Buck Sexton tackles the wild claims surrounding Donald Trump’s alleged plans to use the military to arrest political enemies, breaking down the absurdity of these accusations. Buck also dives into the media’s sensationalism, comparing a potential Trump rally at Madison Square Garden to Nazi gatherings, and discusses the ongoing attack on traditional masculinity, with political figures like Tim Walz at the center. The conversation highlights the media’s role in stoking fear, Kamala Harris’ controversial plans for black voters, and Joe Biden’s complicated position within the Democratic Party as the election race heats up.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Hey, welcome to the buck Brief. They're freaking out because
it looks like Donald Trump is winning this election at
least as of today, and leading the freak out brigade
right now. James Carville, that's right. He's still out there
talking about Steph here. He is saying that they're going

(00:40):
to that Trump is going to arrest political enemies use
the military, even play.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
It well, I would, first of all, have a lot
of people say that to use the US military to
round up domestic enemies is about as any constitutional is
anything that you can think of. And that he's holding
a rally in Madison Square Garden that, I'm sorry, is
a mimic of a rally held on February twentieth, nineteen

(01:09):
thirty nine by the American Nazi Party. And we've got
to quit being timid about making these connections that he
is going out of his way to make. We're going
to get serious here with the threat that we faced
with That's my point. We're not near serious enough.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
He's insane and I'm just wondering, only when Trump goes
to Madison Square Garden, which is the primary arena in Manhattan. Okay,
only when Trump does that, is it all of a
sudden hearkening back to Nazis one hundred years ago. There
are events at Madison Square Garden all the time. There's
all kinds of stuff that goes on and anyhow. There's wrestling,

(01:49):
there's knicks basketball, there's you know, you name it, PBR.
I've been to the bull riding there a bunch of times.
And the only time that all of a sudden it
is mimicking Nazis when Donald Trump does it. This is crazy.
This is the kind of stuff that, oh, I don't know,
if you were worried about political rhetoric, and if you
were concerned about the future of a political system where

(02:14):
there's already been violence, attempted assassination, two attempted assassinations against
one political candidate, don't you think you'd dial this down
a little bit?

Speaker 3 (02:22):
But no.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
In fact, Kamala Walls, all of them are now out there,
their last their last pitch, their last effort here to
the American people, is Trump is going to lock you
up with the military he's gonna send the military to
like the military first of all, wouldn't do this, all right,

(02:42):
this is this is all just in the fever dreams
of Libs who have completely lost it. But you can
start to understand why they're losing it because, oh, I
don't know. The the Tim Walls manliness Tour, yay fabulous,
it's not exactly going the way that they had planned.
You know, Little Timmy Walls is going out there pheasant
hunting and at the end of the day he just

(03:04):
kicks back with his bud light, puts on his puts
on his fuzzy slippers and his pink robe and tells everybody, gosh,
I'm excited for what's on the Real Housewives tonight. Like
Walls is not getting it done. The masculinity gap that
Democrats have is real, the assault on masculinity, the sault
on being men Israel in part because so much of

(03:26):
the Democrat Party is obsessed with undermining individual achievement, risk taking, control, aggression, courage,
individual freedom, standing against the machine, standing against the system,
knowing what is true, regardless of the forces against you
and the odds. The Left doesn't like any of that.
They want drones they want us neutered. That is the

(03:51):
gender identity nonsense they push on us. But it's also
across the entire culture. They want the American male to
be a neutered low T low aggression drone in the
machinery of oh I'm a mal feminist. And this is
why they're losing the mail vote by so much. That

(04:13):
is why having Tim Walls and remember they picked this fight.
They said, oh, Tim Walls, he loves going, you can
trust him. Then he saw him loading a shotgun. You're like,
you know it's you're not doing open heart surgery, body,
You know what I mean. You put the shells in
there and you know, point goes boom. Hopefully a duck
or a pheasant falls out of the sky, and you
know that's how it goes. So yes, I think that

(04:34):
they are in a panic mode and all this stuff
about Trump is going to use the military to round
up his enemies, but just it's never going to happen.
It's wildly irresponsible to say it. But over a morning, Joe,
they look like they're gonna cry when they talk about this.
I mean, because like, oh my gosh, you'dn't understand, like
where what will happen. Who will take care of all
my servants if I'm locked up by Trump's military? You know,

(04:56):
where is them? Where are the maids? Who's going to
cut the hedges at the house in Nantucket? Like, what
is going to happen?

