just a pig and no matter how much I yell
at her, it doesn't matter.

hitting you up going door dash this to school for me.

Yes, I was social smurf.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
What else is out there?

Speaker 3 (07:49):
I know what you did last summer? The New One
with Jennifer Love hew At.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Freddy Brince Junior, Madeline Klein. When five friends inadvertently cause
a deadly car accident, they cover up their involvement and
make a pack to keep it a secret rather than
face the consequences. A year later, pass comes back to
hauntum as they learned someone knows what they did last summer.
Stalked by a killer, they soon seek out from two
survivors of the legendary Southport massacre of nineteen ninety seven.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
So this happens again. Twenty eight years later, Basically.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
Happens again and some of the same folks are involved
with more. Mario Lopez on the Way You're Onmoro Courtney
Lopez reminding.

Speaker 1 (08:24):

(09:11):
Another new social media trend is sweeping TikTok and ig
the gen Z stare. Oh so, if you're not familiar
it is. It's that blank, dead pan look, no emotion,
no response, kind of like what I've been giving the
kids since they were both.

Speaker 4 (09:27):
That's my personality. I've had that for a long time.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
Yeah, you say something to them and they just stare. Rude,
by the way, even a dummer. Some gen Zers are
refusing to say hello when they answer their phone. Instead
they say nothing, waiting for you to talk first.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
So what's happening. That's just double rude. What's the matter
with these kids? They're lazier, they're they're more they're more
rude and.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Knock it off.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Yeah, get it together, kids, how do I know if
you answered the phone? Right's silence?

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Right? All right, let's get back to music.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
Hey, you're on with Courtney Lopez. We're shaking things up
today and swapping' rolls on the show inspired by the
new Freaky Friday sequel, which you can see in theaters
on August eighth. We're going to see what's trending shortly,
but first, a little health buzz and it's good news
if you're a napper. Yes. So. A recent study suggests
that habitual napping may help preserve brain health using genetic

(10:24):
analysis through Mendolian randomization. Wow, why are you laughing at me?

Speaker 4 (10:31):
I was laughing at a joke and I told myself
in my head.

Speaker 2 (10:34):
Researchers found that people genetically predisposed to naps had larger
total brain volumes. This increase in brain size was equivalent
to two point six to six point five fewer years
of aging.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
That makes sense, because the more you sleep, it's supposed
to interesting. Listen, I've been saying for years sleep is
incredibly underrated, but naps are just as important. And yeah,
you want to look younger, you want to feel better,
you want to be healthier.

Speaker 3 (11:03):

our radio world upside down as we swap rolls and

Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan. They're both back on
the big screen August eighth. On with Mario dot Com
to see a trailer, and by the way, time to
pick your side, Team Courtney or Team Marto, because we

(11:48):
are just a few songs away from this week's fake debate.
First more music. You're with Courtney and Mario Lopez. Time
for our weekly fake debate where the topics are made
up on the spot, but the passion is real. So Fraser.
Who is going to be pro and who is going to.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Be kN I think you were con last week, so
you'll be pro. Marto will be con.

Speaker 5 (12:11):
You'll have fifteen seconds make your case, ten second rebuttal afterwards.
Your topic today, inspired by Freaky Friday, is swapping lives
with your partner and doing everything that they have to
do for twenty four hours.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
I'm Marto, You're pro.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
You're pro being Marto.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
I would love to be pro Marto for just the day.
That means I get sleep, what, I get my pill
set out for me, I get right now. I shower him,
so I would get personally cleaned by someone.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
In the shop.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Marto, you would be so incredibly overwhelmed. You have no idea.
You're struggling right now.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
We're d wait till you got to do the three
other jobs that I have to do, and you have
to keep going. It is intent. I've just got it
down now, and fortunately you get into a rhythm. But
it's on your feet every day.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Missus Lopez, first of all, who.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Said I was struggling. I think I'm doing a pretty
good job. I'm just reading stuff about what happened in
the news, not digging ditches. I just think being you
for a day would be fun. I get to look
like you, I get to be built like you.

Speaker 5 (13:25):
There's so many.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Positive people would be absolutely exhausted and would not want
to take it on for another day if they went
through what I had to go.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Through a full day.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
If you were to actually include when I'm healthy and
I get to work out and train and then do
all my jobs and then come back and deal with everything,
and then all the calls and zooms and all that.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
It's a lot. No, no, you know it more.

Speaker 4 (13:48):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Hey, you're ount with Courtney Lopez. The music rolls on
right after we make it weird with Marto's random thoughts.
What do you got, Marto?

