Speaker 1 (00:00):
How we have three things we need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
President trumpet worded Charlie Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom
on what would have been his thirty second birthday. His widow, Erica,
accepted the honor during an emotional Rose Garden ceremony. Instagram
has had a lot, a lot of criticism over kids'
mental health and the safety on the app, and so
now they say they're going PG thirteen. They have new

(00:21):
teen safety features that hide or block content with strong
language or harmful behavior. Teens also won't be able to
DM with age inappropriate accounts anymore as well. Met says
it's all about keeping the platform safer for younger users. Now,
Chat GPT just made some of its own changes because
of safety concerns, big safety concerns, and now they're going.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
The exact opposite.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
So open AI's CEO Sam Altman said, new age gated
Chat GPT update is coming in December. It's going to
allow verified adults to have mature erotic conversations. You'll be
able to sext with chat GPT. Basically, they say the
goal is to treat adult users like adults while keeping

(01:07):
strong safety features in place for the younger users. Users
will be able to customize how chat GPET talks from
tone to emoji style, et cetera, et cetera. No, I
don't know, Jo, it's gross. If you're asking me, I
feel like you're going get some people into some trouble. Well,
and keep in mind they've already talked about how there's

(01:27):
like chat GPT syndrome where they're they're seeing mental health
issues of people who are talking to chat GPT and
believing that it's a real person together in this just
raises it up a notch and possibly even more mental
health concerns come along with this one.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
People are gonna leave people for their their AI. You know,
they're gonna leave relationships, yeah, or I.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Mean I get you could look at it like this.
I mean, at least they're not cheating with a person. No,
but I mean I would still think that that would
be some sort of some form of cheating and our
it's going to become a whole new category physical emotional.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
And yeah, chat GPT, why do you have to get
that from chatgy like I'm your person? It's so crazy.
And that's three things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Don't really need help in that area with the you know,
talking dirty.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
That's outside chatgy p t chatchypet. I need help talking.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Other areas properly, right. You know, it's funny that the guy,
the Opening Eye guy, Sam Altman, is also the guy
that's created the AI videos that I'm making. And I
what's funny is I didn't know what he looked like.
And on the Sora app there was only a handful
of us that were part of it, and this guy

(02:38):
kept popping up in every video.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
I'm like, who is this guy? Finally today I looked
him up and it's him.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
So he's like self inserted or he's inserting himself so
that you can make.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
Videos with him in all the videos. So I looked
him up and I thought I'd like to interview this guy.
So I made a video of him being on a
podcast with me and I'm asking him to come on
our show and he says yes.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
I go, will you do it in real life? And
he says yes. So I posted on Instagram and tagged him,
hoping that he will. You're using his own game to get.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Him right, And then I looked him up and he's
from Saint Louis. He is he's forty years old from
Saint Louis worth three billion dollars. I was going to
ask you.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
How old he was, because I feel like AI like
like you saying that, Like, wouldn't it be crazy if
it was like some like eighteen year old kid.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
He's forty. And I looked this whole story up and
it's pretty darn amazing. And then he went to Stanford
dropped out. It's like all these guys that are billionaires.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Dropped out, I know, because they realized their passion and
the like the I mean, college is great for certain
career paths. Sorry, but you're doing open AI. There aren't
courses for that. You're you're groundbreaking.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
Yeah, some I think you need college for. But like,
you don't need college to be a doctor.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Run as long as you see people, you're fine. Well,
I tell you, guys, actually get this.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
As far as a I goes, I use it for
now for almost everything, where like I feel like I'm
just turning into two hundred and fifty pound ball of meat,
Like I don't have like I'm sorry to not be
able to form my own sentences, but what I did
do so the other day, my son Jake, I mean,
I'm so proud of this kid. He's twenty two years old,
and he was he was going to old town Scots

(04:08):
other boy of his friends, and he does it all
the time, and he doesn't like it, but he likes
to be with his friends.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
So they're at a bar.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
I don't know which bar they're at, but one of
his friends and another guy who was turning about to
turn into a big bar fight.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
And Jake is pretty well versed in mma and.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Boxing and jiu jitsu and you know, and also growing
up with two brothers, you know, he knows how to
beat people up. And this bar fight was gonna get
pretty ugly, and he stopped it. And he got in
between his friends and the other people and he was like, look, man,
he has a twenty two years old so only this happens,
we're going to jail.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Like this isn't like, you know, we're seventeen.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
That's called her parents and he broke up the fight,
and some of his friends were like, dude, you need
to back us up.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
He's like, oh, don't get me wrong.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
If we were in a fight and it was happening,
I would back you up and be on your side.
But I'm trying to stop that from happening, and so
I was so proud of that.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
You should be That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Yeah, so I and I don't just like I'm telling
you guys right now, I didn't have like I can't
tell him this.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
All chunky and using the word like all the time,
like you know.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
So I went to Chatchabet and I said, I'm so
proud of my son, and I explained what he did.
I go, I don't have the words I want to
tell him. I go that that was the right thing
to do and I'm proud of him. And chat ChiPT
comes back with like, that's amazing. Jake showed leadership, he
showed integrity and character.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
And I was like, yes. So I'm at dinner.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
So I'm holding up Chatchite on my phone and I'm
rehearsing and I'm memorizing the lines integrity, character and leadership.
I'm memorizing those three words. Put my phone away, sit down,
having dinner with my wife and Jake, and we're talking.
I go, you know, Jake, I'm gonna say about what
happened last night, I'm so proud of you. I go,
that showed leadership, that showed integrity and good character and morals.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
He's like, well, thanks, Dad, I was like, your problem, son.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
We had this moment, and if it wasn't for chatchapt,
I'd be speaking.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
In half sense like I do for a living. Like
I sometimes I listen to our show and go, I
can't believe I'm doing this.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
It's funny because you know, we have a show group text,
and yesterday Nick shared some really sad news. It was
like this long story about about someone who had passed away,
and like we're all responding and John Jay goes, oh man,
I was like, where's the chatchy potato.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
I actually had a really.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Mean or dirty or an unfunny comment that I was
going to make to that, but I decided not.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
To do it. Good, that's good sad.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
I'm trying to remember what it was, but yeah, it
was funny though, but I didn't do it anyway.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
I'm going to respond to how to Chatty Patoo
