiteboard calendar was filled out, yeah, okay
with and it was weird.

Speaker 6 (23:45):
Because the handwriting was I don't know how like how
else you would described it, but super girly, like didn't
look like he's written it.

Speaker 10 (23:52):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 6 (23:53):
It was like very neat and very organized. And so
I was like, hey, who wrote and he said him.
So I was like, okay, well show me.

Speaker 14 (24:03):
It's like Philadelia.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
It was like Philadelpicia again.

Speaker 6 (24:06):
I want to compare it, and he just got to
ber dodgy and weird and then he was like, oh no, no, no,
it was my sister. But his sister doesn't even live here.
I don't know.

Speaker 12 (24:16):
I just I don't.

Speaker 6 (24:18):
It also says I don't believe him.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
Well, I mean, it would make sense if he wasn't
if he had his sister over for whatever reason.

Speaker 8 (24:26):
And then switched to your sister when she said that's weird.

Speaker 6 (24:32):
He does have a sister though, right, yes he has
a sister, but why would he say it with him
at all? Like there's nothing to lie about there.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
I mean, you got the I mean just the three
wine glasses. I mean, I'm no wine connoisseur, but it's
not like he would use three different wine glasses for himself.

Speaker 6 (24:47):
Right, Yeah, he doesn't usually drink wine at all.

Speaker 2 (24:50):
Okay, all right, so yeah, I mean you've got definitely
you have a million reasons here to suspect. So here's
how it works. We're gonna get him on the phone.
Kyle's gonna pretend to be with the flower shop and
tell him that he won a dozen red roses and
he could send him to anyone. So hopefully he sends
them to you, Sidney. Okay, you understand, Yeah, Okay, we'll

(25:12):
be right back. War the Roses continues next with John
Jay and rich John Jane Richard. In the middle of
War the Roses, you got Sydney on the line. She
thinks her boyfriends Chea. They've been together two years. They
don't live together, but they've been talking about it. She
went on a work trip. She came home a little
early and surprised him. He wasn't doing anything weird, but

(25:35):
there were three wine glasses in the sink, and in
their whiteboard calendar was filled out with girl handwriting Dune,
dun dune, and the shame in front of him about
the wine glasses. He said, nobody was over. Then he
said his sister wrote the calendar. So anyway, that's pretty
much it, right sidey, I got the whole that's the
whole story. Yeah, okay, what's your boyfriend's name?

Speaker 6 (25:56):
Trey?

Speaker 2 (25:56):
All right, let's get trick Cale. You ready, I'm ready,
let's go.

Speaker 8 (26:18):
Hello, Hi, there is Trey available.

Speaker 14 (26:23):
Yeah, this is true, perfect tray.

Speaker 8 (26:25):
It's kind of your lucky day. I know this is random.
I'll tell you what this is all about. It's good news.

Speaker 9 (26:30):
My name's Kate. I'm with a new company. We're called
J and R Flowers. We're trying to get the word out.
It's tough these days marketing and whatnot, but you've actually
been chosen to become one of our micro influencers. And Trey,
this is cool for you because this means you get
to send our most romantic bouquet of flowers. It's a
dozen red roses. It's pretty much makes anybody's swoon, and
you get to send it totally free. We just asked
that you know, you share us on whichever social media

(26:51):
platform you use the most.

Speaker 4 (26:56):
What I know, what I know.

Speaker 9 (27:01):
It sounds like it would be, but it's actually kind
of like a marketing tactic. So you basically share J
and R Flowers on you know, Instagram, Snapchat, whatever, Facebook,
whichever one you use the most.

Speaker 8 (27:13):
And then you know, we get like word of mouth
marketing over it.

Speaker 9 (27:15):
And then, like I said, you get to send this beautiful,
gorgeous dozen red roses totally free and surprise someone special
in your life.

Speaker 8 (27:22):
And it is our most romantic bookcase. So if you've
got someone special, this is a really cool thing for you.

Speaker 12 (27:29):
Okay, I just have to share, that's it.

Speaker 8 (27:32):
That's right.