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Yeah, well it'll be okay, it's not gonna happen, all right.
In fact, the funniest part of this all, and I
almost hesitate to tell you this, but it's true, is
that all these lips will look, oh my gosh, what
if Trump wins. They're all gonna make more money and
have more audience if Trump does win, because then they'll
go back into the resistance. And the whole thing is
it's just a scam. It's a scam. It's absurd. Oh

(05:26):
and then there's also Kamala trying to win over black
more black voters. Yeah, she's gonna win eighty percent of
the black vote. Then I know that, and I live
in reality. There's gonna be eighty percent of the black
vote that goes for Kamala, maybe though it's only eighty
eighty five percent. And if that's the case, big problem
in Michigan, big problem in Philadelphia, I mean in Pennsylvania.
Rather we'll get to that. You know, with the massive

(05:48):
tax hes proposed by the Vice President and almost forty
percent top income tax rate, seven percent increase the corporate tax,
capital gains tax on unrealized gains, and the fact that
she's proposing to add almost two trillion dollars to a
current two trillion dollar deficit, you might be thinking it's
time to make more of your tax sheltered and inflation
sheltered savings. This is where I trust the good people

(06:10):
at Birch Gold Group to help you. Birch Gold will

stand for the Harris campaign on black voters. It is
not going as they are hoping, and even more terrifying

(06:55):
for the Democrats. Right now, here's CNN's Harry Entin, their
numbers guy, telling everybody that Trump could have the best
performance with black voters since Richard Nixon in nineteen sixty.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
I mean, the bottom line is, at this particular hour,
if you believe the polling, Donald Trump's going to put
up the best performance with black voters since Richard Nixon
back in nineteen hundred and sixty, not sixty eight, since
nineteen hundred and sixty, that's sixty four years ago. Among
Hispanic voters, Donald Trump's going to put up the best
performance for Republicans since two thousand and four in George W.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Bush.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
That's a big deal because, first of all, isn't it
fascinating that in the last election, in particular, there's a
lot of focus on Trump is a white nationalist, Trump
is a racist, and yet he might have the best
term of the best support of the black community that
we will have seen since nineteen sixty. That tells you something.

(07:52):
First of all, it tells you the media is constantly
lying to you, which I know you know, but it's
worth noting, oh, he's such a racist, such a racist,
that more and more black people are, you know, with
the passage of time with Trump as president and now
running again, they're saying, you know what, I think I'm
gonna give this guy a shot. He's not a racist. Look,
there are there are shortcomings that Donald Trump has, and

(08:14):
I'm aware of them, and you are aware of them.
He is not a racist. He is not an anti Semite. Okay,
does he like pretty ladies a little too much? I don't,
you know. I don't want to cast any stones there,
but I'm not saying he's perfect. But he's not a
racist and he's not an anti Semite. So this stuff
that they say, it's just it's honestly slanderous. It's all

(08:37):
said in bad faith. And I really hope that a
real You know, there's a big turn about here where
the black community votes for Trump in bigger numbers. You
would have seen it in a very long time as
there on the other side of things, Kamala, Kamala, this
is her opportunity agenda for black men. The biggest thing

(08:57):
here is that she what says she wants to provide
a million dollar loan. I'm sorry a million loans that
are fully forgivable up to twenty thousand dollars for black
entrepreneurs and others to start a business. A forgivable loan
is also called a check. Basically, if I gave you, well,
if I said, oh, I'm gonna give you, you're gonna
borrow ten thousand dollars for me, and then I'm gonna

