have a problem falling asleep.

I mean I do sometimes, but when I'm with you,
I just am comfy, cozy, and I just fall asleep anyway.
So when it comes to getting to sleep faster, here
are some ideas that are not so common. Fuzzy socks.
Keeping your toes warm can lower your core temperature. Now
for me, I can't have my feet be hot, So

you know, everybody's different.

I don't have a problem with this move if it's
in the winter time. I can't be rocking fuzzy socks
in the summertime.

If you think about staying awake, sleep will finally kick in.
That's every night for me, So kind of just do
the opposite, right. Imagine you're outside thinking about nature. That
promotes relaxation. Okay, blow bubbles. I know it sounds silly,

but it can have the same effect as breathing. Exercises,
and the technique is backed by doctors as it can
lower your heart rate and blood pressure.

finally wrapped up. You may have across a headline or
two about it that I have won a really unusual
legal battle. There's a certain individual whose name I shall
not mention, was suing me, and it was an absolutely

ridiculous lawsuit, but nonetheless you have to kind of deal
with it, and we actually had to go to cord
get a restraining order. I mean, it was a whole thing,
but a judge has efficiently thrown it out and rewarded
me victory. And now this person is responsible for my
legal fees and hopefully out of our lives forever. But

I want to give a personal shout out to the
awesome team over at Garagos and Garagos. Our attorneys Mark
Geragos and Alexandria and Daniel were awesome and they really
made this a fun process. To be honest with.

You, I mean, it was stressful because it was just
so unnecessary that we were even dealing with something like this.
So we made light of it, and you know, it's
hard not to laugh.

funny having to deal with this. I learned that the
legal system you have to entertain all these frivolous lawsuits regardless,

finally wrapped up. You may have across a headline or
two about it that I have won a really unusual
legal battle. There's a certain individual whose name I shall
not mention, was suing me, and it was an absolutely

ridiculous lawsuit, but nonetheless you have to kind of deal
with it, and we actually had to go to cord
get a restraining order. I mean, it was a whole thing,
but a judge has efficiently thrown it out and rewarded
me victory. And now this person is responsible for my
legal fees and hopefully out of our lives forever. But

I want to give a personal shout out to the
awesome team over at Garagos and Garagos. Our attorneys Mark
Geragos and Alexandria and Daniel were awesome and they really
made this a fun process. To be honest with.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
You, I mean, it was stressful because it was just
so unnecessary that we were even dealing with something like this.
So we made light of it, and you know, it's
hard not to laugh.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
You're made jokes.

You're exactly right. But I'll tell you what is in
funny having to deal with this. I learned that the
legal system you have to entertain all these frivolous lawsuits regardless,
and it's time consuming, a waste of energy, running resources time.

bake and watching Paul Hollywood and pre Leaf judge them
as though they were misticated bakers.
