Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're on with Mario Lopez. So Mario Lopez joining me
right now on zoom from the Real Housewives of Miami
Larsa pipp And how are you.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Larsa, Hey, Mario, how's it going.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
It's going well. Nice to see you look great as always.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Thank you, and I seeing me too. I feel like
I've seen you for like one hundred years and you
won't ever age. I don't know what you do, but
like I need to on your like your program.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
You're sweet. I try to drink a lot of tequila
steamed balmed. You know. Well. Season seven of The Housewives
in Miami is about to premiere on June eleventh. Do
we have any cast changes? Is there major differences going
on this season?

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Yeah, we actually have a new cast member. Her name
is Stephanie Shojai. She is so much fun. I feel
like the viewers are really going to love her. She
brings a lot to the show.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Okay, And is it true you're gonna address your your
breakup with Marcus in the new season.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
I mean, I don't know if I necessarily addressed it.
I just feel like it. You know, it was tough
going through that publicly, and you know, I felt like
this season, of all seasons, I really needed my friends.
Normally I'm like tough and strong. In this season, I
was really emotional about the whole breakup and just dealing
with it publicly, and so I really needed the girls

(01:17):
to support me and be there for me.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Yeah. No, those are always tell especially publicly. But you
never have a shortage of suitors. I saw you have
a new boyfriend already, right.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Oh yes, I do for a year, though I didn't
go out for a whole year.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Oh yeah, that's pretty good.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
That's pretty good. Sixty five days of like mourning.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yeah yeah, and his name's Jeff.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Right. How you guys?

Speaker 1 (01:41):
How'd you guys meet?

Speaker 2 (01:44):
We met? We met at a party, so we both
go to the same gym, but we did never see
each other at the gym the gym DBC had his
tenure anniversary, and so we met the party.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Okay, nice, and they can work out together now, all right.
I know you recently got into the spirits game as well,
with the launch of is it Olufo?

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah? Oh yeah, Aluko.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah tequila nice? How'd you get involved with that?

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Ten years maybe twelve years ago, my dad wanted me
to do a tequila within. My dad's like, I think
we should do a tequila. One of his business partners
had a nagave farm in Mexico, and I was like,
I don't have time. I'm so busy, my kids are young.
And then fast forward years go by and I was like, wait,
and I really want to do it again. So we

(02:31):
decided to launch a lujo. It is the most ultra
premium and yeho, it tastes so good. The bottle is
so sexy. I'm really proud of it. It's going to
be super great.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Congrats. I'd love to check it out, all right.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Yeah, I feel like you'd be a good taste like you.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah, part of a connoisseur. You mentioned your dad. I'm
just curious, what is your ethnicity. I've always wanted to ask.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Yeah, so my dad is a Syrian su Yeah, my
dad and my mom is Lebanese and.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Your mom's Lebanese. Does your dad speak or make Yeah, Okay,
that's the language of Jesus exactly back in the day.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Okay. I like that.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
I like all this culture right there. You also launched
a new dating app, date dot Com. How would you
describe this app as opposed to other dating apps?

Speaker 2 (03:17):
This is like the smartest dating app. It's powered by AI.
It's an easy, safe way to date. When I was single,
my friends and I were trying to find dating apps.
I'm like, let's just get on some dating app just
to have fun. And we were looking at all these
different dating apps. There were certain things that I was like,
I could never call someone and give them my phone
number if I was on a dating app. That would

(03:37):
be scary because what if I like the way you look,
but then I talked to you and I never want
to talk to you again.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Yeah, then you got yeah exactly, and this guy.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Has my phone number and I can't keep changing my
phone number. And so date dot com has this amazing
feature where you can call from the actual app. You
can video call from the actual apps. You never have
to give all your personal phone number.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Okay, I like that move.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
And it has like this no catfishing thing. So there's
a camera that's built in the app, so you have
to take a photo with the app to upload for
your profile, rather than uploading a edited photo of yourself.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Yeah huh. I kind of like that because I was
already uh married when the uh the dating app uh
phenomenon came on the scene, so I kind of I
didn't get an opportunity, but yeah, that would have been
a fascinating world to dive into, right there. Autobus swiping
up a storm.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Mass text. So if you're on the dating set and
you see five guys that you think are cute, you
can text five guys at the same time. Yeah, you
can mass text them and just say, hey, how's your
weekend going? So smart weight they.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Know each other day. I know you're hitting them all
at the same time.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Oh no, no, no, no, oh good good. You can
have the Bachelor.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Yeah, you have your version of the Bachelor or the Bachelorette.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
I like that. Okay, a smart way of dating.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Yeah, all right, and uh of course thanks're also mom.
How how old are the kids now?

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Scottie Junior is twenty four, Preston is twenty two, Justin's nineteen,
and Sophia sixteen. Wow.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Almost all full of on adults.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
It's crazy. It's really crazy.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
That's crazy. That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
That's cool.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Well, good for you and Miami treating you good.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Yeah, I love it. I've got a new house. I mean,
as you can tell, it's like starting to range. It's
raining all day. But Yeah, I love it. It's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Yeah no, that looks very nice back there. Well, congratulations
on everything and listen. Be sure to catch Larsa on
the new season of The Real House Size of Miami,
premiering June eleventh on Bravo. Larsa, thanks for checking in.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
