Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're on with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Time to turn up the music and fun. Mario Courtney Lopez,
you're back behind the min It's not my favorite day
of the week. Today's guest is actor Max Greenfield. He's
got a new children's book in stores and a new
season of the Neighborhood on the way.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
We'll also learn a new life hack in Courtney's Corner
and share your comments too. But up next, we're throwing
it back to nineteen ninety one. You're on with Mario
and Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Hey, you're all Mario Courtney Lopez celebrating Throwback Thursday, and
we are taking it back thirty three years ago to
September fifth, nineteen ninety one, my senior year in high school.
Shouldn't say that out loud. That's when everyone was first
getting to know Donnie Wahlberg's little brother.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Wrong.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
You know, that song still kind of goes on still
like that great song. It really does hold up, does
good vibrations of course. Uh My boy Mark Wahlberg, who
was known as Marky Mark in The Funky Bunch. A
recent video started going viral of Mark and Eminem together.
It was late nineties, maybe two thousand pretty sure, like
around ninety nine. Anyway, Eminem was like trying to clown Wahlburg,

(01:21):
and Warburg looked like he was about to explode on
him in any second. I know Eminem wrong. Yeah, he
thinks he's he thinks he's hard. But there's a whole
nother thing when you rap in and then you really
about that life. Mark Wahlberg is not Chris Kirkpatrick. No, No,
that was. I showed it to you. I'll show it
to you again, and it's pretty Uh, it's pretty crazy
if you haven't seen it. I got to ask him
about that next time.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Well, and then we had CNC Music Factory. They were
calling out everyone living shady.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Speaking of Eminem. That made me go, I never really
thought about that song someone living foul. I just thought
it was like a box as a kid. That's say song.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
By the way, No no no, And the world was
introduced to a group of Philly called Boys to Men
Back Again.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
A mode sound Philly Boys to Men, Yes more. Mario
Lopez on the way, Mario Courtney Lopez. Here was some
quick buzz for you. Former WWE wrestler Nicki Garcia is
looking for a divorce lawyer following the rest of her husband.
Oh well, this went south real quick. Kids, you're not familiar.
It was all over the news this last week. Artem

(02:33):
Trevins Kadev of Dancing with the Stars was jailed last
week on charges of felony domestic violence. The irony was
he was arrested, however, he called mine one one because
his wife, Nikki was throwing shoes at him, which sounds
just wild. What is going on right here?

Speaker 3 (02:50):
I need to know where those like Stiletto's right?

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Did he catch them in the eyes?

Speaker 4 (02:54):
I feel like when George w. Bush had that shoe
thrown at him and he dodged it and then dodged
the second one.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
He didn't have the dodging skills if he was calling
nine one one. Nicky's been staying at a friends house
Eferances since the incident. They got married back in twenty
twenty two, and they have a four year old son, Matteo.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
So that's sad. Now, is this the Bella twin that
was engaged to John Cena?

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Correct? Okay, yel Mario Courtney Lopez. Let's take a look
at what's on TV tonight. What do we got, honey?

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Pete Cock Premieres Fight night the million Dollar Heist. When
an armed robbery happens on the night of Muhammad Ali's
comeback fight, Kevin Hart is wrongfully accused of being the mastermind.
Is this a true story?

Speaker 2 (03:32):
It is based on a true story. It's Kevin Hart
did it. It's it's about a robbery a big heights
that took place the night that Ali fought. So it's
a very different take. That's just sort of the background
that the Ali fight was happening. Great cast to Kevin.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Had nothing to do with the fight.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Was like the distraction. It was like the distraction exactly,
sort of like Ocean's eleven, but really good cast. Kevin Hart,
Don Cheatles, Samuel Jackson, my boy Dexter Dardan is playing Ali.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
That's right, it's this one. Oh that's so great. Netflix
debuts The Perfect Couple Us.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Oh, we gotta watch this. This is actually good or
it looks good. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Nicole Kidman and Leave Shreiver's son are about to get married,
but a body turns up the day of the ceremony,
turning everyone into a suspect.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Our kind of our kind of show. We gotta check
this out. This is going on the sink.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
They've also got caught in the web doc on Mexico
City's Dark Underbelly, where women become entangled in an online
escort network that leads to murder.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Ooh think, ooh, this is definitely going on the sink.
We've got a lot of catching up to do, honey,
Yo a Mario Courtney Lopez Time Learning Live back. What
is the topic today in Courtney's corner?

