The Boogie Woogie, first of all, I love the just
the way it sounds.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
What did it look like exactly?

Speaker 4 (00:41):
I mean it was absolute insanity. Is a monster in
platform heels kind of like seventies. You had like a
little toughs of orange hair coming out of his middrift.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
It was super ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
That's funny, man, that's funny. Now the Internet seemed to
know was you for a while.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Did jump on quick?

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Yeah, they jumped on it quick. I think a compliment
distinctive voice. How did no one guess you think?

Speaker 3 (01:03):
I have no idea.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
I think that it is deceptive when it can be anyone.
It's actually hard hard to guess.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah, did you have a favorite song you covered?

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Golden Hour is Sick? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Nice.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
You also did a duo with the Griffin which turned
out to be James Vanderbeek. Did you know it was
him or do they keep it a secret from you?

Speaker 3 (01:22):
Guys too, they keep everything a secret. You don't know anything.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
We're all walking around either in full ridiculous mascot costumes
or with like a don't talk to Me sweatshirt and
like a mask.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Yeah, even amongst competitors. Interesting.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
And you also released a new album a few weeks
back called The Friends and Family Sessions, And these are
basically stripped down versions of some of your some of
your biggest songs.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Right, yeah, biggest songs, and then stripped down from the
most recent record Monster.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Yeah nice.

Speaker 1 (01:47):

out on the Monster Tour, which you just mentioned. What
can UH fans expect to see when they see you
live if they've ever seen you before?

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Man, it's really fun, especially the summer, like Amphitheater.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
Tour just like Big just it's just like the energy
at concerts in the summer, singing like the most of
my songs and then a lot from this new record.
It's just like a great it's a great time. My
favorite thing is to be at a concert in the summer.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
That's my favorite exactly.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
But this is where I want to be. Is everybody
feeling good?

Speaker 1 (02:20):
You know nothing better I live music, you know outside
it's the best.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
I agree. And you're also doing a bunch of shows
with Shania Twain. That's cool. How cool is that? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:30):
She's the queen dude.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Yeah, man, so that's how did that collab come about?

Speaker 4 (02:34):
They just called me like a couple of weeks ago,
like you want to go do a couple of shows.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
I'm like, hell, yeah, that's sweet it dude.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Good for you, man, congrats.

Speaker 1 (02:42):

how many kids?

What are they into?

Speaker 3 (02:54):

Speaker 4 (02:55):
So my oldest is into dancing and my youngest is
like super into science, which.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Great, Wow, that's that is cool. Yeah, both different ends
there of the end of the spectrum.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
They both like to sing a lot, which is great.
We sing it at home all the time.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Oh that's awesome, man, that's good. Are you done? Are
you still gonna be getting in there?

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Who knows? Who knows? Looking at how many you got?

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Three?

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Three? Okay? Would you encourage a third? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:19):
I don't think a third. It is different, it's very different.
You got to switch to man coverage, but it does
change the dynamic. But it's fun now. I can't imagine
without it, you know.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
I know, right, That's what I've heard. So we'll see.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Maybe, we'll see, we'll see, buddy.

Boysober

Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