Speaker 9 (27:32):
You just tag us or post about us or even
like share one of our posts. Either way, I'm not
going to come hunt you down afterwards, like we're not
going to like bill you later ask for credit card
or any information like that. In fact, to make you
feel even better about this, the only thing I'm really
gonna need from you is whatever you want to write
on the card we're going to send the roses out.

Speaker 8 (27:49):
It comes in a nice, beautiful crystal vase.

Speaker 9 (27:52):
You let me know how you want to personalize that
on this card, and then I'll tell you like time
it's going out and everything like that. Okay, sound good
if it's totally free, yeah, yeah, And it's a lot
of people have been really happy with it too, so you're,
like I said, it's kind of your lucky day.

Speaker 8 (28:09):
I do have that card ready.

Speaker 9 (28:10):
If you let me know the message you want on it,
then we can get like name, address and then an
exact time it'll be delivered.

Speaker 12 (28:17):
Okay, Can you.

Speaker 14 (28:19):
Put thanks for everything last week and I appreciate you
so much on the card?

Speaker 8 (28:27):
That's sweet, I appreciate you so much.

Speaker 9 (28:31):
Okay, did you want like a love Trey sort of
like XO xot.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
Is that is that?

Speaker 12 (28:41):
Is it still free?

Speaker 10 (28:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 14 (28:42):
Yeah, totally, Yeah, you can just put like love Trey.
That's good.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
Okay, perfect?

Speaker 8 (28:48):
And then who did you want me to address it to?

Speaker 12 (28:52):
Emily?

Speaker 8 (28:54):
Emily?

Speaker 6 (28:55):
Okay, excuse sorry? Who that was Emily Trey?

Speaker 12 (29:00):
Wait? What is that Sydney?

Speaker 2 (29:04):
What it is? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (29:05):
Yeah, yeah, it's Sydney Trey.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
You're on the radio. You're on War the Roses, John
Jay and Rich go ahead, Sidney.

Speaker 6 (29:11):
My apologies, sorry, oh my, I just can't do you
want to explain why you're sending flowers to someone like
so rando named Emily?

Speaker 11 (29:20):
Thanks for the.

Speaker 14 (29:21):
Last week, Sydney, Sidney calm that just what I'm on
the radio, Sydney, calm down.

Speaker 12 (29:28):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (29:31):
Sorry, I just I don't understand, like what I don't.
I don't think that I should have to come down.
I was gone for a week, and all of a sudden,
you're playing a house with a girl named Emily.

Speaker 13 (29:41):
I just I can't are you serious right now?

Speaker 12 (29:44):
It's not like that, Sydney. It's not like that at all.

Speaker 6 (29:47):
Okay, okay, really, what is it like, Trey?

Speaker 2 (29:49):
What's it like?

Speaker 13 (29:50):
Because over here it really sounds like you're seeing a.

Speaker 6 (29:52):
Girl behind my back. I saw three glasses of wine.
I saw the random handwriting. You've been pretending it's nothing,
but you're sending her flowers. I'm supposed to just be okay,
what's going on?

Speaker 12 (30:03):
Side me? Listen to me.

Speaker 14 (30:04):
Emily is my sister's best friend, and they were both
they just both came over. My sister was helping me
out with my with stuff in my life together, and
Emily just helped me write my schedule on my calendar.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
That's that's it.

Speaker 12 (30:16):
Listen.

Speaker 14 (30:16):
I didn't tell you, but then you'd freak out, just
like just like yours.

Speaker 12 (30:19):
Right now, go to radio station that I asked you.

Speaker 6 (30:25):
I asked you and you didn't tell me. I don't understand.

Speaker 7 (30:28):
Also, like your if it was your sister, Like, tell me.

Speaker 11 (30:31):
It's your sister saw something.

Speaker 6 (30:34):
I don't know. Just why would you say your sister
if it wasn't your sister.

Speaker 14 (30:38):
It's so weird wast I just didn't think it was
that big of a deal.

Speaker 12 (30:43):
I don't go. You don't tell me.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
That's still a lie.