(09:19):
forgive you that loan in a year, I'm giving you
ten thousand dollars. That is a gift, right, And this
is why I would note that with the irs, for example,
there's like there's gift limits. So I can't you know,
if I want to transfer my money to a member
of my family, I can't just say, oh, I'm gonna
loan them ten million dollars. Oh yeah, And I'm also
just gonna forgive that loan. Now you have the ten

(09:40):
million dollars. I wish I had ten million dollars to
loan somebody. But you get what I'm saying, right, So
this is a gift. She's basically trying to write a
check to a portion of the country based on skin color.
I mean, this has to be unconstitutional, has to be
and yet she doesn't care I'm gonna tell everybody this.
She's also saying she wants to legalize recreational marijuana and

(10:04):
create opportunities for Black Americans to succeed in this new industry.
Can I just say, Kalis pitch to the black community.
And this is particularly her black female support is very,
very high. The most reliable voting block for Democrats is
black female voters. But Kamala Harris is saying, Hey, black
male voters, I'm gonna give you twenty grand and let

(10:26):
you sell wheat or encourage you to sell weaed whatever. Well,
let because it's gonna be legal, and then encourage because
you know, this is what the loan is for. We're
gonna put more young black men into the weed industry. Now,
I'm just gonna say, I don't want anybody really in
the weed industry.

Speaker 3 (10:42):
I am.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
I have learned a lesson on this one. The libertarians
kind of burrowed into my brain.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
A little bit.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
I'm like, I don't want anyone going to prison for
smoking and join no one goes to prison for smoking
and joint okay, And weed is unfortunately a scourge in
public and you smell it everywhere, and and it you
know it causes all kinds of quality of life issues
and just general degeneracy. So yeah, I don't want people

(11:09):
being locked up, but you know, it should be like
an in your home, in private property only thing, not
out in public. People shouldn't have to smell this, and
also you shouldn't be able to smoke this and drive
a car. And there's a lot of restrictions that should
be that should be kept on it. But this is
this is Kamala's big idea is I'm gonna give you
twenty grand and you can get in the legal weed industry. Okay,

(11:31):
I just she doesn't have any better ideas because what
is Kamala Seriously, what does Kamala Harris know about business?
Do you think she's ever run a business? No, of
course not. Has she ever looked at a balance sheet
and had to understand profit and loss?

Speaker 3 (11:44):
Nope?

Speaker 2 (11:45):
Could she read a balance sheet? Nope?

Speaker 3 (11:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:49):
Yeah, yeah. I mean she was a prosecutor. I mean,
I don't think she has any experience selling weed, but
you know who knows these days? You know, you never know.
I will tell you she also has an experience in
book plagiarizing, which is what The New York Times is
trying to cover for her with you see, it was
classic New York Times yesterday. They're freaking out, they say,

(12:10):
conservatives pounds on. I actually have it right here. I
have the actual headline. Conservative activist seizes on passages from
Harris book. A report by Christopher Ruppo says the Democrat
presidential nominee copied five passages for her two thousand and
nine book on crime. A plagiarism expert said the lapses

(12:32):
were not serious. I have seen the lapses, the quote lapses.
The plagiarism is wholesale cut in paste of many paragraphs
like it is. It is copy cut paste. I wrote this.
It's not Oh, it's a little too close. And this

(12:53):
is where plagism stuff can get a little bit annoying.
To be honest with you. Oh, you know, it's just facts,
but your words around the facts were a little similar
here or there. You cited it, but you didn't quote
market you know it didn't put it in quotation marks. No,
this is this is the definition of plagiarism. And the
New York Times, just like the mean Christopher Rufo is
saying the things which are kind of true. But we

(13:15):
have this person who says it's not that bad. It
is that bad. But people used to write these books
in two thousand and nine, they thought plagiarism. Come on,
I mean, who's gonna who's ever gonna figure that out? Right,
I mean it's all like nonsense, right, no one's ever
gonna look back. Well, now you have Ai and you
have these programs, it's very easy to go back and
look at it. October seventh was the one year mark