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Oh, cinnamon rolls salivating right now?

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Love cinnamon rolls.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Well, we're gonna put a new spin on cinnamon rolls,
no pun intended. You know how the middle is. Yeah,
start with an entire package of hole wan a roll
I'm in already, I know. Slice the whole thing in half,
brush the insides with butter than sprinkle, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Now here's the twist. This is for you, because I

(05:10):
want to eat this at a layer of cooked bacon.
What put the top halves back on and bake for
fifteen to twenty minutes at three hundred and seventy five
degrees and then slather it with icing.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
This is next level cinnamon rolls with bacon. Couldn't be
worse for you.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
I couldn't think of it you're a walking harder tea.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Yeah, I couldn't think of an unhealthier snack, but it
sounds incredible.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Or Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Mario Cordy Lopez, your Bapster nation still fired up after
this week's controversial finale, it turns out that Jen had
already been dumped by Devin sometime between the taping of
the final episode and tuesdays after the final Rose special,
so she had to keep that sort of private and
not mention anything. But you know what, I think it's

(06:00):
a better move that he sort of did it sooner
rather than later later. Absolutely right, as uncomfortable as that may.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
Feel, we know the reason why.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
I believe he said it was all happening too fast
and he caught a moment alone and just was trying
to process it. And I'm like, look, that's what you say, bachelor.
I think you get caught up in sort of the
allure and then when you're alone with your thoughts in
real life sets and you're like, oh my gosh, what
did I get myself into. I'm assuming I don't know,

(06:29):
But Jesse Palmer, the host, still made Jen sit in
front of the live audience to watch the proposal and
to hit her with how you feeling about all that?

Speaker 1 (06:37):
Now?

Speaker 2 (06:37):
After all, yeah, she started hype eventilating to poor Cold
of Ice, Cold of Ice. But at least now her
consolation prize she gets to do Dancing with the Star.
So there you go. Mario Courtney Lopez here with details
of Ellen's final comedy special of her career. It's called
Ellen DeGeneres For Your Approval. Netflix will premiere it on

(06:57):
September twenty fourth.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Says this really will be her last time taking this
and she plans on She plans to talk about getting
kicked out of show business and her mundane life now
raising chickens. I don't think that's too mundane. That's nice
and relaxing.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
It is relaxing, especially when you've got those resources. You're
al Mari Courtney Lopez. Time for your comments. Would you
find today?

Speaker 5 (07:19):
Honey?

Speaker 3 (07:19):
This is from at coustou and they said, when it
comes to a speaker collection that speaks to who you
are both professionally and privately. Mario Lopez might be the
coolest in the game.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Hey, thanks at COASTU. So this dude apparently does a
lot of shoe closet videos. He goes to different people's
homes and it sounds kind of silly, but then it
ended up being kind of fun, like what's your oldest
pair of shoes? Which shoes can tell the best stories?
We know?

Speaker 3 (07:46):
The nineties when you're single.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Oh gosh, oh gosh, oh gosh. It wasn't just sad,
it was oh you saw the video, honey, she saw.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
Comment, but you never like her comments, but this one
I purposely did not.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
Oh, come on, you better like it. And I showed
a lot of the new Mario Lopez shoes lines, which,
by the way, I'm very happy with when they turned out,
they look really cool. You could dress them up, you
could dress them down, wear them with jeans or a suit.
Check them out Mario Lopez shoes dot com. But it
was funny because a lot of people say, oh, you know,

(08:22):
he's so down to earth, so humble, He's got just
you know, regular cool kicks. I'm thinking, are there dudes
out there? Was like really really expensive shoes that.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
Are yes, yes, I can we go out with people
that constantly wear designer tennis shoes and I've never seen
them not in designer, designer tennis shoes.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Yeah, those got to be pricey. So yeah, no, not
my star.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
It's just you know, I don't think I've ever seen
you wear the two pair of Gucci that you own right.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Exact because it's not my style. I am down her
a two pair of Gucci. I am down to earth.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
I am chill, which, by the way, is far less
than how many I have.

