Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're on with Mario Libitz, Tabora, Mario Lopezz joining me
right now for the Real Housewives of New Jersey, daughter
of Teresa Judas, Gia Judas. How are you, Jia? Hi?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Are you?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
I'm doing well and we were just talking right before.
I like the original pronunciation of your name, Juda Chase,
very pretty, Gia.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Oh Juich, So you can call me Gio Judice.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Very good, very good. Sounds good. By the way, I
also love Gia because I have a daughter named Gia.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Yes, that's right. My mom told me that you are
so right.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Your mom's a sweetheart. Known her for years now. I
can't believe after talking with her throughout the years. Now
I'm talking to her daughter, who's twenty four. Dan, you
were like five years old ten minutes ago.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
What happened? It's crazy? Time is flying.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
How old are you when your mom started doing the
first season?

Speaker 3 (00:48):
I was I want to say probably seven or eight.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
When Audriana was born.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Audrianna was born on the show, I want to say
season two or three and I was nine.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Audrianna and I are nine years apart.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
Yeah, it had to have been seven or eight.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
That's a trip. All that's good for you, And congrats,
you got a new podcast, Casual Chaos. It just launched
on iHeartRadio. What are you talking about on there?

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Honestly, I just want to relate to my audience, kind
of give them my experience on things if anyone's dealing
with divorce, incarceration, and then I also want to talk
about things that are really relatable to young girls, so
and young adults, so health, wellness, girl talk, boy talk,
just all the things that a girl would relate to,

(01:33):
but also to help my fans if they're also dealing
with anything like any hard times.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Yeah, no, all that stuff's very relatable. And I know
in one of the episodes you addressed a feud with
Bethany Franco. I didn't even know that was the thing
what was happening right there?

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Honestly, I think it was very.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Honestly, I think it was just something that was not
necessary to talk about my mom, you know her, She
has done everything and more for my family and everything's
under control.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
So by me saying that and making my comment, I.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Was basically just saying, you know, treat others the way
you'd want to be treated. Let's not talk about things
let's stuff bring any negative attention or.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Like to a situation as a parent and a mother.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
So that's all I was saying, and just trying to
honestly protect my sisters.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
At the end of the day, good for you. And
do you have guests on your podcast?

Speaker 3 (02:27):
I do, yes.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
An episode actually just aired at midnight and I had
Sammy Sheen this week.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Okay, try.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
She was very cool, her story was super interesting, so
it was great.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
I bet it was. I bet it was. And being
that you essentially grew up on TV, did you enjoy
the experience? Did you not know any better?

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Really?

Speaker 1 (02:49):
And I was avoid I think so.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
I think I really didn't know anything different. But also
as a little girl, I was a girly girl. I
loved acting, modeling.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
My mom would make us say fabulous before taking photos,
otherwise we like, would it be able to go do
what we wanted to do?

Speaker 3 (03:06):
It was very picture, picture picture.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
My mom changed me as a kid fifty times a
day just to do a new photo shoot with me.
So I was very used to it. That's how my
mom was even just growing up before the show, so
once I think it really hit me in my middle
school and high school years. More so you know, just
seeing other kids from my town and watching the show,

(03:31):
seeing and then honestly, when the incarceration happened, it was
a lot of you know, negative publicity.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
It was a big toll on my family.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
And so that was a lot just you know, growing
up in a public middle school in high school. But
then I became to embrace it and love it and
love the influencing.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
World and I love what I do now.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
So it all, you know, everything has its bad times
and good times and you know, positive but negative.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
So it's definitely been an uphill battle.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
I would say, well, now you're about to start on
the new Bravo series Next Gen NYC. What's going on
in this series? Tell me about this?

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Yeah, this show was super exciting and it was so
fun to film. It is airing on June third on Bravo.
We are that we filmed in New York City you
can tell by the name. But it was a really
fun show to film. I'm super excited for everyone to
see it and kind of just also see me in

(04:34):
a different light and in my own light, which I'm
very excited about.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
And how many people are in the cast.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
There ten I think in the promo you guys can
see the first promo P ten of us.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
Okay, okay, cool, we're looking forward to checking that out.
And I know, did you attend your dad's boxing match
in the Bahamas?

Speaker 3 (04:55):
I did? I did?

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Who did he fight?

Speaker 3 (04:59):
He fought Ahni Noah j Lo's first year.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Yeah, how was it? How was the fight?

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Yeah? It was awesome. Honestly, my adrenaline kicked my ass.
I was so nervous. Yeah, but he did great. It
was a pretty fair fight, though. I have to say
Ahani threw some good punches.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
So did my dad landed?

Speaker 2 (05:23):
I mean, it was it was fun. My dad fought
his whole life. He was a black belt in karate,
so he but it's totally different and he's in his fifties.
He's in his fifties.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Now, Like it was just a different ball game.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
But I was definitely nervous. But it was a fun fight.
Hopefully he'll do another one.
