way as Courtney breaks down what's new on TV and streaming.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
Season one premiere of In the Mud on Netflix Spanish
language Netflix original series is set in a notorious women's
prison where five inmates known as las Adas from a
sisterhood after a transport accident leaves them isolated and covered
in mud.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
What an interesting premise. Okay, you know what mud is
in Spanish.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Lodo lodo bacos. Yes, very good.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
ESPN and Disney Plus have the series premiere of The Kingdom,
a six episode docuseries that explores the history of the
Kansas City Chiefs franchise, detailing their path from over sixty
years of highs and lows to their pursuits of a
third consecutive Super Bowl during the twenty twenty four season.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Yes, the Hunt Family, I believe the Ketchup People. Oh,
not to be confused with the Hinz family over in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
More Ketchup People, the better Ketchup. Pece, the better Catchup,
Best Catchup.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
And Sundance and AMC have the premiere of Mugshot, a
six episode true crime series delving into the world of
individuals driven by an exaggerated sense of entitlement who engage

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Ah Mario Courtney Lopez quickly making a stop into Courtney's
corner to see what helpful hat she has got for
us today.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
Okay, so this is a bit of a weird hack.
It's from TikTok, but we've seen really strange things on
TikTok on Instagram, so this should not feel weird. This
is the green nail theory. Okay, paint your nails green
to make yourself calm and confident. That color energy Green's
tied to growth, fresh starts, abundance, basically good vibes only.

(02:47):
So go green because experts say a manicure isn't just
a style choice anymore. It can be a good thing
for your mood, your mindset, and lead to a positive change.
There is one color that I had been wanting to
get on my nails, but I think it's so pretty
as army green because it's not bright green.

Speaker 5 (03:07):
Yeah, it's like a doll green, But I just.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
I'm not too adventurous with my nails.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
I like natural color green man I suggests toward Christmas
time because then it kind of goes with the mood.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Yeah, you're right, man, be festive Mario Lopez.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
I'm Mario, Courtney Lopez, keeping the music going. His cordo
tries to make a slab with a new mom joke, what.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
You got, what's made of leather? And sounds like a sneeze?

Speaker 2 (03:33):
What a shoe? Wow?

Speaker 3 (03:36):
That was good And that was a good sneeze too, Okay,
props on that one.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Get back to the music. So this September, it's all
going down in Sin City.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
What I'm Courtney Lopez here, of course, I'm talking about
our twenty twenty five iHeart Radio Music Festival, presented by
Capitol one September nineteenth and twentieth in Vegas, T Mobile Arena,
two nights, one stage.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
This might just be the best lineup we've ever had. Maroon,
I've Edgeer and Brian Adams, Mariah Carey and so many more.
And the best part, while the world is listening on iHeartRadio,
you could be there seeing it all live in person.
iHeartRadio giving you three chances every weekday to win a
trip for two plus one thousand dollars spending money with

(04:17):
Mario dot Com slash Festival to find out more.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
You almar and Courtney Lopez music rolls on as we
squeeze in some quick buzz swifties, all fired up of
course for Taylor's upcoming twelfth studio album. She'd just be
cranking out these albums, The Life of a Showgirl, interesting
title which she announced on her boyfriend Travis Kelsey's podcast
New Heights. So that episode of the podcast, by the way,
is live now, so you.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
Gotta tap your free iHeartRadio app and give that a listen.
The album, by the Way, is already available to pre
order on Taylor's website. On with Mario dot com to
get the link for that and find out everything.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
We know.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
On Mario and Courtney Lopez and you know over at
Costa Lopez. We love ourselves a good documentary. I honestly,
I think at this point we're experts, and we saw
one recently we really liked called Mister and Missus Murder
m sort of right on the nose with the title.
There no mystery of what's gonna happen, and it was
wild because, without trying to give too much way, there's

(05:32):
these two couples who essentially grew up together since they
were little kids. They're all the same age, went to
elementary school, junior high, high school. They were high school sweethearts.
They ended up marrying their respective others, and they were
very devout in their faith, strong Christians. Well, they start
wilding out once they get into their twenties and little
taste of party life.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Well, and it was weird because it was like the
guy from one couple and the girl from the other
couple were the two who wanted to party.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
No, they all partied, but one sorry, they wanted to
keep on partying and take it next level. And without
giving too much way, they're swapping going on. There's obviously
murdering going on, and there's a diabolical plan for revenge,
which I can appreciate.