Speaker 6 (08:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (08:57):
Actually up on Twitter, on with Mario and hang on more.
Mario Lopez on the way.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Mario Courtney Lopez here, there's something to celebrate every single day.
What's today's holiday, honey?

Speaker 3 (09:09):
It is World Samosa Day.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Best girl scout cookie out there. The Samosa's underrated, put
them in afraid g Even better?

Speaker 3 (09:17):
Is Samosa a cousin to Mimosa?

Speaker 2 (09:21):
No Samosa. I think they're more along the Samoan lines.
Oh got and with the coconut involved and what have you?
I made that up. But it sounds good, doesn't it. Yes,
it sounds right. Mario Courtney Lopez here with a quick
reminder about tomorrow's iHeartRadio album release party. The new Kids
on the Block going to be performing songs from their
new album Steal Kids. Sure they're gonna be doing some

(09:42):
of their classics too.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
It's a great way to get ready for the iHeartRadio
Music Festival later this month. You can check it out
tomorrow on PBS or stream it on the PBS apps.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
You're all, Mario, Courtney Lopez, got some celebs turning a
You're older Today, we're gonna try to guess the agents.
What do we got from Charmed and scream?

Speaker 1 (10:00):
Rose McGowan.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
Rose McGowan, who I recently saw. I've been seeing her
a lot sometimes at these comic con conventions. Oh yeah,
she lives down in Can'tcu, Mexico. Now does she really? Yes?
I said, Oh, what prompted that move? I was sick
of America and everything going on a Mexican man? Yeah exactly.
I go, Wow, you went to a very touristy spotcast.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
She goes from Marilyn Manson to a Mexican man.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
She knows what's up?

Speaker 3 (10:24):
Yeah, I say, just real quick.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
The Domino's pizza there in nineteen ninety nine was phenomenal.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Oh yeah. With all that said, I'm going to say
Rose McGowan is hitting the fifth level. Fifty fifty one
fifty one is correct? Okay, you will? You did?

Speaker 4 (10:42):
And the best Batman ever and also beetlejuice.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Michael Keaton It showtime Pittsburgh. Uh, Michael Keaton is sixty seven,
seventy one seventy three Wow.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
Wow, Oh, Michael Keiths seven, Get all three more.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
Mario Courtney Lopez here in the NFL really leaning into
Taylor Swift's relationship with Travis Kelty. They have been airing
promos for tonight's game between the Chiefs and Ravens, and
Taylor appears in it more times than Patrick Mahomes. Oh
my gosh, good quarterback and uh, one of the game's
best players. They show her five times in the thirty
second spot.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
Yo.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
If they break up, NFL is gonna be so upset
you can expect Taylor cam will probably continue all fall.
And I want to tight close up on Taylor when
the Chargers beat the Chiefs in the upcoming game. All right,
let's get back to the music. Mario Courtney Lopez here,

(11:55):
Just about time to get to today's guests. Actor Max Greenfields.
He's in set of The Neighborhood is kicking off this
next month, but.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
He's also just published a new children's book that should
help your kid fall asleep faster. We'll find out all
about it after a few more songs. I want to
read that book.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
What's up you on? Mario Lopez joining me now on Zoom.
Actor and author Max Greenfelle. Welcome to the show Man.
How you been.

Speaker 8 (12:20):
It's good to see you, man, I've been well.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Thank you for having me, well, thanks.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
For taking the time. First off, happy birthday. You doing
anything special.

Speaker 8 (12:27):
I'm out on the road with this children's book.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
Man, Hey working on your birthday. That's great. Well, congrats
on that.

