Speaker 1 (00:00):
In a minute. I want to get into probably in
about two or three minutes. I want to get.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Into four ways to improve your relationship in sixty seconds.
So if you're in a relationship, you're going to want
to hear this now. I asked the three of you, Rich, Kyle,
and Peyton to remind me to get to that in
three or four minutes, because I usually say that and
then I move on, I forget.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
I get distract.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
I'm excited to hear that, so.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Right, because it's really good. It's four ways to improve
your relationship in the sixty seconds.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
First, Hi, Ariel.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
Hi, good morning. I have a story for Kyle.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Oh okay, let's hear.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
Okay. So every time you talk about your son Easton,
it reminds me so much of my son. They're the
same exact age and they have very similar personalities. We
actually had the pleasure of going to see your World
for the first time for both of us this summer
thanks to you guys we won tickets last year. Oh

(00:52):
my gosh, Hi, and it was an incredible time. It
was such a good experience for us. It was such
a special moment. But we walked in and he hates
rides similar to your son. He's very timid, and he
saw the Swings and I'm like, oh, this is a
great ride for him to kind of like warm up,

(01:13):
and he wanted to go on it, and I was
so excited. I was trying to calm myself down, like
oh yeah, yeah, let's do it and not be too
excited for him. But we got on the swings. I
think he was having a great time, and then it
was coming down to a slow down and we got
stuck on the swings up in the air. Oh no,

(01:36):
and the ride shut down and we were stuck on
there for probably like twenty minutes, and it was a
little nerve racking because they told us like, all right,
we have a technician coming to get you guys down,
but just stay in your seats. And everybody started jumping
off and like trying to get out of the gate
and the gate was locked and they're like, we can't

(01:57):
let you guys out. The gate is locked. When the
ride it stuck, And so it was a little intimidating
for him, and I was so sad because that was
the very first thing we did all morning and he
refused to go on any ride.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Oh you're like, no, not at this time.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
I know, I was so proud of him, and I'm like, okay,
just could be it. And then of course that had
to happen, and it just it didn't ruin the trip.
We had an amazing time there. It was it was
so much fun, but it did ruin rides for the
rest of the trip.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
I hate that.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
And like one thing can ruin everything else.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
It's like big or death.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
The darkness is always at the surface.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
No, but like the first time you try like a
new food. If you have like like eggs, but you
try scrambled eggs, but maybe hard boiled eggs are your thing,
but you tried scrambled eggs, all of a suden you
don't like eggs. It's like that one thing that for
everything else.

Speaker 6 (03:01):
My son Christopher still hates eggs because of the first
time he tried eggs. I wanted to eat something and
he wouldn't eat it, so we waited it out for
like an hour. Stubborn versus stubborn. He's fifteen now. Still
he won't touch eggs. Won't touch him.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Ariel, thanks for calling in, Thank you for listening, Thank you,
love you days. Hey, Vicky, what's up?

Speaker 7 (03:22):
Hey, good morning, guys. Well, I was hearing the story
about the parking lot situation and the money flying in
the bank, and I wanted to share, guys something fun
that I do with my family for a birthday, graduations,
special occasions. Instead of giving gifts, everybody always wants money.

(03:43):
So what I do is I get big stacks of money,
all different dominations, denominations.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
It doesn't matter what religion they are exactly.

Speaker 7 (03:54):
I throw the money up in the air randomly a
piece of forget to try to catch it. They get
three tries, so however much money they can catch it
the three tries, then they get to keep it, but
it can't touch the ground. I love that.

Speaker 5 (04:09):
You just get like so fun making it rain in
the club, No it is, It is.

Speaker 7 (04:14):
So much fun. And they get three triso whatever's down
on the ground, we pick it back up and throw
it again. But anyway, Christmas has come in all kinds
of fun stones that I just wanted to share that
to you guys and your listeners.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
What's the most amount of money someone's ever caught?

Speaker 7 (04:30):
Well, so I get like, so to put it upon
the holiday. Of course, you know, I'll start with like
five hundred dollars because they're not going to catch all
five hundred, two hundred and fifty three hundred dollars.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (04:42):
Wow, it'd be cool if you put a like a
the holiday, it'd be cool. If you're like, if you
don't catch at least fifty, you owe me one hundred.
That would be kind of cool.

Speaker 7 (04:52):
You can put your own twist to it, That's for sure.
You can put your own twist to it. But uh,
a lot of my family is and we get videos
of it and stuff, you know, with money flying, because
you were saying your you know, your bunny machine needs
to have it is hard to catch your money. And
I fly at all different directions to make it fine.
And we have these like and stuff going in the
background to make it fun and just make it more fessive.

(05:13):
I mean, it's so boring getting an envelope and opening, oh,
here's one hundred dollars. Okay, who but you know like this,
it's fun.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
That's true, Vickie, thanks for calling in.

Speaker 7 (05:24):
I have a great morning. Bye bye.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
What happened to our money machine? Is it like in storage?
We should just have it like in our studio. Just
have just to test it out.

Speaker 5 (05:30):
Before it is in storage. Somewhere do we have a
storage We have to ask Ken. Ken is the jack
of all trades in our building. He knows everything, so
we'll ask him. Okay, John, Jay, how can we improve
our relationship?

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Okay? Hold on, hold on?

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Oh good job, I forgot I for some Okay.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
A psychologist shared his tip for how to improve your
relationship in just one minute a day. Okay, get into
the routine taking sixty seconds to give each other your
full attention.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
Okay, that's one minute.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
We should be able to.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Do that minute. I mean we like all four of us?
Oh no, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't mean it with
us here because.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
No, no, we don't need to do If we.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Do within us, there's nudity involved.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
What I mean, if it was us, there would be no,
here we go.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
I'm just kidd These are four things to improve your
relationship in sixty seconds, So think about that for a
second when you go home or whenever you're doing today
with your boyfriend, girlfriend, and husband wife. A one minute
hug after a long day of work, even a twenty
second hug can lower cortisol and boost the bonding hormone oxytocin. Okay,

(06:39):
A moment of gratitude before bed, each of you share
one thing you're appreciated that day.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
It could be big or small.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
You just have to be consistent and do it every night.
I like that a quick morning check in. Take a
minute in the morning to ask what's the one thing
you're carrying today and how can I support you carrying?

Speaker 7 (06:58):
I know when you wake up sometimes in the morning
you're like, oh, you gotta deal with this.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
What am I caring?

Speaker 6 (07:03):
I just woke up.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Ask me at the end of the day, what am
I carrying? Or middle of it?

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Maybe middle of the day would be better for that.

Speaker 7 (07:09):
You.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Uh, here's another one. A silent ritual.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
You could keep deep you try deep breathing or even
just hold hands to it for sixty seconds a day
and you'll feel more connected.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
So those are four ways to prove your relationship in
sixty seconds. Those are pretty good.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
Yeah, they're great.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
We used to do a thing my wife and kids.
We would do a six second hug. You have to
hug each other for six seconds and as longer than
you think. And then I started taking it to twenty seconds.
I feel, I just feel something happens, something magical happens
in the twenty second hug, I like.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
A long hug.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
Sometimes this it gets too long. You're like, Okay, how.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
Do you know when you've just reached the threshold.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (07:46):
It's like it starts to like when you like you
open your eyes and you kind of look around like, oh,
we're still hugging.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
Okay, move along. You're like, next,
