Speaker 1 (00:00):
Kyle or three things we need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
So, if you remember, late last month, fire Aid hosted
two concurrent benefit concerts in LA to raise funds for victims.
They raised about one hundred million dollars, and they just
announced the recipients for the first fifty million.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Dollars in grant's half.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
That hundred million was announced to be set aside for
grants prioritizing community based organizations that are.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
On the front lines of wildfire relief.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
And yesterday they said that that fifty million dollars raise
will go to different places and each one will get
one hundred thousand dollars. The retmaining fifty million is going
to go towards organizations focusing on rebuilding and long term
recovery for the victims of the devastating wildfires.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
It's kind of cool to be able to hear where
the money's actually going.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
And it's doing something like right now exactly for half
a year.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
President Trump signed an executive order yesterday meant to start
fulfilling a campaign pledge to make in vitro fertilization free
for would be parents. The order directs recommendations to protect
IVF access and aggressively reduce out of pocket and health
plan costs for such treatments.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Nowada, you've ever had one of.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Those friends that always is like, I the wildest dream
last night and they know every detail of it. Rich,
I kind of feel like you're someone who would remember
your dreams because a study just done found that day
dreamers are more likely to have stronger recall of their
overnight dreams. In fact, there's actually three main factors that
are strong predictors of dream recall. A person's general attitude

(01:30):
towards dreaming, their tendency to let their mind wander during
waking hours, and their typical sleep pattern. So people who
viewed dreams as meaningful and worthy of attention are more
likely of remembering what those dreams were.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
So if you're like I never remember my dreams.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
If you shift your attitude towards sleep and dreaming, chances
are you may actually remember your dreams more.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
And that's three things you.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
Need to know.

Speaker 6 (01:53):
So I was just telling you guys behind the scenes
stuff locally that you know, Footprint Center is no longer
Footprint Center, right, that's big news.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
That's weird.

Speaker 6 (02:00):
If you think back, it used to be US Airway
Center America West arena talking stick, right, So I saw
that they were removing the footprint, and then I was
thinking back, I had already heard about a new sponsor
of Footprint Center.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
There was a new name coming in.

Speaker 6 (02:12):
It was one of these conversations part of with some
people and they're like, off the record, here's what's going on.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
So I heard yesterday.

Speaker 6 (02:19):
That they were going to call Footprint Center Phoenix Center,
and I think that's because they haven't closed the deal
for the new sponsorship.

Speaker 5 (02:26):
Wasn't that a mall here a while ago?

Speaker 1 (02:28):
The Phoenix Center Metro Center, Metro Center?

Speaker 5 (02:30):
Okay, that's right.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I was thinking, was it like University of Phoenix the
Phoenix Center would be.

Speaker 6 (02:34):
I think, I think that's a temporary name until they
get a new sponsorship. And I think I know the
new sponsorship. I'm going to write it down in an envelope.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Off the record.

Speaker 6 (02:43):
I'm going to put it in an envelope and I'll
tell you guys that go. My inside source was right,
and I heard this like two months ago. Okay, just
to let you know, all right, Horsecopes Peyton is on vacation.

of Dexter.

Speaker 5 (03:43):
I'm not Michael C.

Speaker 7 (03:44):
Hall, so I'm not gonna be able to do it justice,
but I'm gonna tell you how to kind of navigate workplace, family,
that sort of thing with.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
The dark passenger.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
Where As your dark passenger, I am passenger.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
Don't know about Dexter.

Speaker 6 (03:56):
The whole theme was the dad told me had a
dark passenger, because that would that would the spirit inside
of him that wanted to be a serial killer.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
He urged the urge to kill you, and I.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
Have that urge burning deeply inside.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
Ever surprised that Okay, So yeah, I think this will
be this will be fun guy.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Okay, some people may feel that urge on the road.

Speaker 6 (04:15):
Good morning, Jen, Hi, good morning.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
What is your sign?

Speaker 6 (04:20):
I am my birthday tomorrow.

Speaker 7 (04:23):
Happy birth, pis Let's see here, uh, here we go, Pisces.
You crave escape, Pisces. The walls of routine feel like
a prison. The expectations a cage. You laugh, you joke,
but deep down the passenger paces, waiting for something more.

(04:47):
Maybe it's your time to listen. Maybe it's not you,
bet Scope.

