How are you? How you doing?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
I'm doing well, man, I'm doing well. Hey, the voice
is sounding cooler than ever.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I gotta say, right there.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
I remember I was watching a movie with my kids
and you did a voice over, first time I ever
heard it. You were like a pelican or a big
albatross or something storks.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
That's it. That was such a fun movie. Yeah, you
know what.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
It's so funny because kids, I guess they know my
voice because every time I'm in the airport the mom
me me mean, I mean, it's a jashper.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
That's so funny. Man, Well, such a distinct boy. That's great,
and congrats on the movie. What's seven Cemeteries? About?

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Seven Cemeteries is about me getting out of prison and
this guy killing me. And he's the guy that stole
uh this ranch from you know, my wife and and
uh and so when I came out of prison, a
blue house after he showed me this rue house brings

me back, right because she hates this guy too, right,
and so then she hired that she has me.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Like revived my gang. My gang's all zombie.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
You have a gang of zombies that's tight, and so
you start start getting down with zombies.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Let me this movie. It's a horror movie, but it's funny.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
I mean, it's like you know, And I was like,
I was like, really, I'll be trying to a scene
and cracking.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Up, you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (01:51):
No, No, I can't wait. Man, I'm gonna check it
out because it sounds awesome. Part zombie, part action, part comedy.
Do you know what number movie this is for you, Danny?

Speaker 3 (02:01):
I know I got over four hundred something appearances.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Dude, that's amazing that I know. I've died more than
anybody into movies.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
You've gotten killed more than anybody in the movies. That
is a fun factor right there.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
And I've been killed by the best. I had Robert
de Niro shoot me that you've been killed by the best.
I love it. I love it. Oh yeah, de Niro
killed you a Heat.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
He killed you in Heat. I remember that.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Yeah, my chet, that my chete, and this one I
got even for all the times I got killed.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Okay, very good, everybody, very good. I saw you posted
a throwback from the set of Heat. I absolutely love
that movie, one of my favorite movies. I know they're
they're thinking about doing a remake. It's tough when you
take on a classic like that. What was the best
part of making that movie? What do you remember most Yes.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Hanging out with Robert de Niro. I mean, Tommy was calling.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
You because we did a Heat and to him and
then we did Uh. I asked him and Robert if
he would do much at that for me. He came
and did much at it.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
That's right. That's cool man, that he came and did that.
That's kind of thing that happened.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Robert de Niro invites me to dinner in Austin, Texas. Right,
So I had my kids with me, right, So they come,
Gilbert and Daniel, they come right.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
So as we sit down.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Robert de Niro asked me a movie question, you know,
one of those you know, do you know this director?

Speaker 2 (03:33):
French director? He did Julia.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Way and what did and I you know, I I'm
a worker, b I show up, I know my lines,
I don't bump in the furniture. And nine times out
of ten I learned the director's name when I get there.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I didn't say. No, that's lit maintenance.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
I like it. My son, Gilbert says, oh that director
he did blah blah blah. The rest of the night
was spent Robert de Niro and my son discussing movie history.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Oh that's awesome. Hey, that's a cool moment, man, I
like that. I appreciate you telling me that right there.
That was so cool.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
I bet Hey, I know earlier this spring you turn
eighty years old. Bro.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
That's why nobody keeps telling me that. Man, I don't
want to believe it. Man, I mean, you look great.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
You're feeling good.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Hey, I feel great. I do my little walk still,
and I do my little way. You know what, Hey,
I used to push three fifteen homes. Is that right?
You were that strong pushing? Damn, that's what I used
to do. Yea, that's an awesome day. I'm strong.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
I can get it now. I can get like about
fifteen on each side.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Hey, at least you're doing it though. At least you're
doing it. That's awesome.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
And in November, you're gonna be going to the fiftieth
anniversary concert.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
With Los Lobos. Those guys are legends right there. That's cool.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
Yes, and we're the music the record label's doing really
good today.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Hold music, it's doing great, man, that's.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
This one Lady kool Aid who knows knows the music business.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
So we got we got shows set up now for
about the next eight.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Or nine months.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
That's great, man.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
You know what, the music industry has changed so much.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
You can't you can't make money selling records anymore.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
It's all it's and it's like funny.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Everybody's making fun of of what's her name Swift, the
Taylor Swift and the Swift because she's oh was he?

Speaker 2 (05:40):
You know she made a baby you know what? That
little girl works homes. Yeah no, I was looking at it.
Yeah no, no, uh they'll be in London hole and
tonight they'll be in in Germany and tonight they'll.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Be and I thought, damn, man, what a work ethic
that she's got.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Yeah. No, no, you're very impressive, you shirt. I'm a swiftie.
Yeah that's tight.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
I like that you mentioned the record company. The docs
are still killing it, man. I didn't know this though.
You have a secret menu item called my check that style?
What what comes on that?

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Hey? I know how I love you. But what if
I give you the secret? I have to kill you.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
All right, Well that'll remain a secret then, fair enough. Meanwhile,