Speaker 14 (30:47):
And you don't tell me something.

Speaker 6 (30:48):
It's called lying biomission.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
Trey, Hey, Trey, why would you send romantic red roses
to your sister's friend?

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Though?

Speaker 12 (30:57):
Well, I don't know she just she helped me out
last week.

Speaker 8 (31:00):
With what getting your life together? Like way, I know,
kind of weird. You can see why she would.

Speaker 9 (31:07):
You know, your sound is like a little weirded out
by this, because like you get offered romantic roses for
someone special in your life and you automatically think of
your sister's friend that you met a week ago.

Speaker 12 (31:16):
No, No, it's not like that. A lot you guys,
you guys aren't helping this.

Speaker 6 (31:20):
I feel like maybe I should call his sister.

Speaker 12 (31:22):
I'm so should we just call your sister? Like, no, don't,
don't call her.

Speaker 8 (31:29):
I don't know you likes to call her.

Speaker 6 (31:30):
I feel like you're lying to me. You're lying to
your girlfriends.

Speaker 12 (31:33):
You know, I help her.

Speaker 6 (31:34):
I'm never just face timer. I'm going to facetimer.

Speaker 12 (31:36):
No, don't call her.

Speaker 6 (31:39):
This is innocent. I'm gonna call her. You know what,
Thank you both of you.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
I appreciate the helpe.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
I'm gonna go are okay?

Speaker 12 (31:44):
Hold im crazy right now?

Speaker 2 (31:46):
Hey, Sydney, if you call her, can you call us
back or can we call you like in ten minutes.

Speaker 6 (31:52):
Yeah, don't have anything to hide.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (31:55):
The fact that he doesn't want you yet, screw my friend.

Speaker 2 (32:01):
What's the sister gonna do?

Speaker 6 (32:02):
It's just what does he think all of us are stupid?
I can't believe I felt right, it's.

Speaker 8 (32:06):
For so long because the thing is, though, Trey.

Speaker 7 (32:09):
It's like, say your sister did come into town and
brought her friend over. First of all, I think that
would be weird. My boyfriend would be texting me if
his sister came to town just in general.

Speaker 10 (32:18):
Because we communicate, that's us.

Speaker 7 (32:20):
But if it is just her friend, the fact that
you're lying about it and not being truthful is what
makes it same as if you're cheating.

Speaker 12 (32:29):
You guys just don't get it at all, Like if
you weren't there. My sister was there. All she did
was right on the schedule. This is just a thank you,
that's all it is.

Speaker 8 (32:35):
And you wouldn't mind if your girlfriend called her. And
now you're freaking out because she's going to Why.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
Let us do the city, Sydney. The only way that's
gonna work is to get the truth from the sister
is too. When you hang up with us, you need
to call her immediately so that he doesn't call the
sister and her heads up. Okay, I know, so as
soon as you hit and you need to hit send,
okay a hundred, about to do it, and then we're

(33:01):
gonna call you back.

Speaker 12 (33:02):
All right, sounds good.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
That's War the Roses with John Jaye Rich. Okay, so
War the Roses. Sydney thought her boyfriend Trey was cheating.
Quick recapped, right. I found three wineglasses in the sink,
saw that the whiteboard had female writing on it. We
called him for War the Roses. He sent the flowers
to some girl named Emily. Turns out Emily is his

(33:27):
sister's friend. Sydney hung up with us. It was going
to call the sister and she said she'd call us
right back. She is back on the line, good morning, Sydney,
good crime. What would you say? Good crime?

Speaker 6 (33:45):
I mean he didn't get away with it?

Speaker 1 (33:49):
Oh, well, what she got? What'd you find out?

Speaker 6 (33:53):
I mean everything that I mean, his sister just I mean,
she had no idea, she no idea, you know that
I didn't know. She didn't know that he was fine
to me. Basically I called her and she was like, yeah,
we came over. We were helping him all weekend. And
you know, I don't know trades to trades.

Speaker 12 (34:18):
I don't know who he.

