that you like to mix it up. You just got
revealed the other night as the poodle moth. First that
first off, what what what is a poodle moth?

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Well, it's a very sweet little insect that most people
don't know about with.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
I thought it was a type of poodle. It's a
type of insect. It's a month, got it, it's a
month understood? Understood? Did you select that on your own
or was it presented to you? And you said, sort of.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
A collaboration of got it.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
We wanted something that was like symbolic of sort of
you know, going to the light, the light of Hollywood,
you know, like sort of finding myself and all that jazz.
So the costume designer, who was incredible, she and I
sort of brought it to life together.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
So you you sang some Miranda Lambert, Natasha Beddingfield, Billy Joel.
What was the next song you play?

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Oh, Jesse? J Ay?

All right, Jay Okay, Yeah, I gotta imagine it's difficult
to perform in those suits, right.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
People don't know. People do not know.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
I didn't know because in theory, sure you're like, oh great,
but then to put it on and like there were
so many pieces and then I had wings and then
it was like, I don't even know if I can breathe,
how can.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
I sing so exactly exactly? And I know you have
or pardon me. We've heard your song's original songs before
and your musician, yourself. Any new music in the works.

feel good movie.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
It's based on a true story of a man in
the north of England in a town called Burnley. He
created a bank for people who couldn't afford, like, who
never could get loans, and I want to help back,
you know, get back and help my community. And so
you know, I love the tender field good stuff. So
this second the sequel is really about him trying to

(03:10):
take down payday lenders because you know, they gouge people
and they can never pay that interesting.

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