Speaker 5 (06:14):
Wait, their last name is not murder.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Their last name is not murder. I thought it was
pretty good. Didn't you like it at the end of
the day.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
But it leaves you wondering unbelievable. How did you actually
think and why did you think you can get away
with this?

Speaker 4 (06:26):
Yeah, it's just in kudos to the one who figured
it out and just was patient. That's a true woman,
right there being a pie private investigation. She joke, she waited,
but she caught him.

Speaker 6 (06:40):
That's me more Mario Lopez on the Way A Mario
Lopez music rolls on right after a quick reminder that
the twenty twenty five Global Citizen Festival is returning to
Central Park September twenty seventh with an incredible lineup weekend.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
Wow, that's supposed to be painful. They literally burn your
skin off. My buddy Wallberg Mark Walberg used to have
tattoos and he regretted.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Them as many people do.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
As he got older, and he made his kids come
to all of the appointments of what he had the
tattoo removal, and it's supposed to smell like burning flesh
because that's what they're doing, and it's scared all the kids.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
They never got tattoos after they'll do it.

Speaker 4 (07:55):

Speaker 3 (09:58):
A Mario Courtney Lope keeping the music and fun coming
your way with a random question.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Which you got Quardo?

Speaker 4 (10:04):
Okay, aliens have landed in your backyard and tell you
that you have sixty seconds to show them two items
that humanity is worth saving. What two things do you
show them?

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Not people?

Speaker 3 (10:16):
I'm assuming items, so let's go with physical things. I
think we got to show them the Statue of Liberty
and say, hey, listen, we welcome immigrants here. Aliens, you're
more than welcome to stay here. That's what that symbolizes.
I think they'd respect that. Okay, so you gotta go
give me you're tired, you're poor, you're alien. I would
modify it a little bit. I would go Statue of Liberty,

(10:37):
and then I'm going Mount Rushmore because I'm like aliens.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Player card right, you may end up there. There's space
for more. No pun intent pun intended more.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
Omar Courtney Lopez. Almost time to head home, but not
before we get to one last thing.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
Quordo asking that random question about aliens earlier reminded me
of another crazy story out of Harvard that I ran across. First,
we had this entists who claimed that the interstellar objects
zooming through our solar system is actually an alien threat.
Now this new Harvard study says aliens may already be
living on Earth.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Well didn't MGK machine gun Kelly re alien?

Speaker 5 (11:14):
He suspects he might be part or full or something.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
Okay, well living proof.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
So basically, this theory says that UFOs might not be
from outer space, but from hidden intelligent beings living on Earth.
It's being called crypnoterrestrial hypothesis. That these beings could be
ancient human civilizations, native non humans, and long hidden extraterrestrials
or even supernatural entities. So now they've been here all along,

(11:42):
that's a new theory.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Can you read that all over again, because that was
a lot of Basically.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
A basically, aliens have been living among us. They didn't
just visit, and they're not humans.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
That's because they think a lot of the UFOs or
ups whatever they are, a lot of them are coming
out of the ocean, so it's.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Saying underwater, underground, they could be in disguise. No hard
evidence yet, but we'll see again. We've got MGK.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
More Mario Lopez coming up big.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Thanks you for hanging out. Hope you can tune in tomorrow.
Actor Dylan Spra's gonna be joining us with the scoop
on his new.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
Movie, plus must see movies, a fake debate, and more.
Until then, this is Mario and Courtney Lopez saying prepare
the bath