Speaker 6 (34:20):
Thinks he is and how he keeps track of all
the eyes. Honestly, So did she was she honest with you?

Speaker 10 (34:27):
Did she say that, you know, they hooked up? Like,
did she know you guys were together?

Speaker 6 (34:30):
Like she thought we were on a break and she
told me everything. She she just she didn't know, she
didn't know. He said we were taking a break, and
I mean it sounds like they were together the.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
Entire time I was gone together together.

Speaker 6 (34:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (34:51):
Yeah, So because she saw Trey was on a break
with you, did she then bring her friend for him
or did he ask her to bring her?

Speaker 6 (35:02):
From what I can tell, he's always been kind of
interested in the friend, and he and he did that
she should come along.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
To hang out with her.

Speaker 10 (35:15):
I'm sorry, you deserve so much.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
That's why he wouldn't say, hey, my sister's come into
town like you normally would, because motive you're pretending to
be single.

Speaker 2 (35:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (35:25):
Yeah, so I think it definitely was like, hey, you
should come and you know, help me around my place
and and bring your friends kind of situations for sure.
And she had no idea that there's like anything wrong,
like she's so cool and was just like immediately just

(35:45):
as mad at him as me.

Speaker 9 (35:47):
So, so, how are you feeling right now? Are you
feeling a little relief knowing that, like, you're not crazy?
You were right about your suspicions. Obviously there's probably some
hurt in there.

Speaker 6 (35:57):
Yeah, I mean definitely, it's like you you figure you
find I found him in one line, I'm already going,
oh my gosh. There's so many other times that he'd
probably lie and I would just I would ask him.
He'd be like, no, everything's fine, and I and I
would be like, oh, yeah, I'm just acting crazy. And
it's like I'm realizing I wasn't crazy any of those times,
you know, And I just wasted a lot a lot

(36:21):
of time on the Lucre oh So City.

Speaker 2 (36:25):
I just wanted just so I could get the visual here.
So you FaceTime his sister and she picks up and
she's like, oh, well, hey, Sidney, what's going on? And
what do you say?

Speaker 6 (36:36):
I started from the beginning. I said, were you at
Trey's place all weekend? And she said yeah? And I
said was it only you?

Speaker 10 (36:47):
And she said no?

Speaker 9 (36:49):
And then do you see it?

Speaker 2 (36:51):
Do you see her reaction to your face on FaceTime?
Like can you see that? She's like, because at the
same time, are you also going, oh my god, I
got to protect my brother, or are you like, do
you see her trying to juggle? Oh my god? What
am I doing here? Do you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (37:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (37:05):
Yeah, no. I think she immediately had one of those
those looks where she just was sort of frozen, like
she didn't know what to do, but because she was
selling the dark, all she could do was tell the
truth pleasure a really cool like she's a girl's girl.
And immediately when she sort of started, she sort of went.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Is what I have?

Speaker 6 (37:25):
I read the lookause she looked at me and is
what I think happening actually happening? And when she realized
that her brother was being his gumbag, she just you know,
came clean.

Speaker 2 (37:37):
Wow. Well, thank you for calling us back. I appreciate that.
I'm sorry about what happened.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (37:43):
Yeah, well, at least me now.

Speaker 8 (37:44):
Now right, Yeah, I get back out there.

Speaker 2 (37:47):
Thank you. City.

Speaker 10 (37:48):
It's the John Jay and Rich radio program.

Speaker 2 (37:51):
Two names, four hosts and a whole lot of fun eats,
John Jay and Rich, John J. Rich. It's have a
group therapy. So Sarah needs our help with something. So
as we talk to Sarah, if you feel you have
advice for or you can help her, call eight seven
seven nine three seven one oh four seven. Good morning, Sarah,

(38:16):
Good morning. What's your situation?

Speaker 11 (38:20):
Okay, so all right, I'm I'm a babysitter. I babysit
for families in my neighborhood just to kind of like
make extra money. And uh well, there's just like this
one family that is really stressing me out. And I mean, okay,

(38:40):
I'm lucky, right, Like I work with a lot of
families in the neighborhood, like they really like me and
I'm both like almost every weekend, especially now that summer.
But this one family that I work for is really
stressing me out.

