Speaker 1 (00:07):
So yesterday I got home in my house and there
was this giant bag of bagels. It seemed like there
were thirty to forty bagels in this bag, right. So
I called my wife. She's coming home from the hospital
because her sister handlebart surgery. And I go, hey, what's
what's this bag of bagels? And she's like, I'll tell
you about it later. Like, why can't you tell me
about it?
Speaker 2 (00:27):
It's a great tease, though, I want to know about
it later.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
He's like on the phone, she goes, I'll tell you
about it later, and I'm like, whoa. So I started
eating the bagels. Oh no, I had four bagels, right,
that's a lot of bagels. I was really full, like
almost Thanksgiving full with four bagels. So she comes home
and I'm like, you know, she's crying about a sister.
I'm like, hey, sorry about your sister. What's up at
the bagels? So it turns out, Chompies, you guys are
been a chomping yeh yees called bagel Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
Begel Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
You get six bagels, they give you eighteen, So it
was eighteen bagels?
Speaker 2 (00:56):
Get it? How do you do it? Chompys?
Speaker 1 (00:57):
I don't get I don't get it, but you get
to bagels. It's felt like forty to fifty bagels.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Some of the best food. Bagels in a bag looks
like a lot.
Speaker 3 (01:05):
It's a lot of bagels.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
It's a lot of bagel. Are they a full size bagel?
Full sized bagels?
Speaker 3 (01:09):
That's a great deal, I know. So just remember that.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Next Wednesday it's a begel Wednesday. I don't there's no
alliteration to that. But okay, I know it doesn't make sense.
It doesn't make sense, but that's it.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
I don't know how many chompies are here, but anyway,
there's one by the hospital.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
That's where she went. Uh kylo folk go. Three things
we need to know.
Speaker 4 (01:24):
Apparently more than one four point four million US service
members are going to receive a check for seventeen seventy six.
That's one thy, seven hundred and seventy six dollars.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
Oh, I get it.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
They're calling it the Warrior Dividend. Right before Christmas.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
He spoke last night. He talked about it.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
That's she's gonna say. The President just announced it last night.
He said the number nods to America's founding year, and
then claims the money is already being sent out all
across the country to all military branches. Also suggested the
tariff revenue could help fund the checks. Details on the
legal authority or whatever, but sending the checks out, which
is pretty cool to honor our service members because we
(02:03):
definitely need to do that.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
I was watching him.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
I thought he was going to address the Rob Ryner
stuff they said were so stupid the other day.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
I was like, what's this guy?
Speaker 1 (02:10):
So maybe and if you watch him last night, I
swear to god, this is the best way I can
describe it. It's like you took a breath and spoke
for forty minutes with one breath.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
They say it was how it was. I was like,
oh my god, what there's so much information Instagram.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
You guys. They are officially headed to the big screen.
Speaker 4 (02:29):
And when I say that, I don't need the movie theater,
I mean your TV big screen, John Jay, you just
got a one hundred inch TV, so it's definitely a
big screen. They are testing a new Instagram for TV
app on Amazon Fire TV devices, letting you watch vertical
reels three minutes or less right on your TV. I've
thought about doing this a lot, like so many times,
like I just want to put it up on the
TV because, like sometimes scrolling is just very entertaining. It's
(02:52):
all part of Instagram's push to be more than a
phone app and a better complete you know.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Like with TikTok and YouTube. They want that on the
TV as well.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
I saw that the Grammy, the Grammy's the oscar is
going to be on YouTube now, yeah, wild, you know that.
Speaker 3 (03:05):
Is a big difference, big difference for them.
Speaker 4 (03:08):
Dentists say crunchy veggies like carrots and celery can actually
help brighten your smile naturally, so think wider teeth just
by eating your veggies. The fibrous texture gently scrubs away
surface stains while chewing boosts saliva, which helps clean your
teeth and support gum health.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
It's an easy, budget friendly boost if you don't want it.
Speaker 4 (03:27):
It's not as dramatic as like your crist white strips,
but it is a more natural way. They just say,
don't skip brushing your teeth because of this. You still
need your regular dental care. But like just a good
reminder that eating those veggies does more than just be
healthy for you, and this is healthy in a different way.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
And that's three things.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
You need to know Jonas Brothers Christmas. You watched it,
Kyle again.
Speaker 4 (03:49):
We've watched it again because we were listening to the
soundtrack in the car on the way home from school
yesterday and we were laughing because it's so funny.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
Like the more I think about the first time I watched,
I was like, what am I watching? Is this funny
or not?
Speaker 4 (04:04):
And then I'm like, it is pretty funny, And the
more I think about it, the more funny it is.
So there's this one place. The whole premise of the
movie is that Jonas brothers are stuck and they're trying
to get home for Christmas. Okay, so their plane explodes
and they're stuck in Amsterdam, and apparently this guy that
Nick Jonas knows from doing a like a Broadway play
(04:24):
with him is there and he's got a private jet
and they're like, let's go see him. He's your buddy,
and Nick's like, no, he hates me. We had a
disastrous run. He really doesn't like me. And so they
go and they crash this guy's show and they sing
apparently the song they sing together on this Broadway show,
but it turns into like this sing off that gets
like not really violent but really heated. And the play
(04:46):
that they were in was Home Alone, Big.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Alone.
Speaker 5 (04:52):
It's like me with no with no people. I was alone.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
So that's Nick and the other guy. Who's the other guy?
Is he famous?
Speaker 3 (05:34):
I think so thin. That's like a Broadway star. Yeah,
I really love that movie.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
You sold it for me.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
I'm gonna watch that.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
If I watch that this holiday season? Will you do
me a favorite? Watch? Will Ferrell and Lando The Lost
sure Y