Speaker 5 (04:59):
I don't know what you do that one, Jen, but.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Thank you, Jen, Sacred, good morning. It's secret, secret, I'm sorry, secret. Okay,
what sign are you?

Speaker 7 (05:14):
Ooh, Scorpio. The shadows whisper to you, Scorpios. The passenger
finds comfort in your depths. You see through the lies,
the facades, the illusions of civility.

Speaker 5 (05:27):
But knowing the.

Speaker 7 (05:28):
Truth and acting on it, that's where the real fun begins.
You've been scoped, scorp You've been scarped, Scorpios.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
I love that.

Speaker 6 (05:39):
I feel like I'm going to doctor when.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Thank you Thomas, good morning, Hey, good morning, Marries.

Speaker 5 (05:50):
Aries.

Speaker 7 (05:51):
The dark passenger thrives in chaos, Aries and your workplace
is your hunting ground. The petty politics, the whispered betrayals delicious,
but you must be careful.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
A well placed smirk, a.

Speaker 7 (06:05):
Strategic timed nod, and you survive another day. The office
is a jungle and the only predators make it out unscathed.

Speaker 5 (06:14):
And that's you. Aries You've been scoped.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
Three just tuning in Grant's doing dexter dexter horoscope.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
Why wouldn't he good morning, good morning?

Speaker 1 (06:34):
Hi.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
What you're saying, Oh, Capricorn like me?

Speaker 7 (06:38):
I like it balance Capricorn. Justice, you crave it. But
the world is not fair. The undeserving rise, the guilty
walk free. And yet you smile, you shake hands, You
bide your time, because when justice does come, it's all
sweeter when no one sees it coming.

Speaker 5 (07:00):
You've been squoped scirpt this way. I'm way better in
my head because I was not letting myself sounding like
Michael C. Hall all morning, and then I was like,
oh wait, I don't sound anything like in character.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
You got black hoodie sunglasses.

Speaker 5 (07:19):
I am the dark past.

Speaker 7 (07:22):
What about for libras, libras, Let's see here, give me
a second, Libra. They think they know you, libras the
confident leader, the charismatic one.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
The leadership is just another kind of predation. I don't
know what that. Work means, A good one, though, work.

Speaker 7 (07:43):
You let them follow, bask in your glow, never realizing
you are always always in control, even when they think
they have the upper hand, Especially then you always have control. Libras,
you've been scoped. This is a This is a real
heater of a bit. No, I hope you're recording this?

Speaker 1 (08:04):
God, what's your signing? Good morning?

Speaker 7 (08:07):
Good morning? Oh Taurus? Routine keeps the beast at bay
Taurist tourists. Tourists tourists like, yeah, but oh Taurus, how
it gnaws at you? The same commute, the same coffee order,
the same inane small talk.

Speaker 5 (08:29):
Smile through the monotony.

Speaker 7 (08:31):
Let them believe you're one of them, because if they
ever saw what lurks beneath, well, that just wouldn't do,
would it.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
You've been scoped Tauruses.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
Yeah, you're surprised.

Speaker 5 (08:50):
Virgo Virgo.

Speaker 7 (08:51):
Oh, order is everything Virgo. Without it, the passenger runs
wild and we can't have that, can we? So you clean,
you organize, you micromanage every little thing. But remember, perfection
is a mass too. And even the best mass have cracks. Virgos,

(09:14):
John Jay, you've been skirped you guys, really, you guys
really want me to fill in the rest of the
week for Paide.

Speaker 5 (09:23):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
We did a great job.

Speaker 5 (09:28):
Yeah, we ha fun it all can be winners. We
take a lot of swings there.

Speaker 7 (09:36):
Dog.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
You've actually posted something about the possible second season of
Dexter Original.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
I was googling, going I like, read.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
The article and it says nothing I know, but apparently
are we not getting another season?

Speaker 6 (09:48):
Apparently Paramount Plus when they dropped the show it was
a big hit.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
It's a big hits, which is a good sign.

Speaker 6 (09:54):
And the showrunner already said you know what what I
there was a line in the article that said, soon
you we'll see Dexter wearing his Henley's and that's a
type of shirt, right yeah, yeah, I guess in the
Dexter originally he's always wearing a Henley or something.

Speaker 7 (10:08):
I don't know, but I think the I think the
next season that's gonna drop is going to be Resurrection.

Speaker 5 (10:13):
Yeah, right, like right.