Speaker 8 (12:34):
It's a good place to be.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Absolutely, it's a picture book. Good night thoughts, tell me
about it. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (12:41):
So we had written three books.

Speaker 9 (12:46):
That were all sort of surrounding the idea that reading was,
you know, a scary thing for some people, and there
were books for reluctant readers, and it's sort of about
the fear of reading and the fear of learning differently,
and the fear of reading aloud.

Speaker 8 (13:01):
And we had finished those three books and the idea
of writing another one came around, and we thought, well,
why don't we try to do something that's more of
a traditional picture book. What's more traditional than a bedtime story?
And maybe we try to find a way in that's

(13:22):
sort of based in fear in general and the fears
that a child is having. And it honestly, like I
think we started writing it right around when I don't
know if you knew, do you know Leslie Jordan at all?

Speaker 2 (13:35):
I did? What a great guy he was. Was he
involved or just an inspiration for the book?

Speaker 8 (13:42):
Yeah, he was a real close friend of mine, and
he passed away right when we were trying to like
sort of conceptionally think about what the next book was
going to be. And it's really so much based on
conversations that we had, and the book is dedicated to him,
and it's sort of the book that I think that
both he and I would have wanted when we.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
Were in Well, good for you. You can pick up
good Night Thoughts wherever you get new books, hold On,
got to take a little break with that. More with
Max Greenfield, More.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Fun on the Way On with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Mario Lopez. Here, I got actor Max Greenfield on Zoom
with me talking about his new book, good Night Thoughts,
and I can't believe this man. Season seven of The
Neighborhood is kicking off this fall. That's a heck of
a run right there. You must still be having a
blast that's up on the cast.

Speaker 6 (14:25):
I can't believe it either, but but yeah, man, I mean,
you know, more than anybody of these shows, they come
around almost never, and the fact that we've gotten to
do this show for as long as we have is
such a gift.

Speaker 8 (14:39):
And the cast, who I'm sure you know most of
them are. They're such great people, and I think it's
probably the reason why we've been able to do this
show as long as we have is because we all
love each other. Everybody's everybody's the greatest, and you know,
we have our fearless leaders.

Speaker 10 (14:54):
Cedric the Entertainer.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Yeah, he's funny, I know that, dude. All right, hold on,
Max got to play some more music. What up, Mario Lopez?
Here hanging out with actor Max Greenfield from the neighborhood
and also in the works you got running point with
with Kate Hudson. What can you tell us about that?

Speaker 1 (15:10):
Oh?

Speaker 8 (15:10):
Yeah, I don't know what I can say about that?

Speaker 2 (15:12):
Then, oh yeah, it sort of.

Speaker 8 (15:17):
I could. The only thing I can say, the only
thing that I think I maybe can say is kat
Nelson is unbelievable. She is such a movie star and
it was so much fun working with her and being
a part of the show.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
I don't.

Speaker 8 (15:32):
I don't think this is where she plays like sort
of you know, a version of Genie Buss.

Speaker 10 (15:38):
It's a fictionalized show that's you know, surrounds.

Speaker 9 (15:44):
I guess in the world of professional basketball.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Got it drama, comedy or drama? Y?

Speaker 8 (15:52):
I would say it's a it's a comedy for sure,
but there's but there's some dramatic moments and I.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
Think, Okay, can you tell us where we can check
it out?

Speaker 8 (16:03):
Yeah, it'll be on Netflix at some point.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
I don't know, okay, but but yeah, I mean, i'd
still who knows.

Speaker 8 (16:09):
I don't didn't even have a release date for it yet,
but I think it's going to be great.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Right oh man, we'll congrats on that. Looking forward to it.
Let's play some more music right now, Yan Mario Lopez.
Our guest today is actor Max Greenfield, author of the
new children's book good Night Thoughts and Your Wife Too.
Also is coming out with her own book.

Speaker 4 (16:27):
Right.

Speaker 8 (16:28):
Yeah, hopefully I can retire.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
And she is get her on a book tour. I
like it. You keep the whole casa right there, the
house busy.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
Good for you.

