Even I'm doing amazing. I love the introductions. Every time
you introduced me. I'm like, I want you to introduce
me everywhere. Producer, actress, I'm like, just keep adding stuff.

I'll do a report and you put on your phone
right there. Congratulations on the new podcast, Sisters of the
Underground is the name of it. It's a scripted show, right, yes,
a scripted podcast about the Mirabal Sisters, who were these
three four sisters from the Dominican Republic that started a
revolution against the dictator traffire to heed you back in

the nineties sixties. It's very, very exciting to be a
part of it. This is our third episode, just dropped
yesterday on my Heart. Awesome, awesome, and I love that
it's a true story. You always get me hooked whenever
I hear based on a true story. Um, could you
possibly see these stories of these women being adapted for
TV or movies? You know, originally this is something that

I produced with Eva and the the original you know concept.
This will really have it be on a series and
a television show, and then we ended up with the
opportunity to do it as a podcast, and obviously we
took it. It was a very different way to tell
the story. But it's absolutely something that could be on
the under the screen, silver screen or whatever. Yeah, very empowering.
Um and recently announced congratulations in new police drama for

Fox called Alert. What can Alert? What can you talk about?
It's very exciting, you know. This is uh, it's written.
The creator is John Eisendra who did The Blacklist and
for for Fox as well, so like he's very much involved.
It's I played Nikki. They changed my name from Nicky

Parker now I'm Nikki Battista. Uh, and I lose my
son early on, and then I go and joined the
Missing Unit, missing person's Unit, and I'm just there to
help people find find their their locals and their kids.
And actually Scotty Khan is my partner. Oh that's great, Okay, Yeah,

he's amazing. You know, it's so funny because we worked
together on Entourage way back in the day. What we
never had any scenes together, so this is the first
time that we're working together. And he's so talented. I
just feel like the whole production is amazing. I mean
Montreal right now filming and slated for I believe early
next year. Oh wow, congratulations, So happy for you. So

you're shooting in Montreal right now? That's what the show? Yeah,
I mean I'm in Montreal right now with a great
fun city to be shooting it right there. If if
you remember, please tell Scott I said hello because we
used to box together. He used to spar and I
know he's into jiu jitsu now, which I'm into too,
So tell him if you remember, Mario wants to roll
with you. He'll get that, and tell him my name,

my latest, my my baby Santino after his dad, who
his dad played in the movie The Godfather. Oh wow,
that's so special. Yeah, I'm gonna see him tomorrow, Like
today was you caught me? Have it? Got my day off?
So I definitely am going to see him tomorrow. And
I'll mentioned that he's such a nice guy, right, it's

that's awesome. Oh cool. Well, um, I want to talk
about Sweet too. Season one was a big hit for Netflix.
Uh do we know anything about season two? Yet? But
we'll just finished filming season two, so I've been very busy.
I got back to l A and we did the
show with you and and kids, and then basically jumped
on a plane the week after. I remember being on

(03:33):
the show. We've been telling you, like I can't really
tell you things haven't like you know, been finalized for
the show alert, But yeah, we finished season two. It's
it's so exciting because it's a lot darker, a little
bit like two season two than it was season one.
I don't know if you know, but it's based on
a comic book and it's three books. Robert Danley Jr.
Produces it. This season coming up. It's very exciting because

(03:56):
it's all about getting the kids back and it's very
dramatic and there's war. The meat guys are meaner and
batter and um. Netflix is really behind the show. So
we're hoping, I mean, I just did a d R
for the first four episodes, so we're hoping to also
be out early next week, I mean early next year.
That's awesome. And that show you shoot in New Zealand, correct, Yes,

film in New Zealand. All these fun locations you get
to work in New Zealand Montreal. Wow, it's not like
you're stuck in Albuquerque or outside of a Diriana or something.
You're getting all these really cool locations. Yeah, I'm very
I feel very lucky. Except this time around. You know,
I took my family and my children with the New Zealand,
So this time around, I'm not I'm missing them without

(04:41):
my babies, I know, speaking of them, how old are
the twins now? Eight? Eight? And what are they into everything?
They're eight years old, they're like but you know, they're
really are into roadblocks and you know, playing video games
and creating stuff like that. Um, and they like got
my daughter especially Maybe it's just as she really wants

(05:03):
to get into Spider Man or you know, Spider Woman
or whatever. Like she gets she's very athletic, so she
wants to be into becoming a ninja. That's the new thing.
Good for her. We need more ninjas in this world.