Speaker 8 (38:56):
What's going on?

Speaker 11 (38:59):
So okay, so the parents are super super nice, but
the kids are like out of control crazy, and it's
getting to be like too much for me. So there's
like okay, So there's there's three boys and this like baby.
So the the oldest is six, and then there's two

(39:23):
like there's a set of twins. They're both four, And
most of the time I'm just like with the baby,
trying to shield her from the craziness of these boys.
Like they all like have like eighty d or something.
They're really hyperactive, and I don't know what to do
with them, Like they take out the nerf guns. They're

(39:44):
like shooting everywhere, Like if I look away for a second,
Like last time I was there, they were putting like
grocery from the pantry like into the toilet and flushing it.

Speaker 5 (39:57):
Oh no, And I just like what do I even do?

Speaker 11 (40:02):
And I just feel like for the amount of stress
that I'm going through with this family, like I don't know,
like I feel like I should be getting paid more,
but I don't want it to cause any issues with
the other families in the neighborhood. And I just don't
I don't know what to do. Like my sister, I

(40:24):
was talking to her. She thinks I should charge more,
but I just I don't know. I'm conflicted.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
Well, I got to tell you, it sounds like outside
of the baby, the little girl you have, I would say,
it sounds like you're like a babysitter from our past.

Speaker 10 (40:42):
I think your three.

Speaker 2 (40:43):
Boys did all of that's like yeah, I mean when
you say they have ADHD, they're probably just boys, you know,
being what boys? Do you know? Because my kids had
the nerve guns they threw. I mean it was chaos.
I remember my wife left me alone with two of
them when they were little, and I was like, don't

(41:04):
like one of them was like licking the light socket
and putting.

Speaker 8 (41:06):
A Well that's the thing. I'm like, four kids is
a lot for a parent.

Speaker 9 (41:13):
Four kids is a lot for two parents working together,
let alone a babysitter.

Speaker 8 (41:17):
Who I'm assuming, Sarah, you don't have kids of your own? Like,
how old are you?

Speaker 2 (41:22):
No?

Speaker 8 (41:23):
Okay, see she's not like that's a that's a lot,
and they're young and they are really young.

Speaker 9 (41:29):
I honestly feel like, yeah, you can charge whatever you
want because as a parent, like I think it's really
hard to find a good babysitter. So if I find
a babysitter that my kids like that I trust, I'm like,
I want to pay them well enough that they want
to come back. Yeah, And at this point, like, I mean,
if you have a lot of other jobs in the neighborhood,

(41:50):
I mean technically you could pass and probably still get
booked on the same weekends you're with them.

Speaker 8 (41:56):
So I kind of feel like, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (41:59):
Or if you're that family, if you said, hey, I'm
not gonna be that family's could be like, whoa, whoa, wait,
we don't want to lose you. Yeah, we'll give you more.
What's it going to take. Because our babysitter we had,
and her name was Sarah too, she was think about this.
She was a neil, she was a nurse. They she
became a school teacher, and she's been with us since
they were born.

Speaker 8 (42:18):
Awesome.

Speaker 9 (42:19):
Yeah, you just you wanted to do whatever you could
to keep her around. So I'm thinking, like Sarah, even
if you expressed your concern, I think that family would
be like, yeah, whatever it takes.

Speaker 7 (42:27):
Yeah, I'm sure, because if they're crazy like that with you,
I'm sure they're crazy like that with them and everybody else,
so they know their why. Yeah, they definitely know what's happen.
I don't think that there's any problem with charging them more.
But also if it's causing way too much, yes for you,
I mean walk away.

Speaker 4 (42:43):
Yeah, you could always just say oh sorry, Yeah, well,
Taya's got some advice for you real quick, Taya, Hi,
you're on the air group therapy.

Speaker 2 (42:54):
Go ahead.

Speaker 15 (42:56):
Yeah. I just think this girl is just completely ungrateful.
I mean, Sarah, like you're the reason that young people
I feel like are getting.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
A bad rap.