Speaker 7 (10:15):
And I think it's all I mean, it's all connected,
it's all made by the same people, right.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Right, Wait, so it wouldn't be original since it wouldn't
be when he's younger. It would be after he supposedly
died but didn't.

Speaker 6 (10:23):
Die, right right, it's when he's in the hospital that
so he gets recovered and whatever goes on. But then
then it's almost like in twenty twenty six they could
drop Original Sin season two, do you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (10:34):
Which I'm totally fine with Fallen out out of.

Speaker 5 (10:37):
One hundred percent. That's great. I love it.

Speaker 6 (10:39):
Speaking of TV shows, the one show that is I
find so complicated and frustrating his severance.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
I'm all up to speed on Severnce. Are you guys
up there?

Speaker 3 (10:49):
No, I'm waiting for a few more episodes. I like
watching like multiple episodes.

Speaker 6 (10:52):
At a time, I know, but I almost think it's
difficult to do that for the show because when you wait,
you don't get it, Like I don't get what's.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
Going on right now?

Speaker 3 (11:00):
We do?

Speaker 5 (11:00):
You wait?

Speaker 2 (11:01):
You watched the episode that you watched before again and
then you continue to bitch like literally, it's such a
crazy show, but it's like so good at.

Speaker 3 (11:10):
The same time.

Speaker 7 (11:11):
Right now, is it like five or six? I think
I'm just going to wait till ten.

Speaker 6 (11:14):
Yeah, because it's so frustrating. Yesterday and Netflix dropped a
couple of shows Court of Gold. Did you guys start
watching that? It's so good. It's about the Olympics, the
USA basketball team in the Olympics and the history of
them and how they train and and the all the
other basketball How how the United States started basketball and

(11:36):
now Europe and everyone else is caught up, and how
they're all pretty good. Yeah, Like Canada had nine guys
that are NBA players, and it shows them training and
shows the coaches. It shows the coaches coaching the stars
and how they got to be tender around them.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
It's a pretty interesting show.

Speaker 6 (11:52):
And then you have freaking do you watch the Gabby
Potito think, Oh, I watched.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
It this morning?

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Did you get the whole thing?

Speaker 3 (11:58):
Yeah, you're yeah, I mean it.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Three three they're pretty shorties or something like that.

Speaker 7 (12:05):
It felt like it took forever when it was happening
in real time, and then now to be able to
watch it in three forty five minute clips.

Speaker 5 (12:12):
Is Green.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Literally all of the footage they have of her is
so crystal clear.

Speaker 3 (12:16):
It was as if they were shooting it.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
Like one percent.

Speaker 7 (12:19):
Well, no, and the craziest part is Brian's parents. Yeah,
Brian's parents were pocket. They were getting crazy, like they
have totally John J. They have the bodycam footage of
them pulling up to Brian Laundry's parents house and they
knock on the door, open the door, and the dad's like,
we have an attorney before he even.

Speaker 5 (12:38):
Knows what the situation.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Oh okay, and you're just like.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
Oh no oh.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
But then they like they show a letter that Brian's
mom had written to him, and everything in that letter
is just like it literally says burned after reading.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Here's the thing. So I was telling Grant this yesterday.

Speaker 6 (12:54):
I watched the first three minutes when the cop pulls
them over and the cops like they're swerving, gets out
and you see her and he's like why are you crying?
And she's like we just had some relationship and I'm
just like I know that he kills her later and
I can't believe. The footage is crystal clear and I
had to pause it. And then I thought of the family,
her family, like did they get their permission like that.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
This just happened.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
They talk about watching the footage and being like, you know,
things are sideways at that moment and she's apologizing the
time and actually.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
Talk about seeing the moment they saw the bodycam footage,
because what all they knew was in the body cam
footage you see Gabby Petito say can you get myself
on so I can call my mom, And then it
cuts to her mom talking about how.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
We get this call from Gabby.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
She's in tears, but she later says, we didn't know
the full scope of that event until seeing the bodycam
footage and hearing that somebody called nine one one and
said that they saw a domestic dispute.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
Jeez, man, very sad.

Speaker 6 (13:53):
So it's sad, but it's worth yeah, big time, worth
watching because you have a dark passenger.

Speaker 5 (13:58):
Dude, I am in the dark past.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
It's worthwhuch because it became such a huge news story,
like took over everything, and you kind of see how
like people on social media helped law enforcement find Gabby's body.
