I love it, you know, Actually filming with Guy Ritchie
in the Gang, Yeah, full on, like solid, don't know
how many years Guy's been doing it, but he's a
he's a solid black belt.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
But all those guys, Ivan, Babs, Alex, all of them trains, and.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
I was like, you know, I've been putting it off
so long.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
As soon as i finished Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare we
filmed in Turkey, I found my closest gym in La
good Fan and it was one of the best gyms.
It was Maraki over in sort of on Olympic walked
in and never I'm back man. Three days a week.
Was was killing it for a long time, and then
I moved to London and it's a little harder to

(01:06):
get into a regular kind of thing here.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Yeah, good good luck to you.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
It's an awesome journey.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
And yeah, it's like solving physical puzzles all the time
and you never stopped learning, so it's awesome.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
I love to hear it. I love to hear it.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
But you know, I was I was like waiting for
the day. I was like, I know it's going to happen.
When when's the first big injury going to happen? And
I was like, I don't. I don't practice leg lots
on the moment.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
But a heavy dude was like sat on my leg
and I was like, damn it, this is this is it?

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Yeah, watch the heavy guys. You got to watch the
heavy guys and the young guys. Yeah, exactly, Wat's in both.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Well.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Congratulations on the new movie, Daniella Forever. I know, I
just hit theaters and looks like a wild film.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Kind of a sci fi love story.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Is that what it's about, man, dude?

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Yeah, wild director by the name of Naturo vig Alndo.
He did this wonderful film with Anne Hathaway I think
twenty fourteen called Colossal Colossus, Colossal one of them. But
like I watched it and I remember thinking to myself,
if this director can pull off a story like this.

(02:10):
It was like this sci fi mixed with this this
sort of love story slash kind of abuse story of abuse,
and I was like, if you can pull it off
in a way that keeps me engaged and like, and
I love this, this this sort of element of sci fi. Like,
whatever he's doing, I want to be a part of it.

(02:30):
So this script came up sort of across my table.
Daniella Forever read it, fell in love with the characters
and I was like, I'm doing it.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Where we shooting and he's like Madrid. I was like,
oh a.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Man, even better, even better. That's awesome, brother.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
And you also got another film out as well right now.
This one just hit Netflix, The Old Guard Too. Great
cast too, Charlie Starren and with Thurman. You would tell
Edgi four, what's this one about?

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Oh? That one? That one.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
It's a follow up from from the film that came
out around during COVID. Actually, I think everybody was sort
of a captive audience member.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
And it was. And so it's expanding.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
On this this idea of the immortals, what effect they
have on society, what kind of ripple effect their actions
have had in the history of sort of humanity, and
what the flip side of that coin is. And that's
where sort of UMA's character comes in. Man seeing her

(03:32):
and and Thuran du get out. Yeah, pretty good.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
That's a that's a pretty cool front row seat to
have right there. And you're also in season two of
nine Perfect Strangers with the Nicole kidman over on Hulu.
The busiest woman in Hollywood.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
I think I don't know how she doesn't man Like,
every time I switch on the TV and it's like
her looking fabulous.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Yeah, I think she's cloned herself or I don't know
what happened. That must have been fun. That must have
been a fun experience with her though, very to Yeah,
that was wonderful.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
We did.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
We did six months in Munich and Austria, so we
we were shooting out in Europe for a long time,
one full cost. We had Christine Baranski, Murray Butler, Annie
Murphy to name but a few, and and we just
had a hell.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Of a time.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
And yeah, it's so much so that it made me
kind of reconsider moving back.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
To Europe, which we did okay and worth home right now?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Right now it's London.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Oh he is London? Okay.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
So after pretty much after that project, I was like, man,
I can't have my family halfway across the world while
I'm filming like this. There needs to be a balance. Yeah,
So we shifted over. We we spend a lot of
time over here. I'm still in that lay a lot
so good. It's like I lived there anyway.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Good.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
So when you're here, you'll hit me up and then
we'll we'll hopefully we'll roll around that we'll injure each other,
so we'll.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Try to avoid that. Speaking of your family, you have
two girls, right.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Yeah, man, two girls in the in the deep thick
of it. Four year old and coming up to two
year old.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Oh it's the best. That's the best.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
You've got a couple of three around.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
I have a daughter and two boys.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Amazing. WHOA All right?

Speaker 2 (05:16):

to go for fourth. My wife said, you'll have to
do that with someone else. Are you Are you wrapped up?

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Is that?

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Is this shop closed or you're still.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Open for business?

Speaker 4 (05:26):
I mean there's there's murmurings, there's like there's wishers in
the rock, but I just can't wrap my head around
the third.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
I don't know, like I need become my wife. But
it's still the conversation still comes up.