(13:36):
of the worst master of the Jewish people since the Holocaust.
Twelve hundred Israelis were murdered, more than two hundred and
fifty taken hostage. Yet the war in Israel rages on today,
with Iran firing a missile barrage of nearly two hundred
ballistic missiles earlier this month. Israel and her people are
facing attacks from enemies on all sides. The International Fellowship
of Christians and Jews is on the ground providing food, shelter,
and safety to those in need during this crisis. Join

(13:59):
us and letting the families of reservists who have been
called up know that you will stand with Israel. A
gift of one hundred and fifty dollars helps the Fellowship
provide food and other necessities to the families of reserves
who have been called up. And your gift of one
hundred and fifty dollars will be matched, doubling an impact.
Call to make your one hundred and fifty dollars gift
right now eighty eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's eight

(14:20):
eight eight four eight eight IFCJ, or go online to
support IFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org. Now
we have a little factor in the background, little something
going on here. Who's the president right now? Joe Biden?
How's Joe Biden feeling about what's going on these days?

(14:41):
You've noticed that he's popped up here and there and said, hey,
I'm still the president and even said things like Ron
DeSantis was doing a good job on the hurricane and
so not all that helpful for the Kamala campaign. Right

(15:03):
now here is doctor Drew telling everybody that Biden is
starting to feel like he needs to throw down a
little bit on this stuff. This is a thirteen, sir.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
It's hard to call a bandon in that age group immature,
but what he seems he seems embittered. And while he
no longer is willing to put his own feelings aside
for the party's win. That's what I find kind of
interesting here. Everyone's has always been. Look, the one thing
you saw from this, you've seen from the sort of

(15:37):
the Democratic Party for a long time, is everybody singing
from the same songbook for a long time, people really
unlikely partners. He's sort of singing the same tune. And
that's what was abnormal. What is a little more normal
is the infighting that's going on. And I think people
are surprised to see that, but that's actually more normal.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
And also I think Biden is setting things up so
that he will be able to claim if Tamala loses,
he's going to say I would have won. You guys
abandoned me. You abandon Biden, the guy who beat Trump
in twenty twenty. I'm just saying, this is what he
will say, and you shouldn't. You know, the Biden name
should live on forever as a winner. That's going to

(16:21):
be that. And he has to set some of that
emotion now, right. And this is I think a little
bit of what's going on. And I think that he
is bitter about what happened, and I think he kind
of should be bitter about Well, look, Biden is a meglomaniacal,
narcissist and a lunatic and should have stepped aside a
long time ago based on the fact that he's not
up for this, that's clear. But they went along with it,

(16:44):
and then they bailed on him in the wrong way
at the wrong time. So, you know, there's a little
bit of you know, I get it. I get where
he's coming from in this one. You know what I'm saying.
It's a little bit of a little bit of an issue.
So this is Biden's preparation for the shift in narrative
coming up down the line. I think it's very likely
the case because I think I think Trump's gonna win. Man,

(17:05):
if Trump doesn't win, it's going to be so sad,
it's going to be so depressing. This is this podcast
is going to turn and do a daily therapy session
if Trump loses this thing. I'm just telling you right now,
I'd be like, I don't know what happens to the country.
I'm just gonna snuggle my dog and like, you know,
ask my wife to make me some mac and cheese.
We'll be all right, We'll be all right. Some of
you saw this. By the way, I'm not drinking beer here.

(17:26):
It's ginger beer thinking about this because of the dog,
but it does on camera look like I'm drinking beer
as I do the show. Not that there's anything wrong
with that. People drink while they do podcasts, so I
guess you're is that weird. Maybe that's weird some people. No,
it's not weird. Some people smoke weed while they do podcasts.
I'm obviously not going to do that, but you know,
I've seen it. I've seen it happen with so many

(17:48):
firearm brands out there, hard to know where you should turn,
but I'm here to tell you Bear Creek Arsenal. If
you want a high quality, accurate firearm at the best
possible price, my pick is Bear Creek Arsenal. These guys
are the new kids on the block, but they're innovating
ways that old brands aren't, and they want to build
their brand through giving you the best guns at the
