a day can improve how your brain functions. So the
study found that eating twenty six grams of freeze dried
strawberry powder made from freshberries every day for eight weeks

led to a better performance on cognitive test for memory,
attention and problem solving. So there's other health benefits as well.
The strawberries also help lower blood pressure and increase disease
fighting antioxidants in the blood.

summer electric bills. Keeping the house cool is not cheap.
So what is the best temperature to set your air
conditioning on?

box office. So we have twenty twenty two's top gun,
Maverick that's at number one at seven hundred million.

Wow, well tickets are so expensive and that one really
did bring people back to the theater, so okay.

Second is last year's Inside Out too at six hundred
and fifty million.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
That's unbelievable. Did not see that one coming.

That's followed by Jurassic World back in twenty fifteen, then
Barbie Incredibles too, and The Lion King they all did
over five hundred million, so I'm not too shabby.

And Family Affair so something the whole family could see
all these movies.

A Mario Courtney Lopez. You know, we forgot to mention
this yesterday, but Monday was National Hydration Day, so important
to stay hydrated, especially with the temperatures rising. Some signs
you might be dehydrated.

I get these all the time. Headaches, fluggishness, that weird,
dry mouth feeling is all part of the deal when
you're running on empty. Remember we all should be drinking
six to eight glasses of water a day, and if
we are going out in the summer heat, up to
twelve glasses a day, and that's just water, not sugary
or caffeinated drinks. And I know for me, water is
not my favorite thing, so I like to put in

some healthier flavored things like you know.

I know, but those got other things that aren't exactly
great for you. So you should try to drink as
much water as you can.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
Correct but if you can't, look for the bat like
I get sugar free stuff, so I'm at least.

As himself, Paul Rubins sat down for like forty hours
of interviews, didn't tell the filmmakers that he had been
battling cancer for the last six years, and they go
through everything from the beginning of his life through how
he created Pee Weee all the scandals, and it is

really really interesting and sad. I mean, there's a lot
of sadness to it. But he was a fascinating dude
who worked with David Hasselhoff, like all these other stars
that you.