Speaker 8 (16:40):
Yeah, Yeah, she's great. She she works so hard and
this book is incredible. It's it's it's it's a series
of essays. It's kind of a memoir.

Speaker 10 (16:50):
It's called we Decided to Go in a different direction,
and it really is. She did a beautiful, beautiful job
with this and it comes out April first, which is
a little bit of time from now.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
But I can't wait for people to see it. You
guys are splitting up, are you no? Because of the title,
it sounds like, I go, wait a minute.

Speaker 8 (17:11):
I questions. You're the first person asked. I'm so happy
that it's so funny.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
That's because I was like, it's like, you're speaking very
highly of it for someone that's getting divorced when life
goes in a different good.

Speaker 8 (17:24):
Yeah, you know, I'm really excited for people to learn
how our relationship disintegrated.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
Tell her, I said, I thought you guys would break
it up, but I'm sorry.

Speaker 8 (17:34):
Here she's gonna laugh.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Mat that's funny. Well, congrats to her. I got one
more thing I want to ask, but we gotta take
a break. I'm gonna wrap it up with Max Greenfield
in just a moment.

Speaker 7 (17:43):
You're the full interview Now on with Mario donc More.
Mario Lopez on the way.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Mario Lopez here wrapping things up with today's guest, Max Greenfield.
And I know you got kids. How many you got now?

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (17:55):
Fourteen year old daughters of freshman in high school this
year and uh, nine year old son.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Oh we're on the same program right there. Good for you.
What are they getting into? Sides? You have to do?
You have too? I have three. Actually we met I
met your son.

Speaker 8 (18:10):
I met your son, who is around I think he's
like a year or two older than my Yeah, he's
ten at.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
The Kershout channel. Yeah, there you go exactly. Yeah, he's ten.
He's ten. Oh my god, he is an he's a
mini you man. Yeah, he's he's uh, he's my little guy,
the one smaller than him.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
He's a handful.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
But yeah, they keep me on my toes. They into
the arts or sports.

Speaker 8 (18:31):
Or yeah, well the girls. Our daughter's full on volleyball.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Nice, all in nice.

Speaker 8 (18:38):
She's not about you, guys.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
She my boys are all into uh, they're into sports
and they they do jiu jitsu and they wrestle and
but also play piano and drums and all that. So
can we keep him present? My daughter yeah, exactly. We
try to keep him busy there. They're all hyped up. Well,
good for you man, congratulations. I'm glad to hear you're
not separated. And uh, good luck to you and miss Greenfield.

(19:01):
You could pick up good Night thoughts wherever you get books.
Nice to see the Max, hopefully to see in person.

Speaker 8 (19:07):
I appreciate it, Mario, Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Man.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
All right, take care. Mario Lopez and Courtney Lopez here
with some quick buzz for it. Netflix bringing back a
teen drama from the early aughts. The aughts sounds so
weird we should come up all like that. I don't
like aughts.

Speaker 3 (19:22):
What are aughts?

Speaker 2 (19:23):
The two thousands?

Speaker 4 (19:24):
It should be the singles?

Speaker 2 (19:26):
Yeah, and then and then we go back to the twenties, yeah,
or the teens and in the twenties and thirties and
so on.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
Anyway, Sophia Bush and Hillary Burton have already signed on.
No word yet if the Scott brothers, Chad Michael Murray
and James Lafferty will show up yet. Is this the
one that Gavin de Graw did the theme song for
I believe so. I wonder if they're going to.

Speaker 4 (19:45):
Use that again.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
Well, now, Brook and Peyton, her parents and their kids
are dealing with some of the same teen love drama
they lived through. The original series aired for nine seasons
on the CW and the WB.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Amaro Courtney Lopez and you know, I'm mad enough to
admit if I'm either wrong or I may have What
do you mean? What are you laughing about? I always do.
I'll always apologize if I feel I did something wrong
or if I feel I was in the wrong.

