But so Usher's been confessing his health and wellness routine.
He says he never eats on Wednesdays, only drinks water
takes a little break in the middle of the week.
It's something he says he learned from his grandma. He
also has a unique take. When he's not fasting, he
doesn't eat until after his workouts, which actually I don't either.
(10:52):
You never want to kind of work out in a
full stomach. I feel like you're gonna get cramps and stuff.
He doesn't do any weightlifting either, to stay in shape.
That's him. And look at my guy Usher and I
on the same program right here, not lifting weights anymore.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
Either, which I don't agree with. I feel like you
need to do a little bit.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
No, you're You're actually right, And as you get older,
weightlifting actually is even that much more important because you
just normally get softer and to keep up a little
of that density, you gotta hit them weights. Mario Lopez

last thing. There is a one word message that is

apparently the worst text you could ever give or receive.
It's even worse than the letter K. It's the word sure.
Apparently it's interpreted as passive, aggressive, or uncertain, especially when
asking a friend to hang out. Yeah it is, you
know what, when when I'm kind of like okay, whatever
I do, type sure, so there's something to do. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
Actually I send that in emails and text, but I
don't mean it that way, like it's just sure, why not?
Speaker 3 (11:58):
I kind of mean it that way I agree with
that word. It's just something about the word. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
It's not definitive. I don't like it.
Speaker 3 (12:07):
It Also, it gives me the same feeling as a
thumbs up.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
I don't like when people text me in all caps.
It feels like they're yelling at me.