Speaker 15 (43:07):
You have three kids that you have to take care of.
I mean, it can't really be that hard. I'm a
babysitter too, and I feel like I could do this
in my sleep. And I just don't understand why you're
crying and complaining, Like it's money, right, So if you
would like to give me your clients, I'd be happy
to take them off your hands.

Speaker 2 (43:26):
Sarah.

Speaker 11 (43:27):
I guess that's it's like kind of shocked to hear that.
Like I don't I don't mean to like like upset
anyone with this like I or like I don't want
to come across like I'm not grateful, like I I'm
really glad that I have these other.

Speaker 15 (43:44):
I mean, I just don't think do you realize that,
like everybody's like going through a hard time right now.
I mean like I just can't believe that you would
complain when you like already have a job. Like there's
so many people that don't have a job. It just
feels like everybody is struggling.

Speaker 2 (44:01):
And Taya, how old are you?

Speaker 15 (44:04):
I I'm her age. I'm also nineteen, and I just
feel like you gotta like put your pedals in the
metal and like grind right now. I mean, everybody is struggling.
I don't know anybody that's not struggling, anybody that doesn't
wish they could be making more money. So I just
I have, I guess no sympathy you saying you have

(44:24):
three kids, I need more money. Like think about people
that work in daycares. They take a care of like
nineteen kids in a classroom and they don't paid a
ton of money, Like this is you're a babysitter, Like
this is what we do. Three kids is like not
that many kids.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
To wrangle, all right, Ted, thank you very much, it's
actually four kids, three kids, and anyway, thank you, Taa
thank you, thank you very much. Eight seven seven, nine
three seven one four seven. It's group therapy. Josh Roger.

Speaker 8 (44:47):
Oh, he's got an impression.

Speaker 2 (44:54):
It's Joji and Richard the Middle group therapy. We have
Sarah on the line, who's a babysitter who is having
problem because she babysits three boys and a little girl
and it's absolute chaos. She says, right, so she doesn't
what to do. She wants to ask more money. Taya,
I just went off on us. But what I'm gonna
do is I was telling you guys about our old
babysitter who was so amazing that we still use her

(45:17):
to this day. And her name is Sarah. So I
just got our Sarah on the line. So are Sarah
Are you there, Sarah Nixon?

Speaker 13 (45:27):
I am here.

Speaker 9 (45:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (45:28):
This is Sarah Nixon who is at the gym working out,
getting out her frustrations.

Speaker 8 (45:33):
From watching your kids.

Speaker 2 (45:35):
And so, Sarah Nixon, can you say hi to Sarah.
She's also a babysitter. Hi, Sarah, Hi, Now, Sarah Nixon.
This Sarah is having a problem because she's got she's baby,
she has lots of babysitting jobs, and she's got three boys.
And there she's baby seeing three boys and they're really
young and they're chaos, and I was like, I think

(45:56):
I might know someone that's an expert in that.

Speaker 11 (46:00):
Oh, absolutely, I am, yes.

Speaker 2 (46:02):
Right, So how did you handle when you were babysitting
my three boys?

Speaker 13 (46:09):
It took a lot, and I just kind of let
things go. I let them be a little while, and
then I would kind of paint them after that and
claim up after them that way, because I found chasing
them down all the time constantly.

Speaker 14 (46:26):
What's too much?

Speaker 2 (46:26):
Too much? I remember one time you put you put
my kids in dresses?

Speaker 13 (46:32):
Well, you know, just let them be.

Speaker 9 (46:35):
I don't think now, John Jay, Sarah, do you think
it would have been easier to watch them if you
were getting paid more?

Speaker 13 (46:44):
I well, I have to say John Jay was very
generous and blake.

Speaker 10 (46:49):
They usually very they usually are.

Speaker 8 (46:51):
It doesn't surprise me.

Speaker 13 (46:52):
Yes, it does make it better when you are being compensated,
compensated for the time you put it, and uh to
ask for that?