Speaker 5 (20:15):
Say this now, I'm not necessarily I'm not necessarily saying
I'm in the wrong, but I will say, Nichols, I
may owe you a slight apology kind of.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
Here's the deal. After much thought, after much thought, I
think that Scott Peterson is totally guilty and he did it. However,
based on the evidence or lack thereof, I don't know
if I would have convicted him. Does that make sense? Okay,
that makes sense. This is after watching both the docs
and really thinking about it. I think he one hundred

(20:47):
percent did it. But if I'm presented with what was
given to me after watching both docs on Netflix and
on Peacock, after hearing him speak and the lack of
I don't think I can convict a man of murder
much less to death if I don't have concrete, concrete evidence,
does that make sense? Does that make sense? I think

(21:07):
he did it. With a concrete evidence, totally think he
did it. However, I don't think based on that evidence
I can convict him. Does that make sense?

Speaker 6 (21:16):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (21:16):
But how dare you you literally after us like we
were the worst?

Speaker 2 (21:21):
Because I'm saying I'm saying you did it. I think
he still did it. I'm just saying I don't think
we can convict him.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
How many times did I turn to you during that
last episode and go see see.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
I will say I finally finished the Peacock one as well,
and the Netflix won all of it. And I still
do believe he is guilty.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
According to the letter of the law. I don't think
you can convict him based on our.

Speaker 3 (21:46):
Judicial systems because there was no evidence that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
There's reasonable doubts, because there is reasonable doubt. There's reasonable doubt.
It's not proven to me beyond a reasonable doubt one
hundred percent. I think he did it, but he's not proven.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
What to that?

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Do I sound crazy right now or something? Because this
is where we were before.

Speaker 4 (22:02):
But you contend us for it.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
No, no, no, you guys actually thought he didn't do it.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
He did do it because we saw another a thing
where it was telling us all these other things that.

Speaker 2 (22:12):
But see, I'm had enough to admit it. Yeah, no,
I'm glad.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
Do you want to what do you want a trophy?

Speaker 2 (22:16):
Just now? You just need to apologize to us publicly. No,
you guys, you guys.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
No, Mario Lopez will be right back.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
It's up your amorrow, Courtney Lopez. Time for one last
thing and missus Lopez and I had an absolute amazing
time at this wonderful resort called the Rosewood Mirrormar Up
in Montecito.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
We had the best, It was the best.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
We were alone. It was uh mom dad time without
the kids. Ironically, we get there and there's tons of kids,
tons of kids, and it kind of made me feel
better like I should bring them this. Then we felt
a little bit guilty for a little bit.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
It's like two seconds, but it's gorgeous.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
Shout out to my guy, Rick Caruso, who just really
knows how to build a paradise. My wife said it best.
She said, he's like Walt Disney for adults. He creates
these great properties like Americana, the Grove and now mehor
mar Up in Santa Barbara, which is the only beach
where you can drink on the beach.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Oh, so I.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
Felt like I was in Mexico. And the music and
the service and the staff. It was just an awesome getaway.
Never forget to date your wife. You've got to continue
dating your wife even though you get married and you
have kids. And if you can afford a little getaway
once in a while, it does help a lot.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
But again, it doesn't matter where you go, just you
need to spend time together alone.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Also, we enjoyed a really nice dinner. Well every night,
but on Sunday night, we went sort of off campus
and came back and it's quite a long walk to
the room. So we did what People magazine did. We
had a fart walk and thank god, because my wife
was blowing it up. She was. It was so aggressive.

(24:05):
He said.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
When we got back to the room, he said, God,
I'm so fool. Let's go for a walk and I
go your heart walk. Let's do your heart walk.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
That's what she said. That's what we did.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
Property This is very rare, Like I did not smell
anything come from him. I just heard one that was.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
On the whole walk.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
We walked a long time.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
And that was my shoe and it was me.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
My question to you is was it worth it?

Speaker 2 (24:32):
Did you?

Speaker 3 (24:33):
Did you feel good after.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
The couple walking behind you?

Speaker 3 (24:37):
He was a kid, It was a child.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Heserve it more.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