Speaker 3 (13:59):
I like that I get a random thought today.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
I'm gonna tell you what, Quardo, there could be a
ghost aggressively break dancing next to you right now and
you would have no idea. However, I feel like we
could sense the rhythm in the air if it existed.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
It's not a song from the nineties. The rhythm in
the air, rhythm not form.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
Melda bark, Yeah, very good.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
We are in the home stretch. It is the final
hour for us, Courtney and Mario Lopez. Here, We're just
a few more songs and we're going to take another
quick look at the buzz. We're also going to honor
our comment of the week in just about thirty five
minutes or so.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
In the meantime, we're music. So we got a song
you want to hear. Drop it in our mentions on
Facebook or rects.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Add on Mario, you are on with Courtney and Mario Lopez.
Digging into the buzz because Pete Davidson is expecting.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
A baby On with Mario Hollywood Buzz.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
That's to Pete Davidson just announced he and his girlfriend,
Elsie Shewitt are expecting their first child. They made the
announcement in an eye post earlier this week. The announcement
included photos and a video of the couple, along with
footage of Hewitt's ultrasound appointment. The couple was first linked
in March of twenty twenty five. That was quick and
reportedly moved in together in May. Sources say they are

(15:15):
both living in Davidson's home in upstate New York and
rented a brownstone in Brooklyn. Davidson, thirty one, has expressed
his desire to be a father, and this will be
the first child for both Davidson and Hewitt, who's twenty nine.
Their families are reportedly happy about the news.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
It seemed like a king super quick, and he went
from one hundred to zero in the sense that he
was seemed like he was had a new girlfriend just
about every other month and now wow, just really got
locked down. But if he really wanted this, good for him,
that's going to change everything.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
Congratulations, congrat Poor Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
Hey, you're on with Courtney and Mario Lopez more music
right after a quick at Digital pit stop at Almwithmarrio
dot Com. So Mario can tell tell us what is trending.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
I'm gonna tell you.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Check out Katie Perry seemingly reference or split from Orlando
Bloom mid performance. Also why Kelly Clarkson said she's embarrassing
her kids during a mid show misshap. Oh, these artists
just busting out impromptu uh references in the middle of
the shows. J Lo's unexpected confession about marriage during her show.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
Maybe that's the new therapy.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
Maybe you're connecting with your audience. Yeah, and you want
to let it all hang.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
Out On with Mario dot Com for all that.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
More You're on Mario Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
Almost time to head home for the night, but not
before we honor our comment of the week.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
You want to send something our way, hit us up
on Facebook and acts add on with.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
Mario or over on ig at on with Mario Lopez.
Back with comment of the week. Next, first more music.
You're on with Courtney and Mario Lopez, and it's almost
time to wrap up our Freaky Friday Finnest swapping' rolls.
But first we got to honor the comment of the week.
Mario has picked out something and I'm told that it's
a good one, so we shall see. What do you

(17:01):
have for us?

Speaker 3 (17:03):
This one is from at four Lives and they say
bringing back my Space would humble some people, so quickly
imagine this generation having to deal with their friends ranking them.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
The world needs this. I never had MySpace, did you?
I did, Yeah, and you ranked your friends.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
I don't remember that.

Speaker 5 (17:18):
So the way it worked was you like you were
friends with people, but on your MySpace page there was
a It initially was I think a top eight and
you could move them into positions so you could choose
eight people.

Speaker 4 (17:30):
Out of all your friends.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
Think people you would have.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
They would have like they're the favorites.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Yeah, they were like that.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
I think is it just an arbitrary or this is
my first favorite?

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Mind?

Speaker 4 (17:37):
No, no, no.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
You got to put them in those places, so you
essentially ranked your friends.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
So then people were like, why am I not in
their top eight?

Speaker 2 (17:43):
I do remember that now. I do remember that.

Speaker 5 (17:45):
I think they expanded it to like a top ten
at one point and then they brought it back down.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
Or something like that.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
I just remember changing my background in the music the media.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
You could have like a profile song that would play
every time someone went to your page, and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
Very first social media was Twitter that I had, and
that was the first one you got, the very verse
one I got.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Well, you would have loved MySpace.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
We'll be right back with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
That's it. Thanks for hanging with us. I hope you
enjoyed all of our freak Her Friday fun. Don't forget
Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan are back in Freakier
Friday on August eighth, and this time it's not just
mother and daughter who switch on with Mario dot Com
for a trailer and to relive all of our radio
swapping fun more fun on Monday. Until then, this is
Courtney and Marito Lopez saying Goodbye Your Loud with Mario