Speaker 6 (47:02):
Are we going? Are we moving on to that?

Speaker 2 (47:03):
No, Sarah sittinger thinking that she should ask for more
money the babysit for these kids, So I thought we'd
I mean, I was just asking for your kind of advice.

Speaker 12 (47:10):
Yeah, right, absolutely.

Speaker 13 (47:12):
I would say if you have to drive, however much
driving you have to do, or if you drive to
get there, you should bring that up, just saying it's
talking more for you to get to their house because.

Speaker 2 (47:21):
Gas is so expensive.

Speaker 3 (47:23):
And then if you do dishes, if you clean, if
you put more effort into doing craft than you know,
maybe some of those things that you do extra, you know,
you could bring.

Speaker 6 (47:35):
That up as well.

Speaker 1 (47:36):
Hold on, you did crafts with the Vans boys, Yeah, you.

Speaker 8 (47:41):
Got to keep them busy.

Speaker 2 (47:43):
Right, she was great? Yeah, yeah, she was great. Yeah, Well,
thank you for that great advice. You were a fantastic
babysitter and that's why to this day she still comes.

Speaker 13 (47:52):
Over right like two weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (47:58):
That's great.

Speaker 13 (48:00):
So I had to like buy on them through the
window to make sure they were behaving.

Speaker 2 (48:05):
Thanks, Sarah, have a good workout. Yes, bye bye, Okay Sarah.
Group therapy Sarah, So what do you think? What do
you think you're gonna do? You heard my Sarah. You've
heard people call in what are you going to do?

Speaker 11 (48:18):
I mean, I think you're Sarah. Actually is really helpful
because with other families that I babysit for I feel
like it's a lot easier, like I can like read
my book or like, you know, just like they're older kids,
so it's less stressful. But I feel like because I'm
working so much more with like getting them activities and

(48:42):
like trying to discipline them and stuff like that, like
I feel like I should charge more.

Speaker 8 (48:47):
All right, Yeah, yeah, you deserve it.

Speaker 2 (48:50):
I think. One of the best memories I have of Sarah,
our babysitter, is I came home early from something, and
I remember she was swimming in the backyard with the kids,
and she got the kids were wiped out, she was tired,
and she was just sunbathing, and then she decided to
dry up, and I was just there. I was doing dishes.
I started to do dishes and just watched watch how
she played with my kids in the backyard and froliced.

(49:12):
And I did all the dishes, and then I began
to vacuum and I began to do house duty shoors
as I watched through the windows, and she laid out
and got a tan. Okay, she was so great, you're
she was so wonderful. I have videos of that, all right.

(49:33):
That's group therapy. John Dane Rich call the show and
join the fun. Jane Rich, Jen are you there?

Speaker 10 (49:44):
Are you there?

Speaker 2 (49:45):
I'm here, We're all here. We're gonna play a game.
You could be our contestant. If you win the game,
you can get the Jonas Brothers tickets.

Speaker 12 (49:53):
Okay, I'm ready.

Speaker 2 (49:54):
Does it sound good? Are you into that?

Speaker 7 (49:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (49:57):
Where are you? What are you doing right now?

Speaker 5 (49:59):
I'm out work right now?

Speaker 2 (50:01):
Where do you work?

Speaker 13 (50:03):
I work at a firm, and I feel like that's
too much information?

Speaker 1 (50:06):
Fair enough?

Speaker 2 (50:07):
You work at a golf courn I heard golf course.

Speaker 10 (50:12):
I can't.

Speaker 13 (50:13):

Speaker 15 (50:14):
They might know and they might be listening.

Speaker 2 (50:15):
What's wrong with that? Is it against the la? Are
you talking to?

Speaker 10 (50:18):
Supposed to be working?

Speaker 2 (50:19):
Who are you talking to over there? Tell them? Shut up?

Speaker 1 (50:21):

my day sometimes that he walks in and smile and
I just want to go home.

Speaker 10 (52:00):
I'm not having that.

Speaker 1 (52:01):
I'm so sorry for being engageing.

Speaker 7 (52:36):
